Hampton Workout

On this episode I have a conversation with the Founder/CEO of Hampton Workout, a premiere training facility located at 8026 Cryden Way, Forestville, MD 20747. We have a fun conversation about a host of topics surrounding his early days growing up in the DMV area, who got him into sports, his grind to becoming a celebrity workout instructor, and how is wife and two girls means the world to him. I hope you enjoy watching this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it.
