Marvel Super Heroes Precons: Dr. Doom vs Invisible Woman vs Captain America vs T'challa

WEBVTT
00:00:17.870 --> 00:00:19.949
it's generic commander that's right it's another
00:00:19.949 --> 00:00:22.129
episode of that show that we do called generic
00:00:22.129 --> 00:00:24.989
commander it's generic and it's commander and
00:00:24.989 --> 00:00:27.390
now we all got big on the video feed that's what
00:00:27.390 --> 00:00:29.289
up i'm a trendsetter you guys check it out we
00:00:29.289 --> 00:00:33.289
got we got so big for you chat yeah yeah exactly
00:00:33.289 --> 00:00:35.229
y 'all showed up and then we all just yeah we
00:00:35.229 --> 00:00:38.369
we engorged if you will anyway so let's get into
00:00:38.369 --> 00:00:44.859
this i won't what anyway so Off to a great start.
00:00:45.179 --> 00:00:48.939
So everybody, so it is a time in Magic the Gathering.
00:00:48.960 --> 00:00:50.340
And so as a result, we have a set that's about
00:00:50.340 --> 00:00:52.859
to come out. That's just how this works. And
00:00:52.859 --> 00:00:55.200
in this case, it's Marvel superheroes. And so
00:00:55.200 --> 00:00:57.899
we're playing with the pre -cons this week. So
00:00:57.899 --> 00:00:59.560
we're going to showcase some of the new cards.
00:00:59.640 --> 00:01:00.799
We're going to see some of the new stuff they
00:01:00.799 --> 00:01:03.240
can do. And if anyone's like me, they're going
00:01:03.240 --> 00:01:05.219
to read a bunch of cards for the very first time
00:01:05.219 --> 00:01:06.739
while they're holding them in their hand, which
00:01:06.739 --> 00:01:08.019
I'm looking forward to. I think this is going
00:01:08.019 --> 00:01:10.760
to be fun. Let's go around the horn, introduce
00:01:10.760 --> 00:01:12.980
ourselves, and what deck we're playing. Russ,
00:01:13.040 --> 00:01:16.439
what you on, my friend? Hey, so today I am playing
00:01:16.439 --> 00:01:22.019
Doctor Doom, King of Latverdia. It's a 3 -3.
00:01:22.280 --> 00:01:25.459
Whenever you discard one or more land, each opponent
00:01:25.459 --> 00:01:28.819
loses two life. So, and then at the beginning
00:01:28.819 --> 00:01:31.579
of combat on your turn, target villain, you can...
00:01:31.579 --> 00:01:34.140
Oh, it's villains. Interesting. Yeah, I'm waiting
00:01:34.140 --> 00:01:36.599
for this for the first time myself. Let's go!
00:01:37.200 --> 00:01:40.400
A villain you control gains Menace until end
00:01:40.400 --> 00:01:44.819
of turn and also denies. And it's Latveria? What
00:01:44.819 --> 00:01:46.700
did I say? You did not say Latveria, though.
00:01:47.000 --> 00:01:52.359
I don't know what you said. Latveria? Maybe Latveria,
00:01:52.359 --> 00:01:54.819
which is an actual place. Oh, yeah, that's true.
00:01:55.719 --> 00:01:59.120
Doom. You know what? Doom has no time for your
00:01:59.120 --> 00:02:02.379
sassiness. Doom will continue. For your sassiness,
00:02:02.439 --> 00:02:09.240
the classic quote. I'm imagining that it's something
00:02:09.240 --> 00:02:15.939
like a landfall reanimator deck. Because why
00:02:15.939 --> 00:02:20.919
else? I don't know. That would be cool. I do
00:02:20.919 --> 00:02:24.379
like it when they make commanders that do a weird
00:02:24.379 --> 00:02:28.080
pivot. Like when they made the equipment Dimir
00:02:28.080 --> 00:02:31.520
Ninja not that long ago. It was actually pretty
00:02:31.520 --> 00:02:34.169
sick. I would love to see like Grixis landfall
00:02:34.169 --> 00:02:36.849
reanimated. That'd be kind of cool. It's villains
00:02:36.849 --> 00:02:40.509
and connive, Russ. Villains and discard. Well,
00:02:40.530 --> 00:02:42.729
you discard the land so you can reanimate them.
00:02:42.909 --> 00:02:45.969
Yeah, like, yeah. Why else would you discard
00:02:45.969 --> 00:02:48.270
the land? Because you've drawn so many cards
00:02:48.270 --> 00:02:49.689
that you have a bunch of extra lands in your
00:02:49.689 --> 00:02:51.009
hand that you can't use, so you might as well
00:02:51.009 --> 00:02:52.710
just discard them and then get benefit from it.
00:02:53.310 --> 00:02:55.710
So no matter what, it gives you a benefit when
00:02:55.710 --> 00:02:57.889
you're conniving, no matter what you do, you
00:02:57.889 --> 00:02:59.590
get value. You either get the counter or you
00:02:59.590 --> 00:03:01.530
get to ping your opponents, either way. Ah, I
00:03:01.530 --> 00:03:04.789
see. Yeah, that's my, I haven't read that deck,
00:03:04.849 --> 00:03:05.990
I'm not sure what's in it, but that's what I
00:03:05.990 --> 00:03:08.629
assume, is that it's to make connive always good,
00:03:08.750 --> 00:03:13.530
no matter what. It can be okay. It can be. Very
00:03:13.530 --> 00:03:16.229
cool. Jolly, what do you think? Ask Rafine. It
00:03:16.229 --> 00:03:18.669
can be very good. Yeah, Rafine will let you know.
00:03:20.520 --> 00:03:25.120
I wanted to play the Fantastic Four because the
00:03:25.120 --> 00:03:27.939
first pre -con that I ever got and played was
00:03:27.939 --> 00:03:30.900
Kainios and Tiro of Miletus, so I have to assume
00:03:30.900 --> 00:03:33.300
that since this is the same four -color combination
00:03:33.300 --> 00:03:37.199
that the deck will play identically. I am expecting
00:03:37.199 --> 00:03:41.159
Oath of Druids. I am expecting Howling Minds.
00:03:41.159 --> 00:03:48.219
I am expecting Piers. What is the one where he's
00:03:48.219 --> 00:03:50.800
like, hey, man, tempt with discovery. That one.
00:03:50.840 --> 00:03:53.840
That'll be in there. And I'm just going to make
00:03:53.840 --> 00:03:56.900
that assumption without reading what my commander
00:03:56.900 --> 00:04:02.039
does. Jarvis, what are you doing? So you're playing
00:04:02.039 --> 00:04:05.659
non -creature spells, Jolly. Yeah, Howling Mind's
00:04:05.659 --> 00:04:07.300
a non -creature spell. Oath of Druids is a non
00:04:07.300 --> 00:04:08.000
-creature spell. I just wanted to let you know
00:04:08.000 --> 00:04:11.659
that's what you're doing. I mean, yeah. So. What?
00:04:11.919 --> 00:04:15.740
Wait, who's your commander, though, Jolly? uh
00:04:15.740 --> 00:04:20.019
oh invisible woman see so invisible he didn't
00:04:20.019 --> 00:04:23.000
even mention her yeah well yeah i just assumed
00:04:23.000 --> 00:04:25.600
this doesn't look like two men this is one lady
00:04:25.600 --> 00:04:29.319
what the hell um yeah i beginning of combat if
00:04:29.319 --> 00:04:32.220
i've done non -creature i make a wall a zero
00:04:32.220 --> 00:04:34.519
three wall oh with reach that's actually better
00:04:34.519 --> 00:04:37.379
than i thought uh also whenever i attack i may
00:04:37.379 --> 00:04:40.560
pay kainaios and tiro mana And when I do, target
00:04:40.560 --> 00:04:43.220
creature gets plus one plus O until end of turn
00:04:43.220 --> 00:04:46.019
for each creature I control and can't be blocked.
00:04:46.339 --> 00:04:49.959
So I can... That doesn't make you draw cards
00:04:49.959 --> 00:04:52.220
or... That doesn't make you draw cards or put
00:04:52.220 --> 00:04:55.259
lands into play at all. I don't understand. I
00:04:55.259 --> 00:04:59.240
like Marvel. Is that the Iron Giant? No, it's
00:04:59.240 --> 00:05:03.019
the OG Iron Man suit. Which is also not a gun.
00:05:04.759 --> 00:05:07.660
Which is not a gun. He invented this because
00:05:07.660 --> 00:05:10.800
of his guns. Yeah, I like it when he says, I
00:05:10.800 --> 00:05:14.860
go, you stay, no follow. That's my favorite quote
00:05:14.860 --> 00:05:21.620
from him. Superman. Superman, classic. Classic
00:05:21.620 --> 00:05:27.279
Marvel. I'm playing, the reason why I brought
00:05:27.279 --> 00:05:29.120
up my Iron Man statue is because I'm playing
00:05:29.120 --> 00:05:33.860
heroes. Specifically, the Jeskai deck led by
00:05:33.860 --> 00:05:37.170
Captain America, team leader. That whenever another
00:05:37.170 --> 00:05:39.529
hero I control enters, it gains vigilance and
00:05:39.529 --> 00:05:42.290
haste until end of turn. And it gets a plus one
00:05:42.290 --> 00:05:44.410
plus one counter, but so does Captain America.
00:05:45.550 --> 00:05:47.870
And Captain America's also a bitch. Iron Man
00:05:47.870 --> 00:05:50.769
would have been a better commander. Alright.
00:05:51.470 --> 00:05:56.180
Hey Ham, it's your turn. fair enough uh so yeah
00:05:56.180 --> 00:05:58.839
i'm playing uh i'm playing the selesnya pre -con
00:05:58.839 --> 00:06:00.939
and this one because i've you know wanted to
00:06:00.939 --> 00:06:04.660
play like landfall go wide like really like creatures
00:06:04.660 --> 00:06:06.560
with like maybe some kind of overrun effect because
00:06:06.560 --> 00:06:08.379
that's just you know like token generation that's
00:06:08.379 --> 00:06:11.420
what That's all that Selesnya does, right? Well,
00:06:11.420 --> 00:06:14.600
you're getting one of those. So what? So yeah,
00:06:14.759 --> 00:06:17.060
my commander is T 'Challa, the Black Panther.
00:06:17.139 --> 00:06:18.740
So let's go ahead and read that real quick. It's
00:06:18.740 --> 00:06:20.500
a two, two for three. Whenever T 'Challa enters
00:06:20.500 --> 00:06:23.379
or attacks, you create a tapped vibranium token.
00:06:23.779 --> 00:06:25.699
And for everyone out there like me who goes,
00:06:25.860 --> 00:06:28.519
the hell is that? It's basically a Power Stone
00:06:28.519 --> 00:06:31.240
token, which is historically everyone's favorite,
00:06:31.459 --> 00:06:34.720
not confusing token ever. A vibranium token is
00:06:34.720 --> 00:06:37.759
an artifact that has indestructible and tap add
00:06:37.759 --> 00:06:39.980
one color. this mana this mana can't be spent
00:06:39.980 --> 00:06:44.120
to cast a non -artifact spell which plays well
00:06:44.120 --> 00:06:47.620
but reads like poop uh yeah so it creates power
00:06:47.620 --> 00:06:50.500
stone mana uh and then t 'challa has other other
00:06:50.500 --> 00:06:53.160
uh text on it whenever you cast an artifact spell
00:06:53.160 --> 00:06:55.699
with mana value four or greater you put two one
00:06:55.699 --> 00:07:00.079
one counters on t 'challa so it's selesnya artifacts
00:07:00.079 --> 00:07:04.540
i i i'm into it that sounds a little more creative
00:07:04.540 --> 00:07:06.540
than what some of these other pre -cons seem
00:07:06.540 --> 00:07:09.259
to be up to Yeah, actually, I'm actually genuinely...
00:07:09.259 --> 00:07:11.120
I was trying to play around with it, but no,
00:07:11.160 --> 00:07:16.240
actually... It could be genuinely cool. I'm actually
00:07:16.240 --> 00:07:18.579
kind of intrigued. It'll be alright. I'm interested.
00:07:18.759 --> 00:07:22.100
We'll make it happen. If I remember correctly,
00:07:22.240 --> 00:07:23.879
there might even be a Colossus Hammer in that
00:07:23.879 --> 00:07:26.620
deck. Oh, sick! I do love me a Colossus Hammer.
00:07:26.939 --> 00:07:31.860
Yeah, I literally don't know. Yeah. I genuinely
00:07:31.860 --> 00:07:35.360
have no idea. But, let's get to it, shall we,
00:07:35.379 --> 00:07:39.689
gentlemen? i'm all right now yeah we're getting
00:07:39.689 --> 00:07:42.629
tiny again we're we're getting uh yeah we're
00:07:42.629 --> 00:07:45.629
shrinking down we're we're getting appropriately
00:07:45.629 --> 00:07:48.430
sized appropriately sized is that what we're
00:07:48.430 --> 00:07:50.569
calling it now all right uh so yeah i'm gonna
00:07:50.569 --> 00:07:52.110
go ahead and kick this thing off untap upkeep
00:07:52.110 --> 00:07:58.029
and or draw and uh i'm gonna play a kind of land
00:07:58.029 --> 00:07:59.649
i don't even like all that much because i think
00:07:59.649 --> 00:08:01.370
it's funny to have it as my first land a filter
00:08:01.370 --> 00:08:04.100
land sungrass prairie Uh, it's a land that I
00:08:04.100 --> 00:08:06.240
can pay one, tap it, and get a green and a white.
00:08:06.379 --> 00:08:08.060
And if you're like, but wait, you can't pay one.
00:08:08.180 --> 00:08:11.680
Uh -huh. You are correct. Uh, pass. Russ, take
00:08:11.680 --> 00:08:15.060
it away, good sir. All right. Worst turn one
00:08:15.060 --> 00:08:17.480
land ever. I would take a temple over that all
00:08:17.480 --> 00:08:20.639
day. I'm gonna play a mountain for turn. That's
00:08:20.639 --> 00:08:23.540
literally all I can do. Pass. All right. Untap,
00:08:23.540 --> 00:08:28.160
upkeep. What is this thing? Whoa! All right.
00:08:28.399 --> 00:08:32.210
I'm gonna play, this is a fabled passage. I'm
00:08:32.210 --> 00:08:34.049
going to tap and sacrifice it, and I'm going
00:08:34.049 --> 00:08:40.029
to go get a basic land tapped. It will be a mountain.
00:08:40.590 --> 00:08:44.470
I want a mountain. Where's the mountains? Yahoo,
00:08:44.529 --> 00:08:48.330
yahoo. Close and shuffle. It enters tapped. I'm
00:08:48.330 --> 00:08:50.649
going to untap it. Tap it. Go ahead, Jarvis.
00:08:51.190 --> 00:08:55.889
Yeah. I'm going to play a Frostboil Snarl. It's
00:08:55.889 --> 00:08:59.110
the Izzet Snarl or Prismari Snarl. Whatever you
00:08:59.110 --> 00:09:01.659
feel. And it's going to stay tapped. And I'm
00:09:01.659 --> 00:09:04.860
going to pass the turn. You know, it's a Guildgate
00:09:04.860 --> 00:09:07.659
most of the time, and I'm cool with that. You
00:09:07.659 --> 00:09:09.340
know what? Okay, I just drew a card that I'm
00:09:09.340 --> 00:09:11.120
very excited to play later, but I'm not going
00:09:11.120 --> 00:09:13.960
to right now. I'm going to play a Planes. Should
00:09:13.960 --> 00:09:15.740
we start reading the flavor text of our cards?
