00:01:26.777Wednesday night, 6 pm, eastern Standard Time.
00:01:26.777 -->
00:01:27.637What are you doing?
00:01:27.637 -->
00:01:34.861You know I do a live stream on TikTok, facebook, linkedin, instagram and anywhere else.
00:01:34.861 -->
00:01:44.792My platform will send it where you get to ask your favorite RCDD and you know that's me your favorite RCDD Questions on installation, certification, design, project management.
00:01:44.792 -->
00:01:48.269I even do career path questions, but I can hear you now.
00:01:48.269 -->
00:01:50.649But, chuck, I'm driving my truck at Wednesday nights at 6 pm.
00:01:50.649 -->
00:01:52.566I don't want to get crashed and get in an accident.
00:01:52.566 -->
00:01:57.150That's okay, I record them and you can listen to them at your convenience.
00:01:57.150 -->
00:02:03.343And finally, while this show is free and will always remain free, if you find value in this content.
00:02:03.343 -->
00:02:05.085Would you click on that QR code right there?
00:02:05.085 -->
00:02:06.849You can buy me a cup of coffee.
00:02:06.849 -->
00:02:11.322You can even schedule a 15-minute one-on-one call with me after hours, of course.
00:02:12.563 -->
00:02:16.431So, as I said in the intro, we, as technicians, we love tools.
00:02:16.431 -->
00:02:20.266We love tools, especially if they come in Milwaukee red.
00:02:20.266 -->
00:02:21.550We love our tools.
00:02:21.550 -->
00:02:23.115Sometimes we're a little addictive to our tools.
00:02:23.115 -->
00:02:23.475But what if?
00:02:23.475 -->
00:02:25.000A little addictive to our tools?
00:02:25.000 -->
00:02:32.223But what if I told you there's one tool that you probably never thought that you needed, but once you see it, you're going to go.
00:02:32.223 -->
00:02:34.108Chuck, I need one of those.
00:02:34.108 -->
00:02:35.953This is how this happened.
00:02:35.953 -->
00:02:38.628A friend of mine said hey, chuck, you need to go check this out.
00:02:38.628 -->
00:02:40.145So I went and checked them out.
00:02:40.145 -->
00:02:43.949I ended up buying one, so you'll see it, we'll talk about it on the show out.
00:02:43.949 -->
00:02:47.317I ended up buying one, so you'll see it, we'll talk about it on the show.
00:02:47.317 -->
00:02:47.737I bought this.
00:02:47.737 -->
00:02:51.361This is not given to me, okay?
00:02:51.361 -->
00:02:52.264So Chuck put his own money in the game here.
00:02:52.264 -->
00:02:56.040This thing's called an OmniShelf, so I want to talk to the owner and vendor of this, talk about the actual product and his journey.
00:02:56.040 -->
00:02:58.242Welcome to the show, bobby Martin.
00:02:58.242 -->
00:02:59.104How are you doing, my friend?
00:02:59.563 -->
00:02:59.905Good.
00:02:59.905 -->
00:03:00.305Thank you.
00:03:00.305 -->
00:03:01.006Glad to be here.
00:03:02.467 -->
00:03:03.528Absolute pleasure to have you.
00:03:03.528 -->
00:03:10.036So, for those who may not know, you, tell us who you are and who you work for, and why should we listen to you?
00:03:23.020 -->
00:03:27.019Well, my name is Bobby Martin and I used to work on drilling rigs as a service technician, working on all controls software, hmis, plcs, electrical, pretty much everything.
00:03:27.019 -->
00:03:33.171I came up with this idea while I was working on the rigs One of the third party companies they always had a on their control cabinets.
00:03:33.171 -->
00:03:42.985When you open the door they had a metal shelf bolted, a fold up shelf bolted on the inside of the door, and once I said that's where they set their laptops on.
00:03:42.985 -->
00:03:44.050So I was like plugging into PLCs.
00:03:44.050 -->
00:03:46.525And that's when it kind of hit me.
00:03:46.525 -->
00:03:56.264I me as a day, because I worked all over the rig I need something and the rig is metal, so I just need something portable like this and, of course, magnets and metal.
00:03:56.264 -->
00:04:05.957And then, uh, that's kind of like how the idea came about and then one step left to another led to another and I came up with the omni shelf.
00:04:07.061 -->
00:04:13.633Yeah, one of the things I love about when I went to your website it's very simple, very easy to navigate.
