OM DETTA AVSNITT
In this month’s banter episode, Rose and Janine open the conversation around the very real challenges of relationships - separations and breakups within partnerships, friendships, and family.
They explore how these experiences can trigger anxiety, shake self-worth, and ultimately become powerful teachers for growth and healing. This is an honest and grounded discussion about patterns, self-healing, and the importance of moving out of victimhood and into personal responsibility.
Together, they talk about boundaries, self-respect, communication, and protecting your energy. Using the “two wolves” story, they both reflect on the power of choice - What we feed through our thoughts, our focus, and our actions and how staying present and protecting your energy plays a key role in healing.
Listeners Question
Responding to listener “K”, they explore what next steps can look like when life feels uncertain, how to navigate emotional exhaustion, and whether the positives can return after difficult times. They speak of breakups not just affect the heart, but also disrupting identity and routine, and they offer guidance on taking small, steady steps forward.
Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly… transformation takes time.
Rose and Janine remind listeners that they are not medical professionals, but share their lived experiences, what they call their “Degree in University of Life”, with the intention of helping you feel less alone, more supported, and reassured that you are doing life the best way you can.
You are not alone. You are allowed to feel it all, and you will find your way through.
Thank you for listening. 🌿