00:09:16.279 --> 00:09:20.419
We can. Ah, Hans, run. Like the Sungrass Fairy
00:09:20.419 --> 00:09:23.279
has a freaking paragraph on it. So does the Frostboiled
00:09:23.279 --> 00:09:26.679
Snarl. All right. The only flavor text on Frostboiled
00:09:26.679 --> 00:09:29.820
Snarl is like, what if a Guildgate was a rare?
00:09:30.620 --> 00:09:36.740
Excuse me. Anyway. I'm going to pay two. Oh,
00:09:36.740 --> 00:09:39.200
Russ is playing the first card of the game. Enhancement
00:09:39.200 --> 00:09:43.259
of Indulgence. It is an artifact that if you
00:09:43.259 --> 00:09:46.919
tap it, you get one colorless mana. Or tap it
00:09:46.919 --> 00:09:50.480
to get Rakdos, and it deals one damage to you.
00:09:50.559 --> 00:09:54.799
I'm sorry, black or red. Then I pass. Yeehaw.
00:09:55.179 --> 00:09:57.820
What is this? Oh, that's not good right now.
00:09:58.600 --> 00:10:03.159
I'm going to play a tapped Glacial Fortress,
00:10:03.220 --> 00:10:05.840
because I do not control a plains or an island.
00:10:06.120 --> 00:10:08.120
And then I'm going to tap my mountain for one
00:10:08.120 --> 00:10:10.799
red, and then I'm going to pass the turn. Okay.
00:10:12.039 --> 00:10:16.399
Hi -ya. I want to play this Command Tower. This
00:10:16.399 --> 00:10:19.899
Command Tower makes it that I have all my mana
00:10:19.899 --> 00:10:24.039
colors that I need. And even better, I want to
00:10:24.039 --> 00:10:28.399
play this Shield Spy Satellite. It's a Felwar
00:10:28.399 --> 00:10:32.860
stone. Shields by satellite. Cold drink of water
00:10:32.860 --> 00:10:36.799
makes the sweet surprise. It's a game that can
00:10:36.799 --> 00:10:41.419
make a grown man cry. Statutory rape song. Whoa.
00:10:41.580 --> 00:10:45.659
Jesus Christ. Sorry? Whoa. All right, I missed
00:10:45.659 --> 00:10:48.539
something. Woof. All right, so I'm going to play
00:10:48.539 --> 00:10:51.720
first. No, Russ is correct. Russ is correct.
00:10:52.000 --> 00:10:56.309
Yeah, I am not. Yeah, I am 100 % correct. Yeah,
00:10:56.350 --> 00:10:58.570
that's not a good band, and it's not a good song,
00:10:58.710 --> 00:11:01.570
and it was not a good thing to have said. My
00:11:01.570 --> 00:11:04.210
yikes stance. All right, so I'm going to go ahead
00:11:04.210 --> 00:11:07.649
and pay. I'm going to play a force of my life
00:11:07.649 --> 00:11:10.950
return, pay three for T 'Challa, the Black Panther.
00:11:11.090 --> 00:11:13.809
My commander's here. Hooray! And whenever T 'Challa
00:11:13.809 --> 00:11:17.309
enters or attacks, I get to make a vibranium
00:11:17.309 --> 00:11:20.710
token, so I will. So I'm going to go ahead and...
00:11:21.159 --> 00:11:23.460
rock out of our brand name token i'm gonna put
00:11:23.460 --> 00:11:25.259
it down here kind of by my lands because it's
00:11:25.259 --> 00:11:27.960
kind of land almost um and i'm realizing actually
00:11:27.960 --> 00:11:30.620
with that being like a titan style like enter
00:11:30.620 --> 00:11:35.779
and attack trigger um yeah it kind of it kind
00:11:35.779 --> 00:11:38.860
of snipes actually yeah like that's a that's
00:11:38.860 --> 00:11:41.340
gonna ramp like kind of fast they do enter tap
00:11:41.340 --> 00:11:44.299
though but still like wow all right uh and with
00:11:44.299 --> 00:11:47.360
that i'm gonna pee that tea baby Alright, awesome
00:11:47.360 --> 00:11:49.279
sauce. We're going to untap, I'll keep drawing
00:11:49.279 --> 00:11:50.779
a card, because everybody listens when we're
00:11:50.779 --> 00:11:56.759
drawing a card. Hell yeah. I'm going to play
00:11:56.759 --> 00:11:59.820
a Drowned Catacomb. It comes in untapped because
00:11:59.820 --> 00:12:06.100
I do control an island. Nice. Um, hell, I didn't
00:12:06.100 --> 00:12:09.759
expect to get this. Turn four? Turn three. I
00:12:09.759 --> 00:12:12.460
didn't expect to have mana this far. Oh no, Russ,
00:12:12.460 --> 00:12:15.139
this is a pre -con. They actually put the appropriate
00:12:15.139 --> 00:12:20.539
amount of lands in them. Oh, bite me. Okay, three
00:12:20.539 --> 00:12:23.159
mana for a patchwork banner. I'm going to choose
00:12:23.159 --> 00:12:29.500
villain. Oh, shit. Creature control of the type,
00:12:29.620 --> 00:12:31.840
get plus one, plus one, and I can tap it for
00:12:31.840 --> 00:12:34.100
one color. And then I go ahead and... Alright,
00:12:34.220 --> 00:12:39.120
what am I doing? Woof! My god. Okay, sorry. I
00:12:39.120 --> 00:12:41.159
think that that was pretty privileged of me.
00:12:42.000 --> 00:12:45.039
to have reacted the way I did. I drew an Evolving
00:12:45.039 --> 00:12:49.539
Wilds. And my genuine reaction was a little bit
00:12:49.539 --> 00:12:57.000
of disgust. This is the year 2026. Stop trying
00:12:57.000 --> 00:13:00.120
to make Evolving Wilds happen. Stop trying to
00:13:00.120 --> 00:13:02.659
make Evolving Wilds happen, Karen. It's not going
00:13:02.659 --> 00:13:05.539
to happen. That's a pretty good reprint, but
00:13:05.539 --> 00:13:08.919
man, oh man. Okay. Because that was involuntarily.
00:13:09.080 --> 00:13:11.860
I didn't think I would react that way. I'm going
00:13:11.860 --> 00:13:15.179
to go ahead and cast my commander. Where'd she
00:13:15.179 --> 00:13:18.519
go, lady? No, the invisible woman. At the beginning
00:13:18.519 --> 00:13:20.480
of combat on my turn, I don't get to do the thing
00:13:20.480 --> 00:13:22.039
because I didn't cast a non -creature spell.
00:13:22.139 --> 00:13:29.240
She's a 3 -3. And I can pay K and T mana whenever
00:13:29.240 --> 00:13:31.919
I attack to do a thing. But I can't. And I won't.
00:13:31.940 --> 00:13:39.870
I pass. Okie dokie. I want to play this Coastal
00:13:39.870 --> 00:13:43.669
Peak. Coastal Peak is an island mountain that
00:13:43.669 --> 00:13:46.370
enters tapped and has cycling too. It's a bicycle
00:13:46.370 --> 00:13:51.649
land. And then I'm going to tap for three for
00:13:51.649 --> 00:13:55.789
Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler. I'm playing
00:13:55.789 --> 00:14:02.669
with myself. Yikes, man. Well, let's see if you
00:14:02.669 --> 00:14:06.019
can get the job done. Are we going to have to
00:14:06.019 --> 00:14:09.600
have a yikes count on this one? I don't hate
00:14:09.600 --> 00:14:14.120
that. Jarvis is a 1 -4. My booty's bigger than
00:14:14.120 --> 00:14:16.519
that. Whenever I cast a hero spell, I draw a
00:14:16.519 --> 00:14:20.559
card. Jesus Christ, Jarvis. Yikes. And I'll pass.
00:14:21.039 --> 00:14:24.059
Look at me. You know I'm thick. You know 4 is
00:14:24.059 --> 00:14:26.960
not going to cover my booty. Listen, I've only
00:14:26.960 --> 00:14:29.120
ever seen the top half of you, so I only know
00:14:29.120 --> 00:14:30.840
the top half of you is thick. You might have
00:14:30.840 --> 00:14:32.779
little spaghetti legs, you Gumby -looking bitch.
00:14:34.009 --> 00:14:36.529
that's just factually untrue you've met me in
00:14:36.529 --> 00:14:39.129
person i have and you don't look anything like
00:14:39.129 --> 00:14:44.870
you might have spaghetti legs you gumpy looking
00:14:44.870 --> 00:14:49.710
bitch wow i gotta say have you ever okay this
00:14:49.710 --> 00:14:52.370
is becoming a more universal experience uh with
00:14:52.370 --> 00:14:54.690
more people make content have you ever just like
00:14:54.690 --> 00:14:56.789
been making something with with your co -host
00:14:56.789 --> 00:14:58.970
and realized i can't say anything right away
00:14:58.970 --> 00:15:01.470
because we need a good way to like cut that to
00:15:01.470 --> 00:15:03.549
turn into a short, because that's the most ridiculous
00:15:03.549 --> 00:15:08.070
thing. Anyway. I'm going to play a Canopy Vistas
00:15:08.070 --> 00:15:09.889
in my land for a turn. I do have two basics,
00:15:10.049 --> 00:15:12.809
so it enters untapped, which is neat. I'm then
00:15:12.809 --> 00:15:18.909
going to tap my good Vibranium Asians and three
00:15:18.909 --> 00:15:22.409
of my lands to play a freaking Psalm Simulacrum,
00:15:22.470 --> 00:15:24.809
you guys. You know, you love it. It's a sad robot,
00:15:24.929 --> 00:15:26.230
but this one actually doesn't look particularly
00:15:26.230 --> 00:15:29.340
sad. It's like some kind of... idle situation
00:15:29.340 --> 00:15:31.399
and it looks like it's gonna like fuck somebody
00:15:31.399 --> 00:15:33.860
up this is a very angry solemn simulacrum uh
00:15:33.860 --> 00:15:36.220
it's a duty for four when it enters you may search
00:15:36.220 --> 00:15:37.980
the library for basic uh put it on the benefit
00:15:37.980 --> 00:15:39.940
of the tap shoovel and when it dies draw a card
00:15:39.940 --> 00:15:43.700
that's neat so i'm gonna go ahead and oh and
00:15:43.700 --> 00:15:48.500
t 'challa gets two counters uh because nice because
00:15:48.500 --> 00:15:51.240
reasons oh man because reasons because i cast
00:15:51.240 --> 00:15:53.440
a uh an artifact spell with mana value four greater
00:15:53.440 --> 00:15:56.159
which is pretty cool uh and i'm gonna go ahead
00:15:56.159 --> 00:15:59.600
and have it be a forest I put it into play. Tap.
00:15:59.700 --> 00:16:02.740
Close shuffle. Hell yeah. And then I'm going
00:16:02.740 --> 00:16:06.799
to go ahead and go to punchies. Who should take
00:16:06.799 --> 00:16:10.460
the king's punchies first? I'm thinking Jolly
00:16:10.460 --> 00:16:11.720
because you're going to have a bunch of expendable
00:16:11.720 --> 00:16:14.019
defenders here very shortly. So I'm going to
00:16:14.019 --> 00:16:16.460
swing while the swinging is good. I'm going to
00:16:16.460 --> 00:16:19.980
send T 'Challa Jolly's way. I take four T 'Challa
00:16:19.980 --> 00:16:24.080
damage. Yeah, buddy. Yeah, yeah. And upon attack,
00:16:24.220 --> 00:16:28.279
I get another good vibration token. Such a sweet
00:16:28.279 --> 00:16:33.879
sensation. It really is. All right. And help
00:16:33.879 --> 00:16:35.340
me, Rhonda. And by that, I mean I'm going to
00:16:35.340 --> 00:16:38.940
pass to Russ. Yes, I got the snort from Jolly.
00:16:39.000 --> 00:16:43.500
It's all I wanted. All right. There was a jukebox
00:16:43.500 --> 00:16:46.159
musical on Broadway called Good Vibrations, and
00:16:46.159 --> 00:16:49.720
I have seen it. Anyway. I didn't see that. I
00:16:49.720 --> 00:16:51.320
really liked Moulin Rouge when it was around.
00:16:51.759 --> 00:16:54.259
It was okay. Literally every single song was
00:16:54.259 --> 00:16:57.399
Beach Boys. The plot was the most contrived nonsense
00:16:57.399 --> 00:17:00.379
I've ever seen, but it was fine. Don't you love
00:17:00.379 --> 00:17:03.700
when they make content that way, whether it's
00:17:03.700 --> 00:17:06.480
a movie or a musical? Like, yeah, just give me
00:17:06.480 --> 00:17:08.960
one of my favorite bands and just their music
00:17:08.960 --> 00:17:13.700
throughout the entire thing. Yeah. Barron Strucker.
00:17:14.579 --> 00:17:17.920
Hydra. Who's this? Barron Strucker, Hydra Overlord.
00:17:18.599 --> 00:17:21.400
Villain spells you cast cost one less to cast.
00:17:21.920 --> 00:17:24.519
Whenever another villain you control energy may
00:17:24.519 --> 00:17:27.559
have it can I do this only once per turn then
00:17:27.559 --> 00:17:31.539
I'm gonna pay one in a blue or a Glorious purpose
00:17:31.539 --> 00:17:35.640
as I now channeled Loki Whenever a creature you
00:17:35.640 --> 00:17:38.220
control or yeah whenever a creature you control
00:17:38.220 --> 00:17:40.839
canons put plus one plus one counter on that
00:17:40.839 --> 00:17:44.180
creature and a plan counter on this enchantment
00:17:44.180 --> 00:17:48.700
When the sixth plan counter is put on this enchantment
00:17:48.700 --> 00:17:52.940
sacrifice If you do, put the top four cards of
00:17:52.940 --> 00:17:55.259
your library. Exile the top four. You may play
00:17:55.259 --> 00:17:57.579
any number of those cards without paying its
00:17:57.579 --> 00:18:00.720
mana cost. Put the rest into your hand. That's
00:18:00.720 --> 00:18:04.859
really good. I just want to destroy that enchantment.
00:18:04.880 --> 00:18:09.559
She's resting all the time reading it. And I
00:18:09.559 --> 00:18:13.200
need bipocals, too. That was really hard. I'm
00:18:13.200 --> 00:18:17.740
proud of you. So I pass my turn. Untap upkeep.
00:18:17.819 --> 00:18:21.180
Whoa, is that a what the hell are you what? Oh,
00:18:21.259 --> 00:18:24.000
that's actually that's that's pretty I like that
00:18:24.000 --> 00:18:29.039
card I got to use that in a day. Okay You're
00:18:29.039 --> 00:18:32.099
using it in a deck right now shush I'm going
00:18:32.099 --> 00:18:35.519
to Do I want to do this? Yeah, I'll do this.
00:18:35.619 --> 00:18:38.960
I'm gonna pay a red and a blue I'm gonna cast
00:18:38.960 --> 00:18:41.400
expressive iteration. I look at the top three
00:18:41.400 --> 00:18:43.579
cards on my library I put one of my hand one
00:18:43.579 --> 00:18:46.420
on the bottom of my library and exile one And
00:18:46.420 --> 00:18:50.680
I may play it. I may cast that this turn. Or
00:18:50.680 --> 00:18:53.640
I may play it. You may play it, yeah. You can
00:18:53.640 --> 00:18:56.000
use Lance. That's why that card's good. Yeah,
00:18:56.019 --> 00:19:00.660
I figured. Yeah, it got banned, I want to say,
00:19:00.680 --> 00:19:03.180
in Standard. I'm trying to remember if it got
00:19:03.180 --> 00:19:05.779
banned in Pioneer or not. But yeah, it's very
00:19:05.779 --> 00:19:10.180
good. I think it might have. The two mana draw,
00:19:10.240 --> 00:19:12.759
too, is kind of scuffed. I want to say it did,
00:19:12.859 --> 00:19:16.819
but I could be wrong. I will... Exile Farseek.
