Join me, Nik (https://x.com/CoFoundersNik), and Chris Koerner (https://x.com/mhp_guy) for another HoldCo Bros episode!
We talk about some incredibly practical and high-potential business ideas. I share how I built my new pickleball club with just $200 in Facebook ads, using Meta Ads Manager and a detailed Typeform to validate demand and gather crucial customer data. We dive deep into the world of "sweaty" businesses, like the surprising success of bathtub refinishing, which is a non-sexy, AI-proof opportunity making hundreds of thousands annually with minimal competition and strong Google SEO.

We also explore the exciting future of consistency with an AI accountability app, designed to feel like a personal text conversation rather than a traditional app, tapping into the $8 billion wellness and productivity app market.
Plus, we discuss how AI can significantly streamline operations for personal trainers and ponder the "Airbnb for courts" concept!
Enjoy the conversation!
