marilyn gladu (née McInerney; born 1962) is a Canadian politician who has been the Conservative Member of Parliament for Sarnia—Lambton since 2015. She was elected to the House of Commons in the 2015 Canadian federal election and has served in Andrew Scheer's Shadow Cabinet.

Gladu was a professional engineer who worked for Dow Chemical for 21 years, in a variety of roles locally and globally.