00:19:17.019 --> 00:19:22.319
I will put this on the bottom, and I'll put this
00:19:22.319 --> 00:19:25.019
in my hand. Why does it matter if it got banned
00:19:25.019 --> 00:19:28.000
in Standard anyway? Not Standard, I mean Pioneer.
00:19:28.400 --> 00:19:31.400
Pioneer itself got banned as a format. Effectively.
00:19:31.700 --> 00:19:36.140
Yeah. I'm gonna play... I really enjoyed Pioneer.
00:19:37.000 --> 00:19:39.680
I'm gonna cast Farseek, which lets me go and
00:19:39.680 --> 00:19:42.319
get a Plains, Island, Swamp, or Mountain. Or
00:19:42.319 --> 00:19:45.839
just any duel or triome ever. Yeah. But I did
00:19:45.839 --> 00:19:48.039
just double -check. It got banned in Pioneer
00:19:48.039 --> 00:19:52.480
and Legacy. Ah! Legacy still has combat, too?
00:19:52.880 --> 00:19:57.279
Allegedly. There's probably a dozen Emoto grinders
00:19:57.279 --> 00:20:00.880
who still enjoy it. Here is a Radiant Summit.
00:20:01.880 --> 00:20:08.740
That's the land I got. So now, I can make a wall
00:20:08.740 --> 00:20:12.880
when I move to combat. And I can attack for three.
00:20:13.279 --> 00:20:17.509
You sure can. um yeah me and russ are the two
00:20:17.509 --> 00:20:21.029
but i with solid yeah yeah russ i'm gonna hit
00:20:21.029 --> 00:20:23.569
you for three i have a three three are you sure
00:20:23.569 --> 00:20:27.589
that you want to do that oh yeah yeah yeah okay
00:20:27.589 --> 00:20:30.710
i'm gonna take three yeah i also don't know why
00:20:30.710 --> 00:20:32.849
i was taking shots in day legacy that's very
00:20:32.849 --> 00:20:34.910
silly because from what i hear actually the legacy
00:20:34.910 --> 00:20:38.170
community is like really like open and trying
00:20:38.170 --> 00:20:39.930
to get new people in regularly so apparently
00:20:39.930 --> 00:20:42.970
it's like some of the most uh welcoming, like,
00:20:42.990 --> 00:20:44.670
60 -card magic you can play. Yeah, they're really
00:20:44.670 --> 00:20:47.630
nice over there. That's what I hear. I am done,
00:20:47.750 --> 00:20:49.970
Jarvis. I don't know why I was being so shitty
00:20:49.970 --> 00:20:51.890
about it, but, you know. Because here we are.
00:20:52.630 --> 00:20:54.809
It's okay. What are they going to do? Pay $800
00:20:54.809 --> 00:21:02.049
for a mana rock? I mean, yeah. They have. I want
00:21:02.049 --> 00:21:04.470
to play a Secluded Courtyard as my land for turn.
00:21:05.250 --> 00:21:08.650
Secluded Courtyard, when it enters, I have to
00:21:08.650 --> 00:21:12.390
choose a creature type. Hero. It taps for a colorless
00:21:12.390 --> 00:21:15.130
or one mana of any color if I use it for a creature
00:21:15.130 --> 00:21:18.029
spell that shares that creature type or an activated
00:21:18.029 --> 00:21:20.910
ability of a creature of that type. I'm then
00:21:20.910 --> 00:21:28.690
going to tap for one, two, three. No, let's untap
00:21:28.690 --> 00:21:32.490
this one and tap this one instead. Four. Captain
00:21:32.490 --> 00:21:37.890
America. Team Leader. When I cast that, I get
00:21:37.890 --> 00:21:41.089
to draw a card. Yeah, it's a cast trigger and
00:21:41.089 --> 00:21:42.450
not an interest trigger, right? Whenever you
00:21:42.450 --> 00:21:49.309
cast a hero, yeah. It is, yes. I don't have any
00:21:49.309 --> 00:21:52.549
good attacks. I want to pass. Okie dokie. I'm
00:21:52.549 --> 00:21:56.950
scared of this T 'Challa deck. I'm not going
00:21:56.950 --> 00:21:58.529
to lie, it actually feels really good so far.
00:21:58.630 --> 00:22:02.609
Yeah, it kind of goes. I got some options right
00:22:02.609 --> 00:22:07.670
now, and I'm pretty stoked on that. Nasty. Alright.
00:22:08.069 --> 00:22:11.539
Yeah. Alright. So I'm going to play a land for
00:22:11.539 --> 00:22:14.400
turn. It'll be a plains this time. So I've got
00:22:14.400 --> 00:22:18.640
six lands and two vibraniums. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:22:19.119 --> 00:22:21.539
Good god. So I have access to eight mana if I
00:22:21.539 --> 00:22:24.500
want to spend it for artifacts and stuff. I think
00:22:24.500 --> 00:22:28.119
that's kind of neat. And so there's a card that's
00:22:28.119 --> 00:22:30.039
in this deck that makes me really freaking happy.
00:22:30.259 --> 00:22:33.440
It's like a classic from back in the day. And
00:22:33.440 --> 00:22:35.519
I'm just going to celebrate it here. I'm going
00:22:35.519 --> 00:22:41.970
to tap my vibraniums. So one, two, three, four,
00:22:42.190 --> 00:22:48.069
five for a Panther Idol, a .k .a. Mind's Eye.
00:22:48.809 --> 00:22:51.509
Mind's Eye is an absolute classic. It is a five
00:22:51.509 --> 00:22:53.769
drop artifact that says whenever an opponent
00:22:53.769 --> 00:22:58.069
draws a card, you may pay one if you do draw
00:22:58.069 --> 00:23:02.289
a card. So as long as I have extra mana, I just
00:23:02.289 --> 00:23:06.150
get. i get extra cards and you'll notice here
00:23:06.150 --> 00:23:08.730
we are on like turn five and i have three extra
00:23:08.730 --> 00:23:11.170
mana so as you guys are drawing cards for your
00:23:11.170 --> 00:23:14.049
turn i will also be drawing cards uh and t 'challa
00:23:14.049 --> 00:23:17.410
buffs again uh so up to a six six with two more
00:23:17.410 --> 00:23:21.890
counters um good god all right and with that
00:23:21.890 --> 00:23:24.029
i'm gonna go ahead and uh attack because i want
00:23:24.029 --> 00:23:27.569
another vibranium doggone it um i see why uh
00:23:27.569 --> 00:23:29.809
why golem was going after him so hard all right
00:23:29.809 --> 00:23:34.900
um Andy Serkis played the villain in the first
00:23:34.900 --> 00:23:39.500
Black Panther movie. Come on. Thank you. Well,
00:23:40.720 --> 00:23:44.259
I wouldn't say he was the villain of the first
00:23:44.259 --> 00:23:47.339
Black Panther movie. He was a villain in the
00:23:47.339 --> 00:23:50.740
first Black Panther movie. Sure. If you want
00:23:50.740 --> 00:23:54.779
to nitpick, a movie can have multiple villains.
00:23:54.980 --> 00:23:57.039
He was a tool that was used by the real villain.
00:23:57.480 --> 00:24:00.119
Are we getting well -actualized right now? I
00:24:00.119 --> 00:24:02.220
also, I love the fact that, like, here I am,
00:24:02.279 --> 00:24:05.779
the, like, the most nitpicky pedantic nerd being
00:24:05.779 --> 00:24:08.079
like, okay, you pedantic nerd, stop nitpicking.
00:24:10.779 --> 00:24:15.180
All right. Anyway. And actually, for that, I
00:24:15.180 --> 00:24:17.099
think I should send T 'Challa Jarvis, because
00:24:17.099 --> 00:24:19.819
he's got blockers, but he's going to have to
00:24:19.819 --> 00:24:21.380
give one up if he's going to take it. Because,
00:24:21.380 --> 00:24:23.279
yeah, Captain America's a 3 -3 that does all
00:24:23.279 --> 00:24:24.400
this stuff. So, yeah, they're both set -up pieces.
00:24:24.619 --> 00:24:26.559
So, yeah, Jarvis, you got a 6 -6 T 'Challa coming
00:24:26.559 --> 00:24:29.470
at you. I have something. I have something that
00:24:29.470 --> 00:24:34.710
I'd like to do. I would like to go and destroy
00:24:34.710 --> 00:24:37.930
evil. Destroying a target creature with a toughness
00:24:37.930 --> 00:24:41.089
four or greater to destroy target T 'Challa.
00:24:41.670 --> 00:24:46.089
Okay. Dang. You did get the vibranium. Yeah,
00:24:46.130 --> 00:24:49.470
because I did just hastily rush through. So do
00:24:49.470 --> 00:24:53.410
we want to? Oh, no. Oh, I was only going to destroy
00:24:53.410 --> 00:24:55.329
it if it was attacking it. Okay, good, good,
00:24:55.349 --> 00:24:57.640
good. In that case, sure. You got it. All right,
00:24:57.680 --> 00:24:59.920
so, yeah, T 'Challa's back in the zone, but I
00:24:59.920 --> 00:25:03.200
do have more vibrations. Yeah. And plenty of
00:25:03.200 --> 00:25:04.960
mana, although the vibranium mana cannot recast
00:25:04.960 --> 00:25:06.599
T 'Challa, so that's a thing. Yeah, that's the
00:25:06.599 --> 00:25:08.400
thing. These pre -cons are going to have the
00:25:08.400 --> 00:25:10.440
appropriate amount of removal. I'm trying to
00:25:10.440 --> 00:25:12.559
keep that in mind before I make any big plays,
00:25:12.740 --> 00:25:14.640
because I'm like, I'm not playing against Russ
00:25:14.640 --> 00:25:18.819
and Ham at their full power. I'm playing at them
00:25:18.819 --> 00:25:22.220
with what Wizards considers to be... Like, mid
00:25:22.220 --> 00:25:25.839
-power. Yeah, an appropriate balance. Yeah, no,
00:25:25.940 --> 00:25:27.619
when you're playing against me most of the time,
00:25:27.680 --> 00:25:30.579
it's, uh, yeah. Like, I have my one -source plowshares
00:25:30.579 --> 00:25:32.420
on round. What else do I need? It'll be fine.
00:25:33.299 --> 00:25:34.940
Alright, uh, yeah, and with that, I'm gonna pass
00:25:34.940 --> 00:25:37.240
the turn, so Russ, take it away. Uh, tippity
00:25:37.240 --> 00:25:40.500
-tap, upkeep. Uh, when you draw, I'm gonna go
00:25:40.500 --> 00:25:42.119
ahead and pay one draw as well. Thank you, Mind's
00:25:42.119 --> 00:25:45.819
Eye. Look, we got an Evolving Wilds and a Mind's
00:25:45.819 --> 00:25:47.799
Eye out on the field? This is crazy. What year
00:25:47.799 --> 00:25:51.039
is this? I love it. 1999. Hell yeah, it is. Well,
00:25:51.160 --> 00:25:54.339
mine's that came out in 2004, I think. Damn,
00:25:54.619 --> 00:25:56.859
you weren't lying about being the most pedantic
00:25:56.859 --> 00:26:02.920
asshole. Telling you. Anyway. It was in Mirrodin.
00:26:02.980 --> 00:26:05.400
I love Mirrodin. Mirrodin was great. No, it was
00:26:05.400 --> 00:26:07.779
2004, because it was the year I... Oh, Jolly,
00:26:07.839 --> 00:26:11.160
you're going to love this. Ooh, okay. I think
00:26:11.160 --> 00:26:13.299
something bad's about to happen to everyone if
00:26:13.299 --> 00:26:16.400
Russ is saying that. Is it a villain deck? No
00:26:16.400 --> 00:26:21.130
way. Ooh, or it's a clone. Okay, ready? You're
00:26:21.130 --> 00:26:22.930
going to like it. It's going to make you happy.
00:26:22.930 --> 00:26:26.089
There are clones of this deck. I think he would
00:26:26.089 --> 00:26:27.369
spark doubles in this deck. I'm going to take
00:26:27.369 --> 00:26:32.130
two in a blue. Oh, it's Chameleon! It's Chameleon,
00:26:32.130 --> 00:26:34.029
Master of Disguise. It's going to come in as
00:26:34.029 --> 00:26:38.269
a copy of Baron Von Stryker. Only its name is
00:26:38.269 --> 00:26:42.849
Chameleon, Master of Disguise. Okay. I am going
00:26:42.849 --> 00:26:45.789
to have it connive. So I'm going to discard.
00:26:46.410 --> 00:26:49.710
I like it. We got two Barons. Well, one's a chameleon.
00:26:49.930 --> 00:26:51.950
And so now your villain spells cost two less
00:26:51.950 --> 00:26:54.690
to cast? I'm going to discard this Tri -Sentinel
00:26:54.690 --> 00:26:56.670
Active Vengeance. But yes, my villain spells
00:26:56.670 --> 00:26:58.769
cost two less to cast. And they connive twice
00:26:58.769 --> 00:27:01.829
when they enter. That's pretty good. Now, what
00:27:01.829 --> 00:27:03.630
triggers your plan over here? I can't remember.
00:27:04.569 --> 00:27:06.970
I'm going to add a counter. I'm sorry, what triggers?
00:27:07.190 --> 00:27:09.410
Oh, and then, let's see. When I creature you
00:27:09.410 --> 00:27:11.329
control connives, I put a plus one, plus one.
00:27:11.390 --> 00:27:15.710
Okay, so he has another counter, too. Damn. So
00:27:15.710 --> 00:27:19.109
then... Do you have a land in hand? I wish I
00:27:19.109 --> 00:27:23.710
did. I played that wrong. Sure. It's the same
00:27:23.710 --> 00:27:25.849
blue source, I just need the black. Yeah, the
00:27:25.849 --> 00:27:30.250
only reason why it... Do you better next time,
00:27:30.269 --> 00:27:33.730
Russ? Because, you know, you did that after getting
00:27:33.730 --> 00:27:37.250
more information. Yeah. It's fine. The listeners
00:27:37.250 --> 00:27:40.170
at home don't know that. You cannot, you drew
00:27:40.170 --> 00:27:44.039
a card. I didn't draw a card. When you can't,
00:27:44.240 --> 00:27:46.720
you draw a card, then discard a card when you
00:27:46.720 --> 00:27:48.920
can't. Oh, I just discarded a card. Whoops, I
00:27:48.920 --> 00:27:54.059
didn't draw. There we go. Okay, so he actually
00:27:54.059 --> 00:27:56.160
could fix his mana, because he had no more information.
00:27:56.420 --> 00:28:01.740
He just went down a card. Yeah, I just discarded
00:28:01.740 --> 00:28:04.079
it. I forgot that when you can't, you draw first.
00:28:05.420 --> 00:28:08.130
What's going to make this even funnier? I don't
00:28:08.130 --> 00:28:12.630
pay one black. That would be garbage. That'd
00:28:12.630 --> 00:28:16.890
be terrible. I don't pay one in a black for a
00:28:16.890 --> 00:28:20.369
tombstone career criminal. I'm sorry, just black
00:28:20.369 --> 00:28:23.690
because it's costly. When tombstone enters, return
00:28:23.690 --> 00:28:25.569
target villain card from your graveyard to your
00:28:25.569 --> 00:28:26.990
graveyard. So I'm going to return this tri -sentinel
00:28:26.990 --> 00:28:29.250
from the graveyard to my hand. And your villains
00:28:29.250 --> 00:28:31.450
cost one less. And you get to connive twice.
