Growing up with a physical abusive father and an emotionally abusive mother, Donald felt unloved, unwanted. At 15 he ran away from home. At 22, he had his own business but he still needed money so he decided to rob a bank. A bad decision. Captured, he was sentenced to 25 years mandatory to life for the murder of the bank manager. His accomplice pulled the trigger but no matter, the harsh penalty was the result. Donald served 32 years.

Lateria was born with a "Silver Spoon" in her mouth. She had everything she could ever ask for; except the lifestyle was made possible by drug sales. Her Mother was the one doing the selling and when she was busted, Lateria turned to shoplifting at the age of 13. There is more to the story.
For 30 years he worked to make people's lives better.
David grew up 'the coolest guy on the math team.' After a young marriage, 4 children, family health problems, self medication with alcohol and depression, David attempted a murder. He paid a 10 year penalty.
David, while serving 10 years, became involved in the Faith and Character program of his Florida camp. God kept giving him messages of encouragement during his time, which he listened to and made a focus of his life.
Lateria was a mother at 17 and in prison. She kept God in her life during the time but never really committed to Him until the last sentence. In prison in two States, her testimony is compelling.
