Speaker 1: Obviously, tough game today. Didn't go our way and just made a few too many mistakes that cost us, you know, in the end. It's a one-score game like most of them are and ended up hurting us, you know, this week. We've gotten away with it a little bit in the past. So, I think that's probably the biggest reflection so far is just how do we clean up some of the little things that are hurting us and that end up costing us the game. You know, how to turn over in the red zone, something like that. I mean, that's a big play. Giving away points and ends up being a three-point game. So, That's an immediate reflection, but I think we'll watch it and we'll talk about it tomorrow and Tuesday, go through it, and then we'll have a little bit of time because we've got a bye week next week. So we'll have some time to reflect and just see what we need to get better at. I think our team, we've got a lot of confidence, and we know who we are. We don't need to go soul-searching or anything like that. It's just how can we continue to do the little things better and better because they cost you in these tight games. Trevor, how does it feel for you to get Travis Moore involved Especially the second half offense. Yeah, I thought Travis played awesome, made some huge plays for us, gave us a spark. I mean, just made some unreal plays. So I thought it was cool to, you know, obviously get him involved. And he's special with the ball in his hands. And I think obviously today was probably the most work he's gotten offensively this season. So he did some great things. And, yeah, it kind of just happened that way. We always have a plan for him. And it seemed like we got pretty much all those called today, which was great. And he was making plays.
00:01:28
Speaker 2: The game as well do you have to worry about not overworking him.
00:01:30
Speaker 1: I guess yeah you know i mean that's something that i you know i don't spend too much time thinking about i'll let the coaches handle it and and travis i know he's he's a special you know person and player that seems like he can run all day and is in incredible shape so um but i i think we've done a pretty good job of managing that and not making it too much and um I know he wants to be out there every play if he could be. So I think he has that mentality, which has helped him. And that's why he's able to, you know, play so many snaps and be effective.
00:02:02
Speaker 3: Yeah.
00:02:03
Speaker 1: You know, we had a, we had a play. It was trying to sell really a run play and have him leak out. We were in, you know, 14 personnel with an extra offense alignment as well. So no receivers and got into empty and, Yeah, and he just leaked out the back, and the guy actually covered it better than we'd hoped for. We'd hoped it was a little bit more open than that, but Nate made a great play and went up and snagged it with one hand, which was pretty cool for his first touchdown.
00:02:33
Speaker 3: What can you tell about the atmosphere? Are there some differences.
00:02:36
Speaker 4: Comparing it with the USA?
00:02:39
Speaker 2: Sorry, say that again?
00:02:41
Speaker 3: What can you say about the atmosphere?
00:02:43
Speaker 5: Oh, the atmosphere?
00:02:43
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, I thought it was great. It's always a good atmosphere. Obviously, I thought this week we had a lot more Jags fans in there than last week, so it was nice for the operation not being on silent the whole game. But, yeah, atmosphere is always good. I saw there was a ton of people here. I don't know what the attendance was, but you guys always show out for us, and we appreciate it. The atmospheres are always great over here.
00:03:09
Speaker 3: Two weeks in London for the Jags.
00:03:13
Speaker 4: How has it been, like, just being away.
00:03:14
Speaker 2: From, I guess, the regular home conference and kind of adapting?
00:03:18
Speaker 4: You was obviously.
00:03:19
Speaker 3: Here last year, but does that, being able to come back, does it help, you know, help you set anything easier, or was it, how did it feel just being in London and preparing in London?
00:03:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's always an adjustment, you know, I've done this trip a bunch now, this is my sixth year, and this is my third time being out here for ten days, so you know what to expect, but it's always, there's always some, you know, challenges, the time, you know, adjustment, and then You're not home in your own building and have all the things in your routine isn't the exact same, but I thought the guys did a great job adjusting and adapting. We had a great week of practice and preparation and obviously just didn't get it done, but I think we've done it enough now to where we know what to expect and at least know how to plan leading up to this week, but yeah, there's always a few challenges.
00:04:04
Speaker 3: Did you have a good view of the Brenton Strange Holder?
00:04:07
Speaker 2: I did not.
00:04:08
Speaker 1: No, I did not on that play. Obviously I saw they threw the flag. I thought we scored. So I didn't, I didn't see the actual hold there.
00:04:15
Speaker 3: What's it going to take for us to, for you to get Brian Thomas that we saw in his rookie year?
00:04:21
Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, I think we just have to keep, keep working, keep plugging away. Um, you know, keep finding opportunities to give him shots at the ball. Um, and I think, you know, for him, just keep playing and let the ball find you. I think that's the big thing is don't try to chase too much. And, um, Obviously, we need to get him involved more, and we're going to need him. So just excited for the opportunity moving forward to do that and just got to stick with it. This game's funny. It doesn't always work exactly how you want it to. Sometimes things can be challenging. Getting a specific guy touches and involved and just got to stick with it. The ball will find him. It will come his way. He's too good of a player for it not to. Just keep working, which he's done. So just keep showing up, and we're going to get through it.
00:05:05
Speaker 4: Today's game with offensively and defensively with a crucial intersection and also a touchdown.
00:05:12
Speaker 3: I want to know what's the biggest benefit of playing with a cornerback and wide receiver?
00:05:16
Speaker 4: What skill does it give you.
00:05:19
Speaker 5: In the game?