00:28:32.089 --> 00:28:34.769
Oh, you connive twice. No, you only connives
00:28:34.769 --> 00:28:36.940
once. Oh, yeah, that triggers only once each
00:28:36.940 --> 00:28:38.539
turn. It only triggers once each turn, so he
00:28:38.539 --> 00:28:41.220
only has it for the second Baron. Oh, yeah, yeah,
00:28:41.220 --> 00:28:44.180
yeah. Right, but I do get to... And now you get
00:28:44.180 --> 00:28:45.799
to return another villain card from your graveyard
00:28:45.799 --> 00:28:49.799
to your hand. If you, uh... Yeah, so... And now
00:28:49.799 --> 00:28:52.799
you get to connive. You get to... Russ, remember,
00:28:52.940 --> 00:28:55.779
you get to draw, then just... Yeah, you draw
00:28:55.779 --> 00:29:00.549
first, fortunately. Look, I do, I gotta say though,
00:29:00.670 --> 00:29:03.410
I'm a big fan, like, I love clones, and I like
00:29:03.410 --> 00:29:08.470
non -land ways of ramping, and so cost reducers
00:29:08.470 --> 00:29:10.630
and clones and just a bunch of them, I'm also
00:29:10.630 --> 00:29:13.410
really into what Russ is doing right now. I really
00:29:13.410 --> 00:29:17.509
like, I really like Ham and Russ's decks. I'm
00:29:17.509 --> 00:29:19.569
gonna discard the Tri -Sentinel Active Vengeance
00:29:19.569 --> 00:29:23.069
again. Nice. So now you can put a counter on
00:29:23.069 --> 00:29:27.289
turn. Oh, we found one. Oh yeah, two counters
00:29:27.289 --> 00:29:30.200
on Tombstone. Just one. Just one. Because I only
00:29:30.200 --> 00:29:32.259
connived one. Well, the plan, though, whenever
00:29:32.259 --> 00:29:34.160
he connives, the plan puts a counter on something,
00:29:34.240 --> 00:29:38.099
right? Does it? Yes. Whenever a creature you
00:29:38.099 --> 00:29:40.240
control connives, put a plus one, plus one. Okay.
00:29:40.700 --> 00:29:44.859
So two 4 -4s and a 2 -2. Okay. That's a pretty
00:29:44.859 --> 00:29:47.319
good board. And a Volkswagen Beetle. And so now
00:29:47.319 --> 00:29:51.359
his villains cost three less? Yeah. That's kind
00:29:51.359 --> 00:29:54.640
of sick. I'm not going to lie. I kind of love
00:29:54.640 --> 00:29:57.529
this. This is kind of cool. Oh my god, I can
00:29:57.529 --> 00:29:59.450
do this too. Jolly, you're going to love this.
00:30:00.250 --> 00:30:03.190
I'm already soaked. Alright, so I'm going to
00:30:03.190 --> 00:30:06.630
pay one and a red. We could have taken a bathroom
00:30:06.630 --> 00:30:11.630
break. My villain cost is reduced by three. Three
00:30:11.630 --> 00:30:15.250
generic, yeah. I'm going to play a living laser
00:30:15.250 --> 00:30:19.630
for one and a red. Whenever it attacks for each
00:30:19.630 --> 00:30:21.849
card you've discarded this turn, create a token
00:30:21.849 --> 00:30:23.869
that's a copy of living laser except the token
00:30:23.869 --> 00:30:30.150
isn't legendary. Oh, shit. You don't get a connive
00:30:30.150 --> 00:30:32.529
this time. Yeah, there's no more conniving for
00:30:32.529 --> 00:30:35.269
him entering. Right, there's no more conniving.
00:30:36.069 --> 00:30:38.670
Yeah, you've still discarded two cards this turn
00:30:38.670 --> 00:30:42.009
so far. Yes. So I'm going to get two copies.
00:30:42.529 --> 00:30:45.849
When you attack, because it has haste. When I
00:30:45.849 --> 00:30:48.549
attack, because it has haste. So I'm going to
00:30:48.549 --> 00:30:52.849
send the OG Living Laser at you. Cool. And the
00:30:52.849 --> 00:30:56.119
next trigger. And then I'm going to send one
00:30:56.119 --> 00:30:58.599
at Jarvis and one. Yeah, I'm blocked with the
00:30:58.599 --> 00:31:02.720
wall. Yeah, I'm blocking with my sad robot. I'm
00:31:02.720 --> 00:31:06.359
blocking with my face. Love it. And when sad
00:31:06.359 --> 00:31:11.000
robot dies, I draw a card. Yay. Go away. All
00:31:11.000 --> 00:31:13.259
right, move to second main. Move through second
00:31:13.259 --> 00:31:16.160
main. Ham, I'm actually kind of a little surprised
00:31:16.160 --> 00:31:17.779
you didn't just go all in on the mind's eye.
00:31:18.940 --> 00:31:22.039
How have I not? I've paid for it every single
00:31:22.039 --> 00:31:25.009
time I used it. Or every chance I've had. I thought
00:31:25.009 --> 00:31:26.369
you had a total of three extra mana and Russ
00:31:26.369 --> 00:31:28.730
drew three cards. Oh, the Canaes. Yeah, I'm also
00:31:28.730 --> 00:31:32.009
not paying attention. So you and Jolly will each
00:31:32.009 --> 00:31:33.369
draw on your turn. I'll draw the same number
00:31:33.369 --> 00:31:35.109
of cards. That's true. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm
00:31:35.109 --> 00:31:36.430
going to cast Dome of Machine. No one's drawing
00:31:36.430 --> 00:31:41.089
now. Yeah. All right. Yeah. So I'm going to go
00:31:41.089 --> 00:31:44.650
ahead and pass my turn. That was fun. Like, I
00:31:44.650 --> 00:31:46.430
enjoyed that. Hell yeah, man. Yeah, you're doing
00:31:46.430 --> 00:31:50.000
stuff. I made copies. I didn't really hurt anybody,
00:31:50.359 --> 00:31:52.859
so I didn't make myself the threat, but I did
00:31:52.859 --> 00:31:55.359
make my board state a little bit cooler. You
00:31:55.359 --> 00:31:57.279
think you didn't make yourself the threat this
00:31:57.279 --> 00:32:00.880
turn? My life went from 40 to 36. You thought
00:32:00.880 --> 00:32:03.380
I didn't hurt anybody? Yeah, and Jolly, on your
00:32:03.380 --> 00:32:05.279
turn, when you draw, I'm going to pay one into
00:32:05.279 --> 00:32:10.000
my Zion. You... buckethead. Okay. Yeah, we're
00:32:10.000 --> 00:32:12.279
just playing a nice, friendly social. I'm going
00:32:12.279 --> 00:32:17.259
to... Did I play land? No, I did not. Okay. scramble
00:32:17.259 --> 00:32:19.819
bambo here's a sun petal grove yeah my deck's
00:32:19.819 --> 00:32:23.480
kind of slow going so far which isn't anybody's
00:32:23.480 --> 00:32:26.940
fault uh one two i would say it's yours but i
00:32:26.940 --> 00:32:31.259
mean that's funny that's funny you know what
00:32:31.259 --> 00:32:34.740
yeah you're right i'm gonna do path of discovery
00:32:34.740 --> 00:32:36.839
once again this is a card that came out in like
00:32:36.839 --> 00:32:41.259
original ixalan Like, OG Ixalan, and I don't
00:32:41.259 --> 00:32:43.619
ever remember seeing it played in Commander Tables
00:32:43.619 --> 00:32:46.339
I was at. But whenever a creature I control enters,
00:32:46.480 --> 00:32:51.380
it explores. Which is kind of cool. So we're
00:32:51.380 --> 00:32:54.940
going to go to combat, make a wall, and when
00:32:54.940 --> 00:32:59.440
this wall enters, I get to explore. Which means...
00:32:59.440 --> 00:33:03.480
You actually took five because of... Oh, they
00:33:03.480 --> 00:33:05.160
got plus one, plus one? Yeah, they got plus one,
00:33:05.180 --> 00:33:07.599
plus one. Sorry about that. continue so i reveal
00:33:07.599 --> 00:33:09.980
the top card in my library i put the card into
00:33:09.980 --> 00:33:11.920
my hand if it's land otherwise i can put a counter
00:33:11.920 --> 00:33:13.799
on this creature and then i can put that back
00:33:13.799 --> 00:33:16.140
on top or in the graveyard so my top card is
00:33:16.140 --> 00:33:21.940
a collective effort um which is some pretty decent
00:33:21.940 --> 00:33:26.319
removal and it has um escalate yeah you know
00:33:26.319 --> 00:33:29.579
what i'll leave that right on top and i'll just
00:33:29.579 --> 00:33:35.940
put a counter on this wall um I guess I could
00:33:35.940 --> 00:33:39.700
attack Ham. Yeah, I'm wide open. Yeah, alright.
00:33:39.859 --> 00:33:42.740
Three invisible woman at you. Hell yeah. And
00:33:42.740 --> 00:33:45.920
then I think I'm done Cheetle. I choose to believe
00:33:45.920 --> 00:33:47.859
it's the Jessica Alba version. You're not playing
00:33:47.859 --> 00:33:51.200
War Machine. Huh? You said you're done Cheetle.
00:33:52.240 --> 00:33:57.559
Oh, yeah. I am. Go ahead, Travis. I'm going to
00:33:57.559 --> 00:34:00.359
play this planes as my land for turn. And on
00:34:00.359 --> 00:34:03.750
your draw, I'm going to eye the mind. One and
00:34:03.750 --> 00:34:08.469
a white for a folk hero. Folk hero is a background
00:34:08.469 --> 00:34:11.530
that gives commanded creatures a control. Oh,
00:34:11.550 --> 00:34:13.949
well, commanded creatures I own, I'm sorry. Whenever
00:34:13.949 --> 00:34:15.690
I cast a spell that shares a creature type with
00:34:15.690 --> 00:34:18.110
this creature, I draw a card. But it only triggers
00:34:18.110 --> 00:34:21.670
once each turn. I'm then going to go and pay
00:34:21.670 --> 00:34:29.750
one and a blue for rescue pepper pots. Has Flash
00:34:29.750 --> 00:34:32.929
and Fly, and whenever it enters, we turn up to
00:34:32.929 --> 00:34:37.090
one other target artifact or creature I control
00:34:37.090 --> 00:34:38.650
to its owner's hand. If it was an artifact, put
00:34:38.650 --> 00:34:41.289
a plus one, plus one counter on Rescue. In response
00:34:41.289 --> 00:34:45.010
to the trigger, well, first, before it enters,
00:34:45.070 --> 00:34:48.630
I do get to draw two cards. One for Folk Hero,
00:34:48.750 --> 00:34:53.449
one for Jarvis. Oh, nice! Boop, boop. But in
00:34:53.449 --> 00:34:55.610
response to the trigger, I'm going to tap the
00:34:55.610 --> 00:35:00.519
Felwar Stone. floating one blue mana, and I'm
00:35:00.519 --> 00:35:03.340
going to then return that to my hand. This will
00:35:03.340 --> 00:35:05.880
go and get a plus one, plus one counter from
00:35:05.880 --> 00:35:08.420
that ability, but it'll also get a plus one,
00:35:08.480 --> 00:35:11.480
plus one counter from Captain America and gain
00:35:11.480 --> 00:35:14.079
haste and vigilance, and Captain America will
00:35:14.079 --> 00:35:16.239
get a plus one, plus one counter. I'm then going
00:35:16.239 --> 00:35:19.880
to go and use that floating mana and tap my command
00:35:19.880 --> 00:35:23.420
tower to recast my Felwar Stone. I can't believe
00:35:23.420 --> 00:35:27.289
you figured it out. I'm going to go to combat,
00:35:27.489 --> 00:35:31.269
and none of Russ's stuff has reach, so I'm going
00:35:31.269 --> 00:35:33.730
to swing at him for four in the air. My wall
00:35:33.730 --> 00:35:38.329
has reach. It's a wonder wall. But you're not
00:35:38.329 --> 00:35:42.849
Russ. I'm not Russ. And I will pass. All right.
00:35:43.190 --> 00:35:44.570
Untapping, I'm keeping it drawn, and I'm going
00:35:44.570 --> 00:35:46.409
to look at ten cards in my hand, which I think
00:35:46.409 --> 00:35:49.869
is kind of cool. That is pretty sick. It seems
00:35:49.869 --> 00:35:52.750
decent. Yeah, so my land for turn is going to
00:35:52.750 --> 00:35:55.719
be a fortified village. Which enters tapped unless
00:35:55.719 --> 00:35:59.059
I reveal a forest or plains card from my hand.
00:35:59.340 --> 00:36:01.039
Hey, everybody. I have a basic forest in my hand.
00:36:01.099 --> 00:36:03.519
Check it out. What? Now I'm going to put it back
00:36:03.519 --> 00:36:05.519
in my hand. So Fortified Village is untapped.
00:36:06.139 --> 00:36:08.039
That's pretty slick. He's got a forest in his
00:36:08.039 --> 00:36:11.699
hand. Yep. Make note, y 'all. It's here. All
00:36:11.699 --> 00:36:15.960
right. Then for my next trick, I think I just
00:36:15.960 --> 00:36:18.039
need T 'Challa back. You want the baby back?
00:36:18.539 --> 00:36:23.179
Kind of. So, yeah. T 'Challa. The Black Panther.
00:36:23.840 --> 00:36:32.019
I ain't no T 'Challa Batgirl. Let's go. I'm so
00:36:32.019 --> 00:36:34.780
here for that. Alright, so before I forget, that
00:36:34.780 --> 00:36:37.760
brings my attacks up to four, and I have access
00:36:37.760 --> 00:36:43.239
to two regular mana, and then three vibranium
00:36:43.239 --> 00:36:48.360
mana. That's kind of cool, potentially. I do
00:36:48.360 --> 00:36:50.559
like that the vibraniums are indestructible.
00:36:50.679 --> 00:36:53.659
That's pretty gnarly. them being instructable
00:36:53.659 --> 00:36:56.960
is pretty rad so what vandal blast uh it's all
00:36:56.960 --> 00:37:00.719
good uh cool i guess i'm gonna play uh two for
00:37:00.719 --> 00:37:03.659
the other black panther uh shuri the black panther
00:37:03.659 --> 00:37:06.099
whenever shuri attacks so shuri is a two three
00:37:06.099 --> 00:37:09.340
with lifelink for two already reasonable a human
00:37:09.340 --> 00:37:11.159
noble hero by the way which is the type line
00:37:11.159 --> 00:37:14.400
for uh for t 'challa as well whenever shuri attacks
00:37:14.400 --> 00:37:17.119
draw a card if you control three or more artifacts
00:37:17.119 --> 00:37:20.829
then if you control six or more artifacts Creatures
00:37:20.829 --> 00:37:22.250
you control get plus two plus two until end of
00:37:22.250 --> 00:37:26.909
turn. Pretty cool. It's not bad, I think. I'm
00:37:26.909 --> 00:37:30.670
kind of digging Selesnya artifacts. I think that
00:37:30.670 --> 00:37:33.190
this is a pretty cool archetype. I kind of don't
00:37:33.190 --> 00:37:35.070
hate it. I'm not going to lie. I'm enjoying it.
