ОБ ЭТОМ ЭПИЗОДЕ
What's up unscripted family! In this episode we are joined by our featured guest, David Mccullar, as we have a conversation about 'How To Optimize Your Mind To Overcome Emotional Challenges!
David' story began in 2006 when David McCullar, Founder and CEO of Inception,
“took the road less traveled." He discovered that his anxiety, depression and insomnia was due to being stuck in the stress / trauma response. In searching for a solution David turned to brain training therapy, an alternative health modality that profoundly reduced his symptoms from stress and traumatic events. In a more relaxed and empowered state, David along with his Dad, Art McCullar, were the first to introduce brain training in Michigan. David now teaches the world how to optimize the mind to overcome emotional challenges!
