OM DETTA AVSNITT
Welcome to RLB’s new podcast series, "Curious Conversations". In this series, we delve into curiosity, creativity and innovation in the built environment with engaging, in-depth discussions featuring diverse voices from outside RLB. Hosted by Julian Henley, Partner at RLB, each month we bring a new guest to the forefront to share their insights, experiences and perspectives. For Episode 3, we are joined by Katherine Perrin, a LEGO Serious Play Facilitator.
From her LEGO play experience Katherine reveals the value in utilising creativity as a driving force for breakthrough ideas, and the dangers of chaining yourself to your desk in limiting deep-thinking. This episode considers if the taboo subject of failure is a necessary evil in career development, and why/how we should step away from our never-ending to-do lists.