00:37:35.320 --> 00:37:37.719
uh more and more with every every passing turn
00:37:37.719 --> 00:37:41.239
uh so yeah they're now in the mix doing the thing
00:37:41.239 --> 00:37:43.659
i have eight cards in hand so i will have to
00:37:43.659 --> 00:37:46.179
discard the hand size but i have three vibranium
00:37:46.179 --> 00:37:48.860
untapped for to feed this mind's eye which god
00:37:48.860 --> 00:37:50.920
this is a really sick application of mind's eye
00:37:50.920 --> 00:37:53.659
i love it um yeah so i'm gonna go ahead and discard
00:37:53.659 --> 00:37:57.320
a uh scattered groves As my land for turn, which
00:37:57.320 --> 00:38:01.159
I, or as my, to, on my instep rather, which I'm
00:38:01.159 --> 00:38:03.039
realizing is a forest plains. I could have revealed
00:38:03.039 --> 00:38:05.019
it so that you guys didn't know I had a basic
00:38:05.019 --> 00:38:08.840
in here, but yeah, whatever. It intercepts all
00:38:08.840 --> 00:38:10.460
the time and it cycles. So like, yeah, sure.
00:38:10.500 --> 00:38:15.980
Whatever. Yeah. So there's that. And this turn
00:38:15.980 --> 00:38:19.159
shall pass. Rust, take it away. Untap up, keep
00:38:19.159 --> 00:38:21.159
drawing a card, because everybody loves to play
00:38:21.159 --> 00:38:25.139
a card. Yay. Gonna play a mountain for turn.
00:38:25.480 --> 00:38:27.139
Oh, and when you draw a card, I'm going to tap
00:38:27.139 --> 00:38:28.940
one of my Vibraniums and also draw a card. Of
00:38:28.940 --> 00:38:33.179
course. I would expect nothing less. Hell yeah.
00:38:33.340 --> 00:38:38.860
So I have a question. For Unearthed, the Unearthed
00:38:38.860 --> 00:38:42.420
cost, that's not reduced by anything with the
00:38:42.420 --> 00:38:44.840
villain, right? No, because Unearthed is an ability,
00:38:45.059 --> 00:38:47.800
not a casting cost. Yeah, you're not casting
00:38:47.800 --> 00:38:51.260
it. Zerda does reduce the cost of... activated
00:38:51.260 --> 00:38:53.539
abilities from the graveyard, so if you ever
00:38:53.539 --> 00:38:55.860
wanted to build a Zerda unearthed deck, you could.
00:38:56.500 --> 00:38:58.579
That's fun. I'm here for that. Yeah, it's pretty
00:38:58.579 --> 00:39:02.960
cool. One, two, play the Tri -Sentinel active
00:39:02.960 --> 00:39:07.099
engine. Unearthed cost seven. Can't haste. When
00:39:07.099 --> 00:39:13.780
it enters for each opponent, Tri -Sentinel deals
00:39:13.780 --> 00:39:16.920
three damage to up to one target creature that
00:39:16.920 --> 00:39:21.340
player controls. Yikes! Yikes. So I'm going to
00:39:21.340 --> 00:39:26.179
choose Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman. Ah. The
00:39:26.179 --> 00:39:28.119
only one of mine that you can kill is Rescue.
00:39:28.380 --> 00:39:31.659
Yep. We're just going full misogyny. And going
00:39:31.659 --> 00:39:33.860
full misogyny, I'm going to kill Shuri as well.
00:39:34.420 --> 00:39:38.340
All right. This is good. Rescue women. Wonder
00:39:38.340 --> 00:39:42.920
Woman down. Damn. All right. Wrong property.
00:39:43.679 --> 00:39:48.420
Huh? Oh. Okay, so Wonder Woman has the invisible...
00:39:48.420 --> 00:39:53.619
Wonder Woman has the invisible jet. I'm... I'm
00:39:53.619 --> 00:39:56.019
getting my... I don't... I'm not superheroed.
00:39:56.400 --> 00:39:59.940
Sue Storm can turn their jet invisible. Invisible
00:39:59.940 --> 00:40:03.760
woman. Is it her name? Her name is Sue Storm.
00:40:04.179 --> 00:40:09.960
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So Storm died. Yeah. She got
00:40:09.960 --> 00:40:14.199
married. Yeah. I get to... Wait, you connived
00:40:14.199 --> 00:40:18.650
twice? For this guy? Yeah. It says do it only
00:40:18.650 --> 00:40:21.949
once per turn. Well, you have two of them, though,
00:40:21.949 --> 00:40:24.210
so each of them triggers. Oh, so I get two. So
00:40:24.210 --> 00:40:27.570
I'll draw one. We're going to discard Abomination.
00:40:27.949 --> 00:40:30.690
Cool. We're going to draw again. So that thing's
00:40:30.690 --> 00:40:32.949
going to be a 9 -9 swinging in the sky here?
00:40:33.590 --> 00:40:35.570
Oh, yeah. Oh, no, it's going to be an 11 -11
00:40:35.570 --> 00:40:38.210
because the plan is also going to trigger twice.
00:40:38.610 --> 00:40:40.610
And I'll have a total of four counters on it.
00:40:41.309 --> 00:40:44.110
And no one could actually block it. Because it
00:40:44.110 --> 00:40:48.559
also has Menace. I'm flying. I'm going to go
00:40:48.559 --> 00:40:53.780
ahead and discard this. Don't forget to put the
00:40:53.780 --> 00:40:57.800
counters on your plan as well. Oh, good call.
00:40:58.599 --> 00:41:01.579
Once I hit six, you have to sacrifice it. Right,
00:41:01.639 --> 00:41:04.539
and then I play a bunch of... Well, maybe. With
00:41:04.539 --> 00:41:06.440
our luck on this channel, you'll just get four
00:41:06.440 --> 00:41:11.599
lands. You're not wrong. I think he's... Where's
00:41:11.599 --> 00:41:16.349
the board wipe? That's a good question. Alright,
00:41:16.469 --> 00:41:18.650
so I'm going to move to combat. That's a well
00:41:18.650 --> 00:41:21.949
question. Yeah. That is a well question. So I
00:41:21.949 --> 00:41:24.570
think what I'm going to do is that that thing's
00:41:24.570 --> 00:41:27.309
going to swing for 11. The other guy that attacks
00:41:27.309 --> 00:41:31.389
can make two other 4 -4s? Correct. So I'm going
00:41:31.389 --> 00:41:33.909
to swing that at Jarvis for 11. I'm going to
00:41:33.909 --> 00:41:37.489
swing the Living Laser also at Jolly, creating
00:41:37.489 --> 00:41:41.510
two copies. Uh -huh. Sending one at Jarvis and
00:41:41.510 --> 00:41:45.170
one at... I blocked the original. I take four.
00:41:46.670 --> 00:41:50.510
Well, you take more than that. That's a 5 -5.
00:41:51.349 --> 00:41:55.750
Patrick Banner. Oh, yeah. So I take five. Sure.
00:41:56.230 --> 00:42:00.349
They're all prompt by one, right? Yeah. Oh, yeah,
00:42:00.389 --> 00:42:03.530
so you take 12 from the flyer. So I take 17.
00:42:03.909 --> 00:42:09.750
Jesus Christ! This Dr. Doomday is kind of sick.
00:42:11.130 --> 00:42:15.449
i'm kind of stoked about this yeah well and but
00:42:15.449 --> 00:42:17.570
russ is doing this with five lands because of
00:42:17.570 --> 00:42:20.389
all the cost reductions yeah because if a wipe
00:42:20.389 --> 00:42:21.690
hits he's gonna have a tough time rebuilding
00:42:21.690 --> 00:42:25.050
but yeah it's yeah yeah good right now yep yep
00:42:25.050 --> 00:42:29.409
so very fragile but also kind of getting to nut
00:42:29.409 --> 00:42:32.329
but it's yeah exactly yeah no it's slapping right
00:42:32.329 --> 00:42:41.309
now that's for sure yeah all right so um If the
00:42:41.309 --> 00:42:44.210
wipe doesn't happen, we all might be a tad fucked.
00:42:45.710 --> 00:42:48.510
I will tell you, as of right now, I have no wipe
00:42:48.510 --> 00:42:50.610
in my hand. I'm going to dig a little bit, and
00:42:50.610 --> 00:42:54.289
I'm hoping, but yeah. I'm going to go ahead and
00:42:54.289 --> 00:42:56.869
let you know that. Dig a little bit of my love
00:42:56.869 --> 00:42:59.250
for you. I want to be digging a little bit as
00:42:59.250 --> 00:43:05.449
well. Can you dig it? And from there, I pass
00:43:05.449 --> 00:43:09.369
the turn. Hell yeah. Please, God. All right,
00:43:09.449 --> 00:43:11.289
that's a good card in my hand. I'm going to pay
00:43:11.289 --> 00:43:13.510
one and draw two. Or draw as well, I should say.
00:43:13.570 --> 00:43:19.630
Thank you. I'm going to cast a card that is...
00:43:19.630 --> 00:43:24.730
Actually, I love this card. And I need to...
00:43:24.730 --> 00:43:28.670
It's just right up my alley. One, two... I love
00:43:28.670 --> 00:43:31.570
being up your alley. Yeah, I know. Three, four,
00:43:31.730 --> 00:43:36.170
five, six. I'm going to cast this very jolly
00:43:36.170 --> 00:43:39.000
card here. It is called the Cosmic Crucible.
00:43:39.159 --> 00:43:41.380
It's a six mana enchantment. At the beginning
00:43:41.380 --> 00:43:43.579
of your first main phase, you add four mana and
00:43:43.579 --> 00:43:46.219
any combination of colors, but also, whenever
00:43:46.219 --> 00:43:48.440
you cast a non -creature spell, you may copy
00:43:48.440 --> 00:43:50.099
it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
00:43:50.179 --> 00:43:53.460
Do this only once each turn. If this ain't just
00:43:53.460 --> 00:43:56.760
right up me, then there we go. But I am also
00:43:56.760 --> 00:44:01.260
creature -less. So, yeah, here we go. Best turn.
00:44:01.980 --> 00:44:08.690
Let's go? Question mark? Destroys me. I'm going
00:44:08.690 --> 00:44:10.989
to play the Sulfur Falls as my land for turn.
00:44:11.030 --> 00:44:13.989
It comes in untapped because I do have an Ion
00:44:13.989 --> 00:44:20.349
Mountain. Let me do math. No. I forbid it. Oh,
00:44:20.369 --> 00:44:22.090
and when you, on your turn, I'm going to draw
00:44:22.090 --> 00:44:24.610
with Mind's Eye. Wow, that was fucking useless.
00:44:24.809 --> 00:44:30.730
Alright, love it. One, two, three, four. For
00:44:30.730 --> 00:44:36.340
a Photon Mighty Marvel. When I cast that, I draw
00:44:36.340 --> 00:44:40.920
two cards. Boop, boop. I also get a plus one,
00:44:40.960 --> 00:44:43.880
plus one counter here. A plus one, plus one counter
00:44:43.880 --> 00:44:47.340
here. I'm going to go to combat. I want to swing
00:44:47.340 --> 00:44:55.420
at Russ for three. And Jolly for five. Oh, let
00:44:55.420 --> 00:44:57.619
me see what Photon actually does. When it deals
00:44:57.619 --> 00:44:59.420
combat damage to a player, add that much mana
00:44:59.420 --> 00:45:01.500
of any one color until end of turn. You don't
00:45:01.500 --> 00:45:03.690
lose this mana as steps and phases end. How big
00:45:03.690 --> 00:45:06.630
is it? So, three in the air at Russ. Oh, it's
00:45:06.630 --> 00:45:09.510
in the air. And five on the ground at Jolly.
00:45:10.449 --> 00:45:14.289
Yeah, I give Ponks for five. And that's Commander,
00:45:14.530 --> 00:45:19.690
Jolly. Yeah. Now we'll have three blue from the
00:45:19.690 --> 00:45:24.070
photon. With that three blue and two more, I'm
00:45:24.070 --> 00:45:28.510
going to cast Raise Repulsor Shields for four
00:45:28.510 --> 00:45:31.949
and a blue. Also known as Raise the Palisade.
00:45:33.250 --> 00:45:35.070
Choose a creature type. Return all creatures
00:45:35.070 --> 00:45:36.929
that aren't of the chosen type to their owner's
00:45:36.929 --> 00:45:40.610
hands. I want to choose... I think I have to
00:45:40.610 --> 00:45:42.510
choose hero. I wanted to choose human, but I
00:45:42.510 --> 00:45:46.349
think... Yeah, I have to choose hero. Yeah, because
00:45:46.349 --> 00:45:49.190
you'd leave Russ with a view. Yeah, all heroes
00:45:49.190 --> 00:45:51.110
go to their... All things that aren't heroes
00:45:51.110 --> 00:45:53.030
go to their human's hands. Yeah, their human's
00:45:53.030 --> 00:45:55.190
hands. Their controller's hands. All creatures
00:45:55.190 --> 00:45:58.289
are all permanent. All creatures. It doesn't
00:45:58.289 --> 00:46:00.550
hurt as bad as you think. It slows you down.
00:46:00.929 --> 00:46:04.119
Yeah, it's a good tempo play. And Jarvis goes
00:46:04.119 --> 00:46:07.619
back to my hand as well from this. I love Raise
00:46:07.619 --> 00:46:12.039
the Palisade. And T 'Challa goes nowhere. Which
00:46:12.039 --> 00:46:15.300
I'm fine with. I just need to slow down the pain
00:46:15.300 --> 00:46:17.360
train for a little bit. Yeah, I respect that.
00:46:18.000 --> 00:46:23.039
And I will then pass the turn. Cool. What's happening,
00:46:23.119 --> 00:46:28.019
Upkeepin'? You're on? Oh! Oh! That's in this
00:46:28.019 --> 00:46:31.179
deck. That's kind of neat. I'm going to play
00:46:31.179 --> 00:46:34.389
a Forest in my land for turn. And now I'm going
00:46:34.389 --> 00:46:38.570
to masterfully debate on what to do next. Yeah,
00:46:38.929 --> 00:46:42.050
huh. As you pet a cat in your lap like an evil
00:46:42.050 --> 00:46:45.530
villain? I do have, as I do, for anyone listening,
00:46:45.769 --> 00:46:47.949
I am literally stroking my cat right now, so
00:46:47.949 --> 00:46:55.550
that is a thing. Alright. Indeed. I'll get you
00:46:55.550 --> 00:46:59.130
next time, Gadget. I don't think you'll ever
00:46:59.130 --> 00:47:06.969
truly get me, Dad. God damn it, Gadget. It's
00:47:06.969 --> 00:47:10.690
just a phase, Gadget. It's just a phase, Gadget.
