Beth views connection as the most potent “medicine”, and is passionate about supporting individuals and communities in engaging in practices and tools that support reconnection, well-being and wholeness. Annually, she convenes May Is For Metta: 31 Days of Loving-kindness Practice as well as an array of experiential workshops and programs that support transformation and healing on all levels - body, mind, emotion and spirit.