00:05:20
Speaker 2: It's just being able to help the team on both sides of the ball when it matters most. It's really my job to do here and I'm excited to do it, but we've got to come out and just continue to win these games and we've got to turn it around.
00:05:34
Speaker 4: That's an effort, giving up 426 and then 34 points. What allowed them to put those.
00:05:40
Speaker 3: Kind of yards up today?
00:05:41
Speaker 2: We just got to communicate better. We got to be able to talk, you know, getting into what the coach is calling and just continue to trust in what he's calling and just continue to do our job. You walked us through the interception, what'd you see? I was mad about the play a couple plays before when I got the push off, but, you know, I just got to continue to fight and Our coaches say always just go to the next play and just continue to turn it around. So my mindset was just turn it around, just go out there and make a play when the opportunity presents itself.
00:06:11
Speaker 4: Do you walk through the touchdown catch?
00:06:13
Speaker 2: Touchdown catch, I was just telling the coach on the sideline, I'm ready to go whenever you're ready for me. And he put me in the right position and called the right play for me to go out there and do what I do.
00:06:22
Speaker 4: This, I think, was the biggest amount you played on offense all year and then four catches on four targets. Is this just a glimpse of maybe it's starting to get rolling with you on offense?
00:06:33
Speaker 5: Hopefully.
00:06:34
Speaker 2: Just going over the plan with Coach over this bye week is just the main focus for me and just continue to do. And whenever he calls my number, just go out there and shine. It just filled a fire for us. We're coming off a loss, so we've got to continue to dominate. We've got to turn this around and just continue to go out for the second half of the season and just dominate.
00:07:00
Speaker 4: What do you say to Brian? I had a rough day today.
00:07:04
Speaker 2: I just try to give him motivation. Keep speaking to him. Just continue to let him know I'm here for him. He needs me. I'm right here with him whenever he needs help. I just continue to uplift him. Just tell him you can do better. Just talk to yourself. Continue to uplift yourself no matter the circumstances you're in, no matter the the mental space you're in right now. Just continue to believe in yourself. You got to this point for being yourself and continue to just do that.
00:07:28
Speaker 3: Travis, were you aware you were the first player in the league in 24 years with a touchdown reception and a pick in the same game?
00:07:33
Speaker 2: I know it doesn't change the result, but to heck with an achievement for you. I've been doing this since I was a baby, doing those type of things. We just got to come up with the one that's really my main focus.
00:07:42
Speaker 3: Since you were a baby.
00:07:45
Speaker 1: Yeah.
00:07:45
Speaker 3: Travis, you spoke about.
00:07:50
Speaker 2: Speaking to your teammates and uplifting them and when they're in a down moment, having to be able to coach them to be.
00:07:56
Speaker 3: Able to, I guess, not look at the negatives and think about the positives.
00:08:00
Speaker 2: Can you think of a time in your career so far when you felt like you had to do that for yourself or maybe somebody else has even done it for you and maybe you weren't thinking as positively about yourself? Today. I'll say, sorry to cut you off, but I'll say today. My teammates came to me and just told me, after I give up that deep ball, Travis, go out there and be yourself. Next play, mindset. I'll probably tell you the whole defense, they came up to me and told me, we know who you are. Go out there and shine. When your time is coming, go out there and prove to everybody what you can do. They kept me uplifted, kept motivating me. I was able to shine on defense. When I went to the offensive side of the ball, that motivation just carried over.
00:08:39
Speaker 4: Both your touchdown catches have come here in London. Does that make this a special place for you?
00:08:45
Speaker 2: It's definitely a special place for me. Every time I come out here, I'm able to shine and and do what I have to do, but we just got to continue to win. I need more wins here.
00:08:55
Speaker 3: Great game today. I just wondered what it was like having the confidence of someone like the opponent to help you through the two touchdowns and build on that performance and become the center of the bell tower for the Jags in the first half of the season.
00:09:11
Speaker 5: Definitely a huge confidence boost, I would say. The offense put a lot of trust in me, all the coaching staff, the players. So it's just my job to go out there and execute I think I've been having a good season so far. But, you know, it's always more steps to, you know, take and improve my game in certain areas. But I'm pleased with where I'm at now.
00:09:29
Speaker 4: On the first touchdown, what kind of awareness does it take on Myers' part to set that block up without blocking.
00:09:35
Speaker 1: A guy in the back?
00:09:36
Speaker 5: A lot of awareness. Jacoby is great with that, blocking downfield, selfless guy, great teammate. And you saw it on that play. You know, he's straining effort. He's putting himself in the right position to not get a penalty caught. And that's just a great job by him. You know, I dapped him up afterwards and just, you know, again, a big thanks for that.
00:09:53
Speaker 4: This is the number three rush defense you guys played today. How would you consider the way you guys ran today?
00:09:59
Speaker 5: I think we ran hard. Me and C-Rod just grounded and pounded. We knew it was going to be a tough game running the ball, but I think we went out there and the O-line played dominant and I think the backs ran well. I think it was a punishing run game today, but they played pretty good, so I can't complain about it.
00:10:18
Speaker 4: What do you think of Travis's Touchdown on offense and the interception on defense.
00:10:23
Speaker 5: Great player, man. We have him here for that. Playing both sides of the ball. Put him on offense and he can win his one-on-one matchups and then put him on defense and do the same. Definitely a special player for us and we're loving it.
Speaker 1: Obviously, tough game today. Didn't go our way and just made a few too many mistakes that cost us, you know, in the end.