00:47:11.590 --> 00:47:15.150
Oh, my God. All right. So, Gadget, hidden weed
00:47:15.150 --> 00:47:18.690
in my top drawer. You, I learned it from watching
00:47:18.690 --> 00:47:23.710
you, okay? Oh, my goodness. All right. I'm going
00:47:23.710 --> 00:47:26.530
to go like this. I'm going to go one, two, three,
00:47:26.650 --> 00:47:30.750
four, all with vibranium. And then I'm going
00:47:30.750 --> 00:47:33.300
to go, I'm going to. I'm going to channel one
00:47:33.300 --> 00:47:34.639
of those into the Sungrass Prairie. So that's
00:47:34.639 --> 00:47:40.219
five, six. And I'm going to play out a Nayani
00:47:40.219 --> 00:47:45.199
-class mothership. This is a 5 -7 vehicle with
00:47:45.199 --> 00:47:48.039
flying vigilance and haste. And when this vehicle
00:47:48.039 --> 00:47:50.460
deals combat damage to a player, look at the
00:47:50.460 --> 00:47:52.019
top card of your library. If it's a permanent
00:47:52.019 --> 00:47:54.519
card, you may put it onto the battlefield. If
00:47:54.519 --> 00:47:55.860
you don't put it onto the battlefield, put it
00:47:55.860 --> 00:47:58.440
into your hand. And it has crew three, which
00:47:58.440 --> 00:48:01.239
seems good. And because it's an artifact spell,
00:48:02.000 --> 00:48:04.039
with mana value four or greater t 'challa gets
00:48:04.039 --> 00:48:06.139
two counters which is kind of cool so t 'challa's
00:48:06.139 --> 00:48:08.480
a four four which means t 'challa can crew the
00:48:08.480 --> 00:48:10.760
mothership which i think is kind of neat uh i
00:48:10.760 --> 00:48:12.159
don't get the attack trigger if i do that but
00:48:12.159 --> 00:48:15.179
i think that's still worth it potentially uh
00:48:15.179 --> 00:48:19.880
and i've got six monies available otherwise uh
00:48:19.880 --> 00:48:22.980
yeah so i'm gonna go ahead and i'm gonna go ahead
00:48:22.980 --> 00:48:27.239
and crew uh the mama ship it is a five seven
00:48:27.239 --> 00:48:29.139
uh flying vigilance haste as previously stated
00:48:29.139 --> 00:48:32.900
and i feel like i should punch somebody oh i
00:48:32.900 --> 00:48:36.860
want to punch with somebody you know that i could
00:48:36.860 --> 00:48:39.480
punch somebody uh how many cards are in hand
00:48:39.480 --> 00:48:41.099
russ i know you have a fair number that you just
00:48:41.099 --> 00:48:45.360
picked up i had six jolly what you working with
00:48:45.360 --> 00:48:51.440
i got five five okay i also have six six okay
00:48:51.440 --> 00:48:55.559
uh you know what i think i'm gonna i know what
00:48:55.559 --> 00:48:58.639
russ is working with for the most part i'm gonna
00:48:58.639 --> 00:49:02.900
send this mothership at jolly 5 -7, Flying Vigi.
00:49:03.059 --> 00:49:06.239
You ready to see what I'm working with? Yeah.
00:49:07.980 --> 00:49:12.239
I'm going to cast a Path to Exile. I'm going
00:49:12.239 --> 00:49:16.420
to exile Naomi and also Captain America. I guess
00:49:16.420 --> 00:49:18.860
I get to copy it because it's a non -creature
00:49:18.860 --> 00:49:23.360
spell. I just want one of my attacks to go through.
00:49:24.219 --> 00:49:26.519
Ham, you learned this last week. I'm the one
00:49:26.519 --> 00:49:29.059
person who stops you. I'm the only one who can.
00:49:29.320 --> 00:49:32.260
You gotta sit in somewhere else. Alright, so
00:49:32.260 --> 00:49:35.340
pat the eggs out. So I do get a land. See, if
00:49:35.340 --> 00:49:37.239
you had said it to me, I couldn't have done anything
00:49:37.239 --> 00:49:38.860
because I'm topped out and have no creatures.
00:49:39.719 --> 00:49:44.059
Nah, that's fine. I'm going to get a land as
00:49:44.059 --> 00:49:47.480
well. I'll just choose the plains as the first
00:49:47.480 --> 00:49:51.059
one I saw. It's just some ramp. A little bit
00:49:51.059 --> 00:49:52.940
of ramp. Oh wait, we each get a land, right?
00:49:53.400 --> 00:49:58.860
No. Only the people that were targeted. Only
00:49:58.860 --> 00:50:04.139
those of us who've suffered. Get Lance. Y 'all
00:50:04.139 --> 00:50:13.400
calm down. Never. Absolute babies. Yes. I thought
00:50:13.400 --> 00:50:18.429
you knew that about us. So I got a plains. That's
00:50:18.429 --> 00:50:21.750
fine, I guess. And then I'm going to go ahead
00:50:21.750 --> 00:50:24.869
and go to my end step. I'm going to discard a
00:50:24.869 --> 00:50:28.230
plains and a forest. Put me down to seven. And,
00:50:28.309 --> 00:50:30.949
yeah, P that to you. And you're going to go and
00:50:30.949 --> 00:50:33.969
draw six cards this turn cycle because I'm definitely
00:50:33.969 --> 00:50:37.150
going to have to get there. I don't hate that
00:50:37.150 --> 00:50:39.750
idea. Yeah, so, Russ, when you draw for turn,
00:50:39.829 --> 00:50:41.510
I'm absolutely piggybacking off of that shit,
00:50:41.570 --> 00:50:43.650
mind's eye style. All right, well, I drew for
00:50:43.650 --> 00:50:47.150
turn, so treat yourself. You did. Treat yourself.
00:50:47.429 --> 00:50:49.449
Don't stop getting it. Oh, I did. I treated myself.
00:50:49.849 --> 00:50:51.010
I'm going to play a villainous hideout for a
00:50:51.010 --> 00:50:54.710
turn. This is a new card, new land card. It's
00:50:54.710 --> 00:50:58.750
tap to add one colorless or tap to add one mana
00:50:58.750 --> 00:51:01.510
of any color spent only to cast a villain spell
00:51:01.510 --> 00:51:04.130
or to activate an ability of a villain source.
00:51:04.429 --> 00:51:07.289
And then I can also pay three and tap it to target
00:51:07.289 --> 00:51:10.070
villain you control connives. Activate only as
00:51:10.070 --> 00:51:14.030
a sorcerer. That's pretty good. Not bad. So we're
00:51:14.030 --> 00:51:19.219
going to pay one. One, two, and a black. Play
00:51:19.219 --> 00:51:23.000
Baron Strucker. There's the bubby. There's the
00:51:23.000 --> 00:51:25.519
bubby. All right. So then we're going to do that.
00:51:25.599 --> 00:51:29.280
Does that resolve? I can't stop it. I'm just
00:51:29.280 --> 00:51:31.460
sitting here. All right. So then I'm going to
00:51:31.460 --> 00:51:34.400
play. I'm guessing one and a black. One and a
00:51:34.400 --> 00:51:37.960
blue. One and a blue. Two and a blue. Two and
00:51:37.960 --> 00:51:42.059
a blue. It's only reduced by one. Play Chameleon.
00:51:42.139 --> 00:51:45.610
Two nuggets connive. One enters. Yay. It enters
00:51:45.610 --> 00:51:48.769
and we get to connect. So we'll draw a card.
00:51:49.170 --> 00:51:51.610
What is this plan called again? Russ, what's
00:51:51.610 --> 00:51:55.289
the name of that plan again? The plan? Yeah.
00:51:56.230 --> 00:52:00.030
The Glorious Purpose? Yeah, yeah. Thank you.
00:52:00.190 --> 00:52:02.150
I'm moving out to make it easier to click on.
00:52:02.190 --> 00:52:05.230
Is that better? Clicking on it's not a factor.
00:52:05.510 --> 00:52:08.690
I have not successfully... Spell table has not
00:52:08.690 --> 00:52:10.619
successfully identified... any of these upon
00:52:10.619 --> 00:52:14.440
clicking them. Because they haven't updated their
00:52:14.440 --> 00:52:19.219
AI to recognize the new art cards. Oh, got it.
00:52:19.239 --> 00:52:24.159
That tracks. That makes sense. Okay, so you don't
00:52:24.159 --> 00:52:27.320
put a counter from conniving on him, but you
00:52:27.320 --> 00:52:30.199
do put a counter from glorious purpose. So he
00:52:30.199 --> 00:52:36.789
will still be a 3 -3. 4 -4. Patrick Banner. Oh,
00:52:36.809 --> 00:52:38.130
yeah, yeah, yeah. And then you need to put another
00:52:38.130 --> 00:52:40.690
playing counter on the Glorious Purpose. Yep.
00:52:40.769 --> 00:52:44.469
And then we're going to, for one black, play
00:52:44.469 --> 00:52:48.469
Tombstone. There he is. I get to connive off
00:52:48.469 --> 00:52:53.329
of this bad Strucker. Yeah, you do. Draw. The
00:52:53.329 --> 00:52:57.690
Strucker, that is a... I'm going to discard this
00:52:57.690 --> 00:53:02.730
one, so it's not going to get a counter from
00:53:02.730 --> 00:53:05.550
that. But now you're not going to break your
00:53:05.550 --> 00:53:08.590
plan. Now I'm going to go ahead and sacrifice
00:53:08.590 --> 00:53:13.869
the glorious purpose. Top fork. One. Two. Oh,
00:53:13.989 --> 00:53:19.030
it's all hits? Okay, one whiff. Alright. So we've
00:53:19.030 --> 00:53:22.190
got Doom's Time Factor. Whenever you attack,
00:53:22.449 --> 00:53:24.909
exile a target non -land card that doesn't have
00:53:24.909 --> 00:53:28.329
spend. That sounds like a jolly part. Yeah, that
00:53:28.329 --> 00:53:30.250
sounds pretty cool. Let's go ahead for three.
00:53:32.279 --> 00:53:36.400
Then Democles, they sort of can. It's a 5 -5
00:53:36.400 --> 00:53:38.380
with Flying Death Touch. Whenever it deals combat
00:53:38.380 --> 00:53:40.639
damage, that player faces a villainous choice.
00:53:41.059 --> 00:53:43.380
They sacrifice a non -token creature of their
00:53:43.380 --> 00:53:45.860
choice, or they lose two life and you draw two.
00:53:46.400 --> 00:53:49.079
So we're going to go ahead and do that. Then
00:53:49.079 --> 00:53:51.360
I can't overload them. No, you'd have to cast
00:53:51.360 --> 00:53:53.820
it regular style. Yes, I am going to cast it
00:53:53.820 --> 00:53:58.260
regular. What is it? It is a Vandal Blast. Oh,
00:53:58.280 --> 00:54:03.980
what you getting? The two artifacts are a Felwar
00:54:03.980 --> 00:54:08.260
Stone and a Mind's Eye. You could target one
00:54:08.260 --> 00:54:11.039
of my Vibranium, but I wouldn't recommend it.
00:54:11.400 --> 00:54:16.539
It wouldn't do anything. Right. You know what?
00:54:16.579 --> 00:54:18.960
If I take out that Mind's Eye, I'm taking him
00:54:18.960 --> 00:54:22.800
out of the game. I have eight cards in my hand
00:54:22.800 --> 00:54:25.900
right now, and it is by far the best target,
00:54:26.079 --> 00:54:27.880
to the point where I will be offended if you
00:54:27.880 --> 00:54:30.010
don't. Oh, well, in that case, fuck you. Get
00:54:30.010 --> 00:54:32.769
that thing out of here. If this or a Felwar stone,
00:54:33.030 --> 00:54:36.190
the choice is super obvious. Don't fuck with
00:54:36.190 --> 00:54:39.070
me. Just kill my shit. Yeah, no, I just didn't
00:54:39.070 --> 00:54:42.309
want it to... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, man.
00:54:42.550 --> 00:54:44.130
No, no, no, no, no. I got all the man in the
00:54:44.130 --> 00:54:47.309
world. Don't worry about it. I think Ham has
00:54:47.309 --> 00:54:49.130
drawn more cards than anyone else at the table.
00:54:49.170 --> 00:54:50.949
I don't think you have to worry. Yeah, exactly.
00:54:51.590 --> 00:54:54.690
And then the same territory goes to him. Ham
00:54:54.690 --> 00:55:00.349
has discarded to hand size. Twice. Yeah. Yeah,
00:55:00.489 --> 00:55:02.809
I'm not out of it. Don't worry. That was cool.
00:55:03.869 --> 00:55:07.329
I passed everything this turn. And Jolly, what's
00:55:07.329 --> 00:55:08.650
the name of that enchantment that you got chilling
00:55:08.650 --> 00:55:12.210
there? Oh, this is the Cosmic Crucible. Okay.
00:55:13.409 --> 00:55:16.590
Cool. Yeah, it's a six mana enchantment that
00:55:16.590 --> 00:55:21.429
does things. I do like it. Okay, cool. And Jarvis,
00:55:21.449 --> 00:55:27.190
you got a Folk Hero. folk hero thank you that's
00:55:27.190 --> 00:55:30.809
the one i was looking at uh yeah right now right
00:55:30.809 --> 00:55:34.269
now it does nothing on russ's end step i have
00:55:34.269 --> 00:55:38.869
a thing oh okay well let me put one two three
00:55:38.869 --> 00:55:45.510
uh four i'm gonna flash in king solomon's frogs
00:55:46.699 --> 00:55:50.079
uh which is a legendary artifact for four that
00:55:50.079 --> 00:55:52.820
says uh when it enters if you cast it for each
00:55:52.820 --> 00:55:54.780
opponent exile up to one target permanent that
00:55:54.780 --> 00:55:56.420
player controls with mana value three or greater
00:55:56.420 --> 00:55:58.400
for each permanent exile this way its controller
00:55:58.400 --> 00:56:02.219
draws a card no say until this leaves the field
00:56:02.219 --> 00:56:04.980
that shit's just gone and it is a four drop artifact
00:56:04.980 --> 00:56:07.780
and i can pay three tap exile it and i become
00:56:07.780 --> 00:56:10.260
the monarch which is kind of fun so i'm gonna
00:56:10.679 --> 00:56:13.880
I'm going to go ahead and, yeah, hit, well, all
00:56:13.880 --> 00:56:16.679
the eligible targets here. I only have the photon
00:56:16.679 --> 00:56:18.480
as being up in these three or more. I'm going
00:56:18.480 --> 00:56:20.820
to target photon. I'm going to target, yeah,
00:56:20.980 --> 00:56:23.980
the crucible. And, yeah, Russ, I'm thinking,
00:56:24.199 --> 00:56:29.519
I think Damocles or Chameleon. I think Chameleon.
00:56:29.519 --> 00:56:32.119
I think your engine, I want to slow that down
00:56:32.119 --> 00:56:35.300
a little bit. Another reduction? Yeah, so your
00:56:35.300 --> 00:56:37.920
Chameleon, Strucker, that one. Get that out of
00:56:37.920 --> 00:56:40.420
here. And so y 'all get to draw a card, which
00:56:40.420 --> 00:56:43.659
would be awesome if I had Mind's Eye out. Even
00:56:43.659 --> 00:56:45.559
though I only have one man available. But yeah,
00:56:45.599 --> 00:56:47.380
I wanted to get rid of the Crucible before Charlie's
00:56:47.380 --> 00:56:50.659
turn. Yep. Yeah, y 'all get to draw a card out
00:56:50.659 --> 00:56:55.139
of it. Yeah, so that's what I got. Now is it
00:56:55.139 --> 00:56:58.059
my turn? Yeah, it is. Take it away, man. Frogs.
00:56:59.219 --> 00:57:02.739
Don't underestimate the frogs. One, two, three.
00:57:03.719 --> 00:57:08.239
Oh, and Charlie gets counters from that. Good
00:57:08.239 --> 00:57:11.019
purchase, Shala. Dude, Shala rules. Yeah, I'm
00:57:11.019 --> 00:57:15.440
kind of enjoying it. Uh... Yeah, whatever. One,
00:57:15.460 --> 00:57:19.519
two, three, four, five, I guess? For Invisible
00:57:19.519 --> 00:57:24.539
Woman. When she enters, I explore. Um... Man,
00:57:24.619 --> 00:57:26.500
an Invisible Woman costs five. How much would
00:57:26.500 --> 00:57:30.880
a Visible Woman cost? Six. Half of everything
00:57:30.880 --> 00:57:36.849
I own. Uh, you know what? Goddamn. I'm going
00:57:36.849 --> 00:57:38.989
to put this Chromatic Lantern into the graveyard,
00:57:39.269 --> 00:57:43.190
and I'll put a counter on her. I haven't cast
00:57:43.190 --> 00:57:48.949
a non -creature spell. I passed. Okey -dokey.
