đ„đ» THE CHICAGO BEARS WIN AGAIN!
The Chicago Bears defeat the New England Patriots 30-24 on Thursday Night Football, improve to 5-2, and deliver another huge primetime performance behind Caleb Williams and a BREAKOUT night from Luther Burden III.
đŻ CALEB WILLIAMS DELIVERS AGAIN.
âą 22-of-33 passing
âą 308 yards
âą 2 touchdowns
âą ZERO interceptions
âą 9.3 yards per attempt
After throwing for 305 yards against Atlanta, Caleb goes over 300 passing yards again and continues to show why Bears fans are getting increasingly excited about the direction of Chicagoâs franchise quarterback.
But the offensive star of the night may have beenâŠ
đ„ LUTHER BURDEN III.
âą 4 receptions
âą 130 receiving yards
âą 1 touchdown
âą 32.5 yards per catch
âą 58-yard long reception
And Chicagoâs young weapons didnât stop there.
đ» Colston Loveland: 7 catches, 69 yards, 1 TD
đŻ Rome Odunze: 4 catches, 69 yards
đ DâAndre Swift: 22 carries, 78 yards, 1 TD
Chicago finished with 405 total yards, controlled the ball for nearly 32 minutes and â most importantly â committed ZERO turnovers.
That proved crucial because New England made Chicago work for everything.
Drake Maye finished:
âą 24-of-31
âą 321 passing yards
âą 2 passing touchdowns
âą 1 interception
âą 1 rushing touchdown
The Patriots generated 381 total yards and averaged more than seven yards per play, keeping pressure on Dennis Allenâs defense throughout the night.
But Chicago made enough plays when it mattered.