00:04:13.633 -->
00:04:20.432And I was expecting I'll be honest with you I was kind of expecting like a 3D printed kind of thing.
00:04:20.432 -->
00:04:28.983You know, my son has got a 3D printer and he gives me stuff and I have another friend who's got a 3D printer too, and sometimes when I get some of the stuff I look at and I go, yeah, that's 3D printed.
00:04:28.983 -->
00:04:30.504Yeah, it's not quite the same quality.
00:04:30.504 -->
00:04:43.875But I'm telling you, the Omni shelf that I bought from you, that thing's top notch and it's got a good bit of weight to it and you have more than one option because not everybody has access to metal frames to attach the thing to.
00:04:43.875 -->
00:04:49.963You have suction cups and a bunch of other stuff and your website's laid out really great.
00:04:49.983 -->
00:04:58.302So you already kind of described the problem you were trying to solve and before the show, before we actually hit the record, I never even thought about this.
00:04:58.302 -->
00:05:06.591You showed me another way to use that shelf and I know the magnets are strong because when I'm not using mine, I got it attached to my metal cabinet next to me here.
00:05:06.591 -->
00:05:11.625You actually had two drills attached hanging off this thing, this Two drills.
00:05:11.625 -->
00:05:12.372You actually had two drills attached.
00:05:12.372 -->
00:05:13.060Hanging off this thing, two drills.
00:05:13.060 -->
00:05:17.110What are those magnets rated at?
00:05:18.211 -->
00:05:18.980the ones we mounted.
00:05:18.980 -->
00:05:28.620The use for mounting is about 100 pounds of straight pull and there's three of them on there two on the top of the Y and one at the bottom.
00:05:28.620 -->
00:05:31.545Now it's wide, so that way it's adjustable.
00:05:31.545 -->
00:05:36.911So so, if you can, you can slide them all three down and you can stick it to maybe like a four inch column.
00:05:37.319 -->
00:05:40.168You said you do PLC and some other stuff that's low voltage work.
00:05:40.168 -->
00:06:01.036Yes, the vast majority of people that I deal with they're low voltage as well, but they're going to be doing, you know, voice cabling, data cabling, AV, access control, fire alarm and maybe even connecting their computer to a hub or router or switch to do updates and stuff like that.
00:06:01.036 -->
00:06:05.262Right, how is the OmniShelf?
00:06:05.302 -->
00:06:06.124going to benefit them Well.
00:06:06.124 -->
00:06:10.233Like myself, when I came up with the idea, I was always having not just a laptop either.
00:06:10.233 -->
00:06:15.007I use it for everything, it's just a workbench or a desk or whatever you need it for.
00:06:15.007 -->
00:06:21.790But I was always having to set my tools or my laptop on the floor and on the control rooms in a on a rig.
00:06:21.790 -->
00:06:29.267They're usually especially if it's a new build it's muddy and dirty and that's kind of it just helps you ergonomically.
00:06:29.267 -->
00:06:34.175It just keeps everything at arm's reach and safer to work.
00:06:34.975 -->
00:06:38.504Right, yeah, because I can see now.
00:06:38.504 -->
00:06:56.913I can see a technician now with this attached to a seven-foot relay rack with their computer on it, because a lot of times when the racks are built like, in fact, you see the rack behind me, I've got in that rack, I've got a fiber optic enclosure, a couple patch panels, a couple um, um wire managers, but there's no shelf there.
00:06:56.913 -->
00:07:05.930So if I'm a technician trying to upstate, update or do some changes to a switch or something, there's no place really for my laptop and this thing should be perfect for that.
00:07:06.793 -->
00:07:11.588Yes, sir yeah, absolutely perfect makes uh work a little bit easier.
00:07:13.940 -->
00:07:18.024Raise your hand out there if you want your work a little easier, because I know I do.
00:07:18.024 -->
00:07:19.886I know I do right.
00:07:19.886 -->
00:07:24.730Let's talk about some challenges.
00:07:24.730 -->
00:07:26.646Everybody wants to build a better mousetrap.
00:07:26.646 -->
00:07:28.146I hear this from technicians all the time.
00:07:28.146 -->
00:07:29.846I got an idea for a great invention, chuck.
00:07:29.846 -->
00:07:31.327How do I go about this right trap?
00:07:31.327 -->
00:07:32.213I hear this from technicians all the time.