00:57:48.949 --> 00:57:51.869
Oh, no. Hi -ha. I guess I did this, though, so
00:57:51.869 --> 00:57:54.469
here we are. You did. No, listen, my turn was
00:57:54.469 --> 00:57:57.570
going to make me probably lose the game if you
00:57:57.570 --> 00:58:01.909
didn't stop me. I want to play a Mountain as
00:58:01.909 --> 00:58:05.929
my Lantern turn. Love it. Boop. Boop. Boop. Boop.
00:58:06.280 --> 00:58:09.300
Boop. Let's play Jarvis. You've seen him before.
00:58:09.739 --> 00:58:13.340
Hey, love that game. Boop, boop, boop, boop,
00:58:13.340 --> 00:58:16.480
boop. Boop, boop, boop, boop. Let's play Captain
00:58:16.480 --> 00:58:19.599
America. You've seen him before. I love that
00:58:19.599 --> 00:58:23.059
dude. A job card from Jarvis. Let's pass the
00:58:23.059 --> 00:58:27.079
turn. Okie dokie. Me and you are kind of having
00:58:27.079 --> 00:58:32.119
a rough go of it, Jarvis. Well, I cast a temporary
00:58:32.119 --> 00:58:36.369
board wipe. And they cast permanent solutions.
00:58:37.550 --> 00:58:40.949
Yeah. All right. I'm going to play a forest as
00:58:40.949 --> 00:58:42.269
my land for turn, which I think is kind of neat.
00:58:43.269 --> 00:58:46.989
Then for my next trick, I should do things. And
00:58:46.989 --> 00:58:49.329
I'm just masterfully debating. I want style of
00:58:49.329 --> 00:58:54.010
things to do. With your eight cards in hand?
00:58:54.570 --> 00:58:56.070
Seven now because I played my land. But yeah,
00:58:56.150 --> 00:58:58.510
you know what? I'm going to go ahead and go double
00:58:58.510 --> 00:59:01.090
vibranium style for an arcane signet. Just, you
00:59:01.090 --> 00:59:02.969
know, I'm going to pay for an extra land drop
00:59:02.969 --> 00:59:07.159
because I can. Seems a good idea. Then you got
00:59:07.159 --> 00:59:10.039
three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10,
00:59:10.119 --> 00:59:14.280
11, 12, 13 mana to work with. That's kind of
00:59:14.280 --> 00:59:18.760
a lot. It's pretty good. Yeah. So first things
00:59:18.760 --> 00:59:22.980
first, I'm going to go one, two, three, four,
00:59:23.260 --> 00:59:28.440
five for a gilded Lotus. Which is a 5 -drop artifact
00:59:28.440 --> 00:59:31.059
that allows me to tap for 3 mana of any color.
00:59:31.139 --> 00:59:33.619
Notably, it comes in untapped. And it's an artifact
00:59:33.619 --> 00:59:36.300
with mana value 4 or greater. So T 'Challa gets
00:59:36.300 --> 00:59:37.960
2 more counters. So I'm using 8 -8 now, which
00:59:37.960 --> 00:59:40.739
is pretty good. Because notably, that's not once
00:59:40.739 --> 00:59:43.239
per turn. Which is pretty cool, I think. And
00:59:43.239 --> 00:59:46.599
then, for my next trick, I'm going to go 1, 2,
00:59:46.719 --> 00:59:53.000
3, 4, 5. For Midnight Angel Armor, this is a
00:59:53.000 --> 00:59:54.900
5 -drop equipment that says when it enters, you
00:59:54.900 --> 00:59:56.940
create a 1 -1 white soldier creature token that
00:59:56.940 --> 00:59:59.260
attach this equipment to it. Kind of a job select
00:59:59.260 --> 01:00:01.380
style. Equipment creature gets plus 3, plus 3
01:00:01.380 --> 01:00:03.599
flying and vigilance. And because this is an
01:00:03.599 --> 01:00:06.480
artifact that costs 5, 2 more counters on T 'Challa,
01:00:06.559 --> 01:00:09.340
bumping him up to a freaking 10 -10. Do I have
01:00:09.340 --> 01:00:13.260
that right? Yeah. You do. Good God. All right.
01:00:13.539 --> 01:00:16.860
Yeah. So that seems good and cool and cool and
01:00:16.860 --> 01:00:20.099
good. Wait, hold on. Did you put counters on
01:00:20.099 --> 01:00:23.000
for the signet? I don't think so. No, the other
01:00:23.000 --> 01:00:25.840
two counters that are on, because T 'Challa has
01:00:25.840 --> 01:00:28.219
eight, so it's from four spells, three of which
01:00:28.219 --> 01:00:29.820
are on the field. King Solomon's Frog. And then
01:00:29.820 --> 01:00:33.820
the other one was the... Yeah, yeah, yeah. You
01:00:33.820 --> 01:00:38.340
are correct. So, yeah. Cool, cool, cool. So,
01:00:38.360 --> 01:00:40.380
yeah, 10 -10. And then I do get a soldier here,
01:00:40.519 --> 01:00:42.699
which is kind of neat. That is a 4 -4 Flying
01:00:42.699 --> 01:00:45.739
Vigilant. Yeah, but then I'm gonna tap my Gilded
01:00:45.739 --> 01:00:47.239
Lotus for three and equip the Midnight Angel
01:00:47.239 --> 01:00:51.840
Armor onto T 'Challa. Huh. So now he's a 13 -13
01:00:51.840 --> 01:00:55.260
Flying Vigilance with an attack trigger. Pretty
01:00:55.260 --> 01:01:01.699
good. I think that's neat. I'm into it. Right?
01:01:02.519 --> 01:01:07.619
Then, I'm gonna pay two for T 'Chaka, T 'Challa's
01:01:07.619 --> 01:01:11.820
dad, who's a 2 -2 for two. uh human noble hero
01:01:11.820 --> 01:01:14.099
when t 'chaka enters i mill three cards then
01:01:14.099 --> 01:01:15.880
i may put an artifact or land from among the
01:01:15.880 --> 01:01:17.480
mill cards into my hand which is kind of cool
01:01:17.480 --> 01:01:22.219
i'm gonna mill uh marshall coup which is a which
01:01:22.219 --> 01:01:23.960
is a sweeper notably but i can't pick it up here
01:01:23.960 --> 01:01:26.500
whisper so cloak good god that's in here let's
01:01:26.500 --> 01:01:30.539
go yeah um and then beast within so whisper so
01:01:30.539 --> 01:01:32.500
cloak's the only available one so that's going
01:01:32.500 --> 01:01:37.440
to my hand um yeah yeah seems good so y 'all
01:01:37.440 --> 01:01:40.679
know that's there um which is a cloak for anyone
01:01:40.679 --> 01:01:42.059
who's not familiar it's a three drop equipment
01:01:42.059 --> 01:01:45.699
that uh gives you a quick equipped creature shroud
01:01:45.699 --> 01:01:47.119
which means it can't be targeted by anything
01:01:47.119 --> 01:01:50.739
and uh it's unable to be blocked so it's pretty
01:01:50.739 --> 01:01:53.739
decent so i've got one man to open uh four cards
01:01:53.739 --> 01:01:57.360
in hand i've mobilized the squad as it were uh
01:01:57.360 --> 01:01:59.599
and now it's time to swing with t 'challa uh
01:01:59.599 --> 01:02:02.199
i have 13 damage 13 commander damage in the air
01:02:02.199 --> 01:02:04.760
who do i want to punch with this and it's vigilant
01:02:04.760 --> 01:02:11.969
notably uh Honestly, I think I've got to hit
01:02:11.969 --> 01:02:15.909
Russ right now. In response. Actually, hold up.
01:02:15.929 --> 01:02:18.750
Let me see real quick. You have Damocles, Flying
01:02:18.750 --> 01:02:22.030
Death Touch. It's a 5 -5 Flying Death Touch.
01:02:22.369 --> 01:02:24.550
Do I want to swing there? Because I don't have
01:02:24.550 --> 01:02:27.050
first record. What's the crew on that? Oh, yeah,
01:02:29.409 --> 01:02:31.989
so I don't think I want to do that. I'm not going
01:02:31.989 --> 01:02:38.219
there. I will say that this is known information
01:02:38.219 --> 01:02:40.900
because I revealed it off of an explorer. I do
01:02:40.900 --> 01:02:43.219
have collective effort, and one of the modes
01:02:43.219 --> 01:02:45.719
on it is to destroy target creature with power
01:02:45.719 --> 01:02:48.440
four or greater. That is in my hand. Everyone
01:02:48.440 --> 01:02:50.679
knows I have it. I left it on top of my deck,
01:02:50.719 --> 01:02:54.159
and I drew it. Right. And you absolutely have
01:02:54.159 --> 01:02:56.280
the mana to cast it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
01:02:56.280 --> 01:03:06.050
yeah. nice nice try jarvis uh honestly sending
01:03:06.050 --> 01:03:08.769
it at rust to as a way to trade with like trading
01:03:08.769 --> 01:03:12.389
with damocles is not great you know that's not
01:03:12.389 --> 01:03:14.590
a killer value as far as i'm concerned like getting
01:03:14.590 --> 01:03:16.670
rid of damocles is not certainly not bad it's
01:03:16.670 --> 01:03:19.150
not nothing but i lose fucking everything to
01:03:19.150 --> 01:03:22.869
do it um but you also played a gilded lotus which
01:03:22.869 --> 01:03:29.079
covers the commander tax I guess. No, I can pay
01:03:29.079 --> 01:03:31.739
for the committee. I can afford the tax. I know
01:03:31.739 --> 01:03:35.840
this. I'm not worried about that. Then make me
01:03:35.840 --> 01:03:39.619
have it. I literally know you. Or I could just
01:03:39.619 --> 01:03:44.840
put Jarvis to five. That is true. And trust that
01:03:44.840 --> 01:03:47.219
Russ will absolutely swing at him. Russ, how
01:03:47.219 --> 01:03:50.389
many cars are in your hand? Five. Russ has a
01:03:50.389 --> 01:03:53.030
lot of cores. Man, Russ, your shitty little smile.
01:03:53.949 --> 01:03:56.250
Right? You know what, Jarvis? I'm sorry, man.
01:03:56.429 --> 01:03:59.289
I'm sending 13 your way in the air to T 'Challa
01:03:59.289 --> 01:04:03.030
style. And upon attack, I get another... Vibranium?
01:04:04.050 --> 01:04:06.409
Vigilance, too. Yeah, and it's Vigilant now,
01:04:06.469 --> 01:04:09.530
exactly. That's a big poppa. I love it when they
01:04:09.530 --> 01:04:12.130
call him that. Throw your hands in the air if
01:04:12.130 --> 01:04:14.030
you're a true player. And I'm gonna pass that
01:04:14.030 --> 01:04:16.789
crap. What's that? It's combat damage, okay.
01:04:17.150 --> 01:04:19.090
they did once again do that thing that i think
01:04:19.090 --> 01:04:21.389
is a little silly where they put death touch
01:04:21.389 --> 01:04:25.170
on a very big powerful thing yeah it always makes
01:04:25.170 --> 01:04:28.829
me smile my favorite it's a seven seven with
01:04:28.829 --> 01:04:30.929
death touch they're like oh no you could kill
01:04:30.929 --> 01:04:34.989
something if it blocks yeah probably the cavern
01:04:34.989 --> 01:04:37.769
crawler from like uh avatars like a six six with
01:04:37.769 --> 01:04:42.630
death touch like yeah all right the other thing
01:04:42.630 --> 01:04:45.460
i love about that is like we see that those creatures
01:04:45.460 --> 01:04:49.099
in the show like grab a guy like in their mouth
01:04:49.099 --> 01:04:51.920
and like hurt him and don't kill him so i think
01:04:51.920 --> 01:04:54.000
like that being death touch is so funny to me
01:04:54.000 --> 01:04:57.639
all death touchers should cost two mana and they
01:04:57.639 --> 01:05:00.159
should be one threes with fly or with reach that's
01:05:00.159 --> 01:05:04.480
how oh my god yes just so we're clear ham is
01:05:04.480 --> 01:05:08.840
a hundred percent gonna make uh t 'challa give
01:05:08.840 --> 01:05:12.500
t 'challa shroud next turn Yeah. Yeah, that is
01:05:12.500 --> 01:05:15.639
true. Shroud and Unblockable, if not dealt with.
01:05:15.900 --> 01:05:17.739
Yeah, which is why I didn't attack you this turn,
01:05:17.760 --> 01:05:20.440
is so that I can send the Unblockable one at
01:05:20.440 --> 01:05:23.440
you next turn. That's 100 % my move. Yes. Yeah,
01:05:23.460 --> 01:05:26.840
well, in that case, I'm going to take two and
01:05:26.840 --> 01:05:30.380
a red. Two and a red? Oh, is this... Chaos Warp,
01:05:30.420 --> 01:05:34.679
BB. Oh, the classic Chaos Warp. All right. You're
01:05:34.679 --> 01:05:36.559
Warping my Commander? Or are you Warping the
01:05:36.559 --> 01:05:40.710
Angel Armor? Ah, that is a valid target, but
01:05:40.710 --> 01:05:42.889
now I'm warping your commander. Warping the commander?
01:05:43.050 --> 01:05:46.190
Okay. He's going back to the zone. Give it a
01:05:46.190 --> 01:05:47.190
shuffle. So Chaos Warp, for anyone who's not
01:05:47.190 --> 01:05:50.369
familiar, it's a three drop. That's sorcery,
01:05:50.369 --> 01:05:53.269
right? It is instant, actually. It's an instant.
01:05:53.489 --> 01:05:55.670
Oh, it's an instant, right. Yeah, which is great.
01:05:56.190 --> 01:06:01.269
And you shuffle a permanent into its owner's
01:06:01.269 --> 01:06:02.989
library, and then they reveal the top card. If
01:06:02.989 --> 01:06:03.989
it's a permanent, it just goes straight to the
01:06:03.989 --> 01:06:09.699
battlefield. So let me... Oh, there it is. Shuffle.
01:06:09.760 --> 01:06:11.699
Big bucks, no whammies. Big bucks, no whammies.
01:06:12.699 --> 01:06:18.519
Top card is Okoye, mighty and adored. 3 -3 for
01:06:18.519 --> 01:06:20.920
four. When Okoye enters, you become the monarch.
01:06:21.119 --> 01:06:22.960
At the beginning of combat on your turn, you
01:06:22.960 --> 01:06:24.400
put a 1 -1 counter on target creature. Whenever
01:06:24.400 --> 01:06:26.820
that creature attacks the monarch this turn,
01:06:26.860 --> 01:06:28.440
it gains double strike and trample until the
01:06:28.440 --> 01:06:30.280
turn. All right. That ain't bad. I'll take it.
01:06:30.619 --> 01:06:34.639
Not the craziest chaos warp I've ever seen. All
01:06:34.639 --> 01:06:37.039
right. So I got Okoye now. That's kind of neat.
01:06:38.859 --> 01:06:41.119
My big sexy flyer's gone, which is a shame, but
01:06:41.119 --> 01:06:44.360
it's all good. Oh, and I'm the monarch now. I'm
01:06:44.360 --> 01:06:47.639
going to play an unclaimed territory return.
01:06:48.300 --> 01:06:51.039
As it enters, I'm going to choose villain. It's
01:06:51.039 --> 01:06:53.079
another one of those tap to add one mana of any
01:06:53.079 --> 01:06:56.000
color as long as it's the creature. Yeah, for
01:06:56.000 --> 01:07:01.119
the thing. So I'm going to pay one black, because
01:07:01.119 --> 01:07:05.199
I still have cross -reaction, for an iron monger,
01:07:05.360 --> 01:07:10.510
sadistic tie two. tycoon in a cave with a box
01:07:10.510 --> 01:07:15.050
of scraps whenever a creature you control connives
01:07:15.050 --> 01:07:17.389
put a plus one plus one counter on each villain
01:07:17.389 --> 01:07:22.829
dang um that's gonna trigger baron strucker i
01:07:22.829 --> 01:07:26.750
am gonna have it connive on card oh oh but that's
01:07:26.750 --> 01:07:29.710
okay villain you control cool what'd you discard
01:07:29.710 --> 01:07:33.519
i'm gonna discard this dragon skull Okay. And
01:07:33.519 --> 01:07:35.380
then every one of your creatures gets a counter.
