[S1 E11] The Multi-Hyphenate Woman’s Guide to Creativity, Chaos & Complexity Part 2

This episode is PART 2 with Mary Diaz, a multihyphenate woman who is a copywriter, writing teacher, coach, artist, poet, mother, lover, and chaos consort. Her work supports complex women to deeply attune to, articulate, and ultimately embody their quintessence of the work they bring to this world. We talk about learning to dance with the uncomfortable, inconvenient, creational vortex of the feminine frequency. We dive into the power of the death/rebirth cycle in the creative process and explore the perspective that this is the source of radical change inside our bodies, relationships, and ultimately our communities and the world.

KEY TOPICS: PT 2

2: How to be comfortable on the edge of discomfort