00:07:32.213 -->
00:07:33.079I got an idea for a great invention, chuck.
00:07:33.079 -->
00:07:36.682How do I go about this?
00:07:36.682 -->
00:07:36.822Right?
00:07:36.841 -->
00:07:38.848What challenges did you face coming up with the OmniShelf and bringing it to market?
00:07:38.848 -->
00:08:08.343Pretty much every step was a challenge, because I knew absolutely nothing about any of the steps and I don't know if it was just meant to be or whatever, whatever but every time I searched or reached out or I did anything, a door would open and I would meet the right person at the right time at every stage, from designing it to getting it patented, to manufacturing and assembly, and just everything just kept falling in place.
00:08:08.343 -->
00:08:13.725When I was finished with one step, the next step was waiting on me and, like I said, I knew nothing.
00:08:13.725 -->
00:08:14.944I'm still learning today.
00:08:14.944 -->
00:08:17.242Everything I needed.
00:08:17.242 -->
00:08:19.831It's all new to me at every step.
00:08:19.831 -->
00:08:20.091Still.
00:08:21.560 -->
00:08:25.011Yeah, so you went through coming up with the idea.
00:08:25.011 -->
00:08:29.632You probably drew it on a napkin while eating at Chili's right.
00:08:30.240 -->
00:08:31.545I did on a little scratch pad.
00:08:31.565 -->
00:08:34.488yes, See, see, see, I told you.
00:08:34.488 -->
00:08:42.052So then you had to come up with the idea, and I'm sure there's probably changes that happened along the way, right as you went through the different designs.
00:08:42.052 -->
00:08:52.431When you're going through those design changes, did you maybe solicit feedback from maybe other field people to get some ideas on how to make your product better?
00:08:53.259 -->
00:09:07.125Yes, mainly the guys that I used to work with, and, of course, they probably got tired of hearing me talk about it way before I even had it made, but I was obsessed and driven, so I always got feedback from my co-workers.
00:09:08.847 -->
00:09:12.942I get the same thing about the podcast all the time.
00:09:12.942 -->
00:09:16.336I truly do my wife's like quit talking about the podcast.
00:09:16.336 -->
00:09:19.504I don't care about the podcast, but you don't understand.
00:09:19.504 -->
00:09:22.586When you create something, your brain doesn't shut off.
00:09:22.586 -->
00:09:30.104I could be laying in bed and all of a sudden I was like I got an idea for a show and I got to roll over and I got to write on my notepad.
00:09:30.104 -->
00:09:32.722I was doing a call right before yours.
00:09:32.722 -->
00:09:35.903I was talking to a potential sponsor and we were talking.
00:09:35.903 -->
00:09:37.934I came up just from talking.
00:09:37.934 -->
00:09:39.501I got an idea for a great TikTok video.
00:09:39.501 -->
00:09:41.221So make sure you watch out for this new TikTok video.
00:09:41.221 -->
00:09:41.722What am I doing?
00:09:41.722 -->
00:09:46.922My brain is always going to think about TikTok and when you create something, it's.
00:09:46.922 -->
00:09:51.330I am a parent, so it's not really quite the same thing, but it's like your own child.
00:09:51.330 -->
00:09:59.024I mean, you invest in it and you grow it and you don't want anybody talking bad about your baby, and if you do, then it's fighting words, right?
00:09:59.715 -->
00:10:02.942Yeah, but I take criticism on the Omni shelf that is Maybe not my kids.
00:10:02.942 -->
00:10:04.847There you go.
00:10:05.195 -->
00:10:06.837Now you've got one mounted on the shelf behind you.
00:10:06.837 -->
00:10:07.938Why don't you give us a walkthrough?
00:10:08.000 -->
00:10:08.120on it.
00:10:08.120 -->
00:10:09.923Yeah, I've got it set up.
00:10:10.163 -->
00:10:12.005Make sure you talk loud so we can hear you in the microphone.
00:10:12.005 -->
00:10:13.688Yeah, I'm kind of soft-spoken too.
00:10:15.514 -->
00:10:16.676This is OmniSelf's.
00:10:16.676 -->
00:10:21.399Some people get hung up that it's not just for a laptop, it's for a workbench or whatever.
00:10:21.399 -->
00:10:26.323See, here I've got drill hanging off of hanging off the sides as well.
00:10:26.323 -->
00:10:27.845There's pockets up front.
