Arizona State suffered another disappointing blowout loss, falling 53–25 to Texas Tech in Lubbock after allowing 43 points in the first half. We break down what went wrong, the team's defensive struggles, the lack of a consistent rushing attack, and the growing questions surrounding the quarterback situation after Cutter Boley was replaced by Mikey Keene at halftime. We also examine the defensive breakdowns that allowed Texas Tech to rush for 260 yards, the impact of turnovers, and the frustration of watching ASU give up 50-plus points again.
With back-to-back blowout losses to Baylor and Texas Tech, we look at what needs to change under Kenny Dillingham, whether the issues stem from coaching, execution, or personnel, and what Arizona State must do to get back on track against Kansas State.Follow Bleav in ASU on Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube: @bleavinasu
