ОБ ЭТОМ ЭПИЗОДЕ
The Atlanta Hawks put on a defensive (and offensive) performance for the ages versus divisional foe Charlotte Hornets on the road at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC marking the biggest win margin in the meeting's history.
backcourt was back at its best and once again shined bright, particularly led by its defense, claiming the team's 2nd consecutive win in just as many games played this season versus a Southeast Division opponent.
While Dyson Daniels stole the show with his defensive prowess, the Hawks' bench prevailed yet again outscoring CLT 61-46 and held the Hornets' star forward Brandon Miller to only 6 points on 2/14 shooting from the field and 1/11 from distance.
As one of the league's worst turnover clubs just a year ago, not much has changed as Atlanta forced 27 giveaways while outscoring Charlotte by more than triple in transition conversions and +20 in paint scoring.
Who is emerging as the team's "secret weapon?"
Which non-statistical category may be the missing piece to the team's long-term success?
Is there a such thing as Dyson Daniels being "too good" on defense?