00:10:27.845 -->
00:10:29.826You can put hardware in as you're working.
00:10:29.826 -->
00:10:31.687It'll hold most hand tools.
00:10:31.687 -->
00:10:36.331These little rare earth magnets latch it closed.
00:10:36.331 -->
00:10:43.562They have about six or seven pounds of straight pull and even insulated screwdrivers and stuff stick.
00:10:43.562 -->
00:10:44.868I usually set my phone back behind the handle here.
00:10:44.868 -->
00:10:49.532Drawings or whatnot will slide back behind because the bottle magnet will catch it.
00:10:49.532 -->
00:10:50.336It won't slide through.
00:10:50.336 -->
00:10:52.399That's what I use to set my drawings.
00:10:52.399 -->
00:11:00.182Got a mouse pad type thing in here to help using when you are using a laptop or keep from sliding.
00:11:00.182 -->
00:11:05.240Keep a little padding and of course with the logo and everything it's funny, I got that.
00:11:05.279 -->
00:11:10.717I got the mouse pad in mine too, and I thought you were just being nice and threw one in for me.
00:11:10.717 -->
00:11:12.022So that comes with every one.
00:11:12.022 -->
00:11:13.044Yes, sir.
00:11:14.035 -->
00:11:14.759That is cool.
00:11:14.759 -->
00:11:15.581That is cool.
00:11:15.581 -->
00:11:22.821And the flyer that I have back behind it, I ship it with every one too, just to show different ways to use it.
00:11:23.903 -->
00:11:27.038Okay, yes, I got that too, let's take a short break.
00:11:27.740 -->

00:12:09.787So you got a great great product.
00:12:09.787 -->
00:12:18.279Like I said, I never really thought about using it as a as a as a tool shelf until T-Shed right before we started to show, which is absolutely great idea.
00:12:18.279 -->
00:12:19.565Thank you.
00:12:19.565 -->
00:12:22.644What plans do you have to make this product better?
00:12:24.135 -->
00:12:25.399Right now I'm working on.
00:12:25.399 -->
00:12:27.326I just I have one over here.
00:12:27.326 -->
00:12:31.999I didn't have it set up, the only grab it or I can show it, but it's not Sure go ahead, we can edit it in.
00:12:32.019 -->
00:12:34.796Sure, oh no, I took some.
00:12:34.796 -->
00:12:37.624Some of the tools are sticking up there, sticking here, but can you see it?
00:12:37.624 -->
00:12:40.677Yeah, so this is for.
00:12:40.677 -->
00:12:47.326I've had some customers say they have issues plugging in accessory cables and things when using the laptop.
00:12:47.326 -->
00:12:50.390Because it does sit in there deep, because it is deep enough.
00:12:50.390 -->
00:12:56.201You've got just enough depth to hold the closed most laptops and hand tools inside it so you can move from one workstation to the next.
00:12:56.201 -->
00:13:03.722But this could serve as especially small voltage technicians, you use a small select amount of tools.
00:13:03.722 -->
00:13:11.523You could store them in there with the phone and that phone could also be used as a platform to raise the laptop up to plug in your cables.
00:13:11.523 -->
00:13:14.221We haven't sold this yet.
00:13:14.221 -->
00:13:16.322I'm just sourcing them now, just testing it out Right.
00:13:16.995 -->
00:13:18.903When do you think that'll hit the market?
00:13:20.035 -->
00:13:22.563Hopefully in the next two weeks a month tops.
00:13:24.118 -->
00:13:27.489Okay, so probably by the time this show gets published it'll probably be available.
00:13:27.489 -->
00:13:29.895Yes, sir, got you Now.
00:13:29.895 -->
00:13:31.120Keep in mind things can happen.
00:13:31.120 -->
00:13:32.539Things can change right.
00:13:32.701 -->
00:13:32.922Yes.
00:13:34.755 -->
00:13:39.106So let's say, I'm a technician and I see this OmniShelf there.
00:13:39.106 -->
00:13:40.620How'd you come up with the name OmniShelf?
00:13:42.375 -->
00:13:43.256My next door neighbor.
00:13:43.256 -->
00:13:50.028At the time he was a graphic designer and he helped me come up with the name name and he did the logo for me as well.
00:13:50.028 -->
00:13:52.881And he asked me one day.
00:13:52.881 -->
00:13:54.787He says, hey, you know what the word omni means?
