ОБ ЭТОМ ЭПИЗОДЕ
Dr. Andrew Gardella shares that one of his biggest left turns was leaving a traditional chiropractic practice to focus full-time on Access Consciousness facilitation. He believes our points of view about our bodies are often more limiting than the bodies themselves, and he approaches clients with the awareness that he's facilitating what their body needs, not trying to "fix" them.
Andrew runs the "Body Mob" for Access, coordinating body-focused classes and processes, and he also facilitates the "Energetic Synthesis of Structural Embodiment" class, which is about creating greater ease between the body, one's being, and reality. For people new to body awareness, he recommends simply asking the body questions and letting it guide you, rather than trying to force things.