00:13:54.787 -->
00:13:57.760I go, really, I never thought about, I sure don't.
00:13:57.760 -->
00:14:09.275He says it means every, or every, any or all, so omni in the shelf, it can be used by anybody, anywhere, anytime or however you want to word it, right?
00:14:09.275 -->
00:14:10.842So and I said that makes perfect sense.
00:14:10.842 -->
00:14:13.120And then I seen a commercial one day.
00:14:13.120 -->
00:14:28.066Speaking of the logo, I saw a commercial one day and it had a honeycomb design with the hexagons and I had to rewind it to pause it and say, hey, so the hexagon, we were still trying to design the logo.
00:14:28.066 -->
00:14:38.566We can make the O a hexagon shape because I have the hexagon honeycomb design on the inside of the shelf and it'll all just blend together work together and kind of worked out that way.
00:14:39.716 -->
00:14:43.086Yeah, but a lot of people don't realize there's a lot to marketing.
00:14:43.086 -->
00:14:49.139I mean, you know, first of all you've got to research it, make sure that somebody else doesn't have that name or logo similar to that.
00:14:49.139 -->
00:14:53.644And then you've got to research it, make sure that somebody else doesn't have that name or logo similar to that, and then you've got to find a name that fits.
00:14:53.644 -->
00:15:04.220And I think you're an extra neighbor to hit the ball out of the park with a name, because I didn't know that until you told me and it makes sense for your shelf.
00:15:04.240 -->
00:15:12.601You know, I probably had a hundred names written down on paper, just none of them looked right or sounded right coming off the tongue.
00:15:12.601 -->
00:15:14.706And then when he said that, I'm like, oh okay, yeah, omnishell, that'd be perfect.
00:15:15.176 -->
00:15:26.606Hey friends, I want to tell you about a great organization, tech Knowledge Worldwide, an active community of tech professionals dedicated to elevating our industry and each other.
00:15:26.606 -->
00:15:30.625It's the real deal and I'm grateful to be part of this community.
00:15:30.625 -->
00:15:43.921Their annual tech conference is coming up April 23rd and 24th in Nashville, tennessee, and will feature amazing speakers, workshops and even Bixie continuing education credits.

00:15:53.691That's T-E-K-F-E-S-T dot org.
00:15:53.691 -->
00:16:04.480I encourage all my low voltage followers to consider joining to see if they want a seat at TKW's table too.

00:16:08.589All are welcome to learn, grow and see what putting community over competition can do.
00:16:08.589 -->
00:16:12.184Go to techfestorg for more information.
00:16:13.037 -->
00:16:24.062So let's say that there's somebody listening to this show and he's like Chuck, I got an idea for a better mousetrap and you had that guy on that did that fiber clamp and you've got the OmniShelf guy on doing his stuff.
00:16:24.062 -->
00:16:29.260What advice would you give that technician who's got an idea for a better mousetrap?
00:16:29.260 -->
00:16:35.910Where would they start to come up, to get their idea to go from the brain to the market?
00:16:36.796 -->
00:16:46.041First of all at least I'd make sketches of it, things like that, just so you can visually see your idea and make sure you've got at least a good starting point.
00:16:46.041 -->
00:16:51.240Then find someone that knows how to do 3D CAD drawings to make the drawings for you.
00:16:51.240 -->
00:16:58.605But before you even get to that step because that can be a little costly is run your idea by friends, family, coworkers.
00:16:58.605 -->
00:17:07.143Try to do like pre-sales and see what kind of interest you would get from certain companies or whatever your target audience would be.
00:17:07.143 -->
00:17:12.565And if you get really good feedback from it, then you feel a bit better and more confident in moving forward.
00:17:12.565 -->
00:17:14.019Do you have a patent?
00:17:14.161 -->
00:17:15.165on your Omni show.
00:17:15.165 -->
00:17:16.069Yes, I sure do.
00:17:16.069 -->
00:17:19.585Let's talk about that process, because I've heard that process can be kind of painful.
00:17:20.736 -->
00:17:34.671I'd always heard that too, and that's another one of those steps where I just searched online and found a guy local and he really loved the idea and loved the fact that he could help a homegrown product and business.
00:17:34.671 -->
00:17:37.422So he did me right.
00:17:37.422 -->
00:17:38.465Let me say it that way.
00:17:38.465 -->
00:17:39.760He made it really easy too.
00:17:41.855 -->
00:17:47.067I've always said it's not what you know, it's who you know, right, I didn't say that.
00:17:47.067 -->
00:17:50.483My dad always used to say that I'm nowhere near as smart as my dad.
00:17:52.028 -->
00:17:54.756I see, you don't even have to know them, because I didn't know people each step.
00:17:54.756 -->
00:17:56.070I just met them at the right time.
00:17:58.689 -->
00:18:00.114Yeah, but God has a way of doing that.
00:18:00.114 -->
00:18:04.394God has a way of putting the right people in our path just when we need it Absolutely.
00:18:04.394 -->
00:18:05.557I believe that it is what it is.
00:18:05.557 -->
00:18:15.307So if somebody wants to buy your Omni shelf, where can they go to find to buy it, and do you have any upcoming promotions or any kind of events?
00:18:16.107 -->
00:18:18.310where can they go to find to buy it, and do you have any upcoming promotions or any kind of events?
00:18:18.310 -->
00:18:18.711Uh, you can mainly.
00:18:18.711 -->
00:18:19.231Firstly, go to my website.
00:18:19.231 -->
00:18:22.236Is the omni shelfcom Like the logo?
00:18:22.236 -->
00:18:26.380I know, I don't know, sometimes people don't get the word the when I say it.
00:18:26.380 -->
00:18:29.813So, uh, the omni shelfcom, uh.
00:18:31.469 -->
00:18:33.769I was one of those Cause cause when we talked on the phone.
00:18:33.769 -->
00:18:37.017I heard you say OmniShelf, but I didn't hear the.
00:18:37.017 -->
00:18:39.471So I typed in OmniShelfcom.
00:18:39.471 -->
00:18:41.195And that's not your site, by the way.
00:18:42.266 -->
00:18:50.953I had to go the OmniShelf because OmniShelfcom was already taken or someone owned it, so I had to put the word the in front of it to get that domain name.
00:18:51.635 -->
00:18:54.112I fell into that trap, so it's TheOmniShelfcom.
00:19:02.585 -->
00:19:02.785Promotions.
00:19:02.785 -->
00:19:05.628Usually I do like Black Friday because I'm on Amazon and Home Depot's website as well.
00:19:05.628 -->
00:19:13.000Walmart and if people out there also have some companies can only buy through, say, grainger or MSC Industrial or McMaster Car.
00:19:13.000 -->
00:19:17.295Mcmaster and MSC also sell it.
00:19:17.295 -->
00:19:19.547You can go through them if need be.
00:19:19.547 -->
00:19:24.734Promotions I don't really have anything set just yet.
00:19:24.734 -->
00:19:28.339Gotcha, but other products that I am I forgot to mention.
00:19:28.339 -->
00:19:39.279I am working currently to finalize the drawings for a mouse pad attachment that will slide over the sidewall of the Omni shelf, nice, and it will be in the shape of a hexagon to keep the theme going of drawings for a mouse pad attachment that'll slide over the sidewall of the omni shelf, nice, and it'll be in the shape of a hexagon to keep the theme going.
00:19:39.941 -->
00:19:59.217and also maybe cup holders, tool trays, tool holders, so things like that you can just hang off the side well, bob, I think you came up with a fantastic invention there, buddy, and I wish you the most success, and I really think, like I said, I once I actually talked to you and I got the website and actually went and looked at it.
00:19:59.217 -->
00:20:03.695I literally purchased it within 15 minutes, I mean I was like I got to have one of these.
00:20:04.444 -->
00:20:06.673I just got to have one and my wife's like what's that?
00:20:06.673 -->
00:20:10.325I'm like it's a holder from my computer.
00:20:10.325 -->
00:20:18.249Baby, I'm not going to tell her it has tools in it, because then she's going to say you're going to be buying more tools.
00:20:18.269 -->
00:20:21.856And also as far as people, if they come up with ideas, they can always reach out to me.
00:20:21.856 -->
00:20:22.786I'll help them.
00:20:22.786 -->
00:20:26.375If I can help them or or lead them in the right direction, I'll be more than willing to help.
00:20:26.375 -->
00:20:30.394Or if anyone has an issue with the product when they buy it, I work with them.
00:20:30.494 -->
00:20:37.798If there's an issue, I work things out thanks for coming on the show, Bobby, and I really appreciate you making this product.
00:20:38.224 -->