01:07:35.619 --> 01:07:42.000
Seems good. Seems okay, right? Yeah. Oh, no,
01:07:42.039 --> 01:07:46.260
I'm not doing anything. You've played, I think,
01:07:46.380 --> 01:07:50.619
two total different creatures? No, total different
01:07:50.619 --> 01:07:53.639
creatures. I've played a total of four. Okay,
01:07:53.679 --> 01:07:56.199
I've played just the one lady. Four creatures,
01:07:56.420 --> 01:08:00.039
a Raise the Palisades, a Destroy Evil, a Fellwater
01:08:00.039 --> 01:08:03.340
Stone, and a Folk Hero. Pretty cool. All right.
01:08:03.460 --> 01:08:06.139
So I do not believe in punching a man when he's
01:08:06.139 --> 01:08:08.699
down. So I'm moving with that. Okay. I am going
01:08:08.699 --> 01:08:10.960
to crew. I'm going to use Iron Monger to crew
01:08:10.960 --> 01:08:15.440
Damocles base. I'm 100 % not going to use that
01:08:15.440 --> 01:08:18.199
to swing at Jarvis. Okay. I'm not going to lie.
01:08:18.199 --> 01:08:19.840
You don't love punching Jarvis. So I assumed
01:08:19.840 --> 01:08:25.100
you might do that. Listen, as fun as it is to
01:08:25.100 --> 01:08:27.859
punch Jarvis sometimes, he is my friend and I
01:08:27.859 --> 01:08:30.319
do not believe. That being said, I'm sending
01:08:30.319 --> 01:08:33.460
five at Jarvis. No, I'm kidding. I am going to
01:08:33.460 --> 01:08:38.000
go ahead and send five of Jolly in the air with
01:08:38.000 --> 01:08:42.859
Damocles. Trigger Doom's Time Platform. I'm going
01:08:42.859 --> 01:08:47.600
to exile this Abominus World Ravager from the
01:08:47.600 --> 01:08:50.479
graveyard with two time counters. Nice. We're
01:08:50.479 --> 01:08:52.539
going to put it over here. What happens there?
01:08:52.779 --> 01:08:58.739
Gain Suspect. Yep. So that was fun. Yeah, I'm
01:08:58.739 --> 01:09:03.520
going to pay three. I'm going to cast it. I am
01:09:03.520 --> 01:09:07.439
going to escalate it by tapping Invisible Woman.
01:09:07.680 --> 01:09:10.079
So I'm going to destroy your spaceship, and I'm
01:09:10.079 --> 01:09:11.659
also going to put a plus one plus one counter
01:09:11.659 --> 01:09:16.279
on every creature Jarvis controls. Oh, yay. Let's
01:09:16.279 --> 01:09:21.680
go. You like how I made it happen for him? All
01:09:21.680 --> 01:09:26.659
right, now is the pass clear. For who? What?
01:09:28.119 --> 01:09:31.539
There better not be a pass. I got a Whispers
01:09:31.539 --> 01:09:33.039
of Cloak in my hand, dog. Paths are going to
01:09:33.039 --> 01:09:36.800
be super clear. A pox on your paths. I'm going
01:09:36.800 --> 01:09:38.680
to pay one and a blue. A path on your houses.
01:09:39.359 --> 01:09:44.500
A path on your houses? That's funny. Wait, who
01:09:44.500 --> 01:09:47.720
is this? I'm sorry. Helmet Zemo Mastermind. Whenever
01:09:47.720 --> 01:09:50.300
he attacks, I may cast Target Incineration or
01:09:50.300 --> 01:09:52.359
Sorcery card with mana value less than or equal
01:09:52.359 --> 01:09:55.920
to his power from my graveyard. That spell would
01:09:55.920 --> 01:09:57.800
be put into the graveyard. Exile it instead.
01:09:57.920 --> 01:09:59.979
If I cast a spell this way, put a plus one, plus
01:09:59.979 --> 01:10:04.920
one counter on Helm of Zuma. Very nice. And then
01:10:04.920 --> 01:10:07.520
I think I just go ahead and pass. Oh, wow, that's
01:10:07.520 --> 01:10:10.539
really... Or a 5 -5. So, yeah, I'm going to go
01:10:10.539 --> 01:10:12.279
ahead and pass. All right, untap, upkeep, draw.
01:10:13.100 --> 01:10:15.579
I'm going to do this. And this would have been
01:10:15.579 --> 01:10:17.760
very fun to do if I still had out my double thing.
01:10:17.979 --> 01:10:20.920
Who's got the most cards in hand? I have seven.
01:10:21.119 --> 01:10:24.359
I have two. I have four. I'm going to cast...
01:10:25.510 --> 01:10:27.810
Recurring Insight. I draw cards equal to the
01:10:27.810 --> 01:10:30.170
number of cards in target opponent's hand. I'm
01:10:30.170 --> 01:10:32.109
going to draw seven cards, and this has rebound,
01:10:32.350 --> 01:10:35.569
so I also just recast this on my next upkeep.
01:10:37.529 --> 01:10:42.510
So, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
01:10:44.109 --> 01:10:48.010
Very cool. Okay. Oh, that's fun. Well, theoretically.
01:10:48.390 --> 01:10:52.949
Can't really do it. Okay. Did I draw anything
01:10:52.949 --> 01:10:59.720
good? Oh, no, it didn't. That's my entire deck,
01:10:59.800 --> 01:11:01.800
dude. Did I draw anything good? No, this deck
01:11:01.800 --> 01:11:05.220
doesn't have anything good in it. I am still
01:11:05.220 --> 01:11:09.279
the monarch of note. I mean, that is of note.
01:11:09.380 --> 01:11:11.279
I don't know if I could do anything about that.
01:11:11.460 --> 01:11:14.920
I don't think I want the monarchy. Yeah, I'm
01:11:14.920 --> 01:11:18.000
just saying, because, like, Okoye gets really
01:11:18.000 --> 01:11:21.960
mad if anyone takes it. A root -bound crag. So
01:11:21.960 --> 01:11:25.239
there's a root -bound crag. And then what? I
01:11:25.239 --> 01:11:30.659
mean, just cultivate? Just make some lands? I
01:11:30.659 --> 01:11:33.640
guess I could do this. You know what? I will
01:11:33.640 --> 01:11:36.340
do this. What am I afraid of? Am I afraid of
01:11:36.340 --> 01:11:39.340
anything? Absolutely nothing. Yeah, that's a
01:11:39.340 --> 01:11:42.479
pretty good equipment. That's what my wife said
01:11:42.479 --> 01:11:46.020
when she first... You know what? I know there's
01:11:46.020 --> 01:11:49.520
a Whisper Silk Cloak, but I'm gonna... Shield's
01:11:49.520 --> 01:11:52.399
down, I guess. I'm gonna cultivate. I'm just
01:11:52.399 --> 01:11:56.340
gonna go get... Go get two lands. Put one in
01:11:56.340 --> 01:12:00.520
my hand, one in the play. What is the... Forest
01:12:00.520 --> 01:12:03.979
into play tapped. And... Because it was next
01:12:03.979 --> 01:12:07.260
in line. Forest into hand tapped. Close and shuffle.
01:12:07.579 --> 01:12:10.720
And I gotta discard a thousand cards. So we will
01:12:10.720 --> 01:12:15.920
discard Evolving Wilds. This negative zone portal
01:12:15.920 --> 01:12:19.800
I don't think is gonna do enough. And the forest
01:12:19.800 --> 01:12:21.989
I just crabbed. And we'll just throw these in
01:12:21.989 --> 01:12:23.789
the trash. Oh, I did at the beginning of combat.
01:12:23.850 --> 01:12:25.689
I did get to make a wall. So let's make our wall.
01:12:26.630 --> 01:12:29.310
Here we go. Satellite stereo. Y 'all getting
01:12:29.310 --> 01:12:33.529
hit with the boom boom. And then there's my forest
01:12:33.529 --> 01:12:36.890
that I grabbed. Here's this that I'm going to
01:12:36.890 --> 01:12:41.369
do. I'll make a token for rebound right here.
01:12:41.409 --> 01:12:43.130
But then otherwise, I'm done. Go ahead, Jarvis.
01:12:43.750 --> 01:12:47.970
Okay. Land for turn will be this plains. I'm
01:12:47.970 --> 01:12:54.100
going to tap one, two. three four i want to cast
01:12:54.100 --> 01:12:58.500
a vision synthesized avenger has flying whenever
01:12:58.500 --> 01:13:00.279
a player casts a spell if it isn't that player's
01:13:00.279 --> 01:13:02.899
turn i choose one either give it a plus one plus
01:13:02.899 --> 01:13:06.359
one counter or it phases out so it gets a counter
01:13:06.359 --> 01:13:10.380
captain america gets a counter i draw two cards
01:13:10.380 --> 01:13:15.079
oh wait a minute one two three four five six
01:13:15.079 --> 01:13:21.260
i'm gonna cast a she -hulk wall breaker i get
01:13:21.260 --> 01:13:25.579
to draw a card uh from jarvis it gets a counter
01:13:25.579 --> 01:13:29.619
uh other heroes i control have trample whenever
01:13:29.619 --> 01:13:31.960
a hero i control becomes blocked it gets a plus
01:13:31.960 --> 01:13:35.260
one plus one counter on it for each uh on that
01:13:35.260 --> 01:13:38.380
hero for each creature blocking it wait and captain
01:13:38.380 --> 01:13:41.659
america gets a counter they brought like they
01:13:41.659 --> 01:13:49.579
upgraded rampage the fuck i love that I'm going
01:13:49.579 --> 01:13:55.659
to go to combat. I'm going to go six trampley
01:13:55.659 --> 01:14:02.800
on the ground at Ham and four in the air trampley
01:14:02.800 --> 01:14:07.500
at Ross. I'm taking six. In response. Oh, shit.
01:14:07.779 --> 01:14:12.560
It's not six. No, it is six. What did I actually
01:14:12.560 --> 01:14:15.920
put on that? Never mind. I don't know what's
01:14:15.920 --> 01:14:17.760
coming at me in the air, but I'm going to terminate
01:14:17.760 --> 01:14:21.180
it. Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated.
01:14:21.600 --> 01:14:25.899
I have a response to that. My response is a triggered
01:14:25.899 --> 01:14:30.399
ability that causes Vision to phase out. So I'm
01:14:30.399 --> 01:14:32.560
just going to turn it over. Yeah, Vision phases
01:14:32.560 --> 01:14:36.739
out of its own ability. It can either give it
01:14:36.739 --> 01:14:39.979
a plus one, plus one counter or phase out. Whenever
01:14:39.979 --> 01:14:42.840
an opponent casts a spell, whatever player casts
01:14:42.840 --> 01:14:47.539
a spell and it's not their turn. So it's still
01:14:47.539 --> 01:14:50.020
only the sixth trampley on the ground has to
01:14:50.020 --> 01:14:52.140
be worried about, and Ham took it, and I'm passing
01:14:52.140 --> 01:14:56.600
the turn. Sweet. I'm tapping up, keeping and
01:14:56.600 --> 01:14:59.060
drawing. Yeah. Wait, did you get the monarch
01:14:59.060 --> 01:15:01.920
from hitting Ham? Yeah, you sure did. I did.
01:15:02.260 --> 01:15:04.899
Oh, and I have to discard the hand sizes? I didn't
01:15:04.899 --> 01:15:11.399
want that. Aha! You get a farmland, and this...
01:15:12.230 --> 01:15:14.590
uh harold's horn that i haven't cast and i've
01:15:14.590 --> 01:15:16.010
had it in my opening hand so it means i'm never
01:15:16.010 --> 01:15:19.069
casting it nice do you have any flying blockers
01:15:19.069 --> 01:15:22.550
on the vision that's phased out yeah i fucked
01:15:22.550 --> 01:15:28.510
up i wasn't supposed to attack him yeah you weren't
01:15:28.510 --> 01:15:32.350
supposed to uh okay don't get me wrong i'm cool
01:15:32.350 --> 01:15:36.369
with it i just yeah uh so what do you get from
01:15:36.369 --> 01:15:40.489
jarvis taking the monarch away So Okoye has an
01:15:40.489 --> 01:15:42.090
ability at the beginning of combat on your turn,
01:15:42.130 --> 01:15:44.409
you put a 1 -1 counter on target creature. Whenever
01:15:44.409 --> 01:15:47.109
that creature attacks the monarch this turn,
01:15:47.170 --> 01:15:49.029
it gains double strike and trample until end
01:15:49.029 --> 01:15:52.850
of turn. That rules so hard. That is incredible.
01:15:52.850 --> 01:15:56.930
It slaps real hard. You ought to build around
01:15:56.930 --> 01:16:01.289
that card. Right? Okoye as a commander would
01:16:01.289 --> 01:16:05.789
actually be a lot of fun. Yeah. I should probably
01:16:05.789 --> 01:16:08.289
read the... With that card I just drew, huh?
01:16:09.890 --> 01:16:13.069
I was hoping to get to my board wipe, and I didn't
01:16:13.069 --> 01:16:16.949
get there. That's a shame. They don't put enough
01:16:16.949 --> 01:16:18.890
board wipes in these decks. I've been digging.
01:16:19.729 --> 01:16:23.069
I didn't find none. Alright, I'm going to go
01:16:23.069 --> 01:16:25.770
ahead and pay three. I'm just going to get some
01:16:25.770 --> 01:16:28.409
insurance here, and I'm going to attach the Midnight
01:16:28.409 --> 01:16:33.050
Angel armor onto Okoye. She now has plus three,
01:16:33.090 --> 01:16:36.979
plus three flying and Vagilance. So 6 -6 flying
01:16:36.979 --> 01:16:42.000
vigilance. 6 -6 flying vigi. Yeah, that's real
01:16:42.000 --> 01:16:43.840
good. Actually, I could have just put that on
01:16:43.840 --> 01:16:45.020
the soldier instead of putting all my eggs in
01:16:45.020 --> 01:16:47.159
one basket. Do I want to do that? That's a pretty
01:16:47.159 --> 01:16:52.039
nice basket. Not my basket, not my eggs. Not
01:16:52.039 --> 01:16:54.699
my eggs, not my ovaries. You know what? I'm going
01:16:54.699 --> 01:16:56.760
to go ahead and just put them on the 1 -1 soldier.
01:16:57.199 --> 01:16:58.960
Actually, do I want to go? Yeah, because I'm
01:16:58.960 --> 01:17:00.539
going to give this thing a counter and double
01:17:00.539 --> 01:17:03.420
strike if it's attacking Jarvis, which it totally
01:17:03.420 --> 01:17:10.380
is. yeah so with that i think therefore i protest
01:17:10.380 --> 01:17:13.760
too much um yeah i'm gonna go to combat akoya
01:17:13.760 --> 01:17:16.159
is gonna trigger begin to combat to put a one
01:17:16.159 --> 01:17:17.300
-on -one counter target creature it's gonna be
01:17:17.300 --> 01:17:20.199
this soldier soldier's gonna get a counter uh
01:17:20.199 --> 01:17:23.220
above up to a two two so total of five five and
01:17:23.220 --> 01:17:26.899
upon so i'm gonna i'm gonna attack jarvis with
01:17:26.899 --> 01:17:32.260
the soldier uh five five uh or no six six or
01:17:32.260 --> 01:17:35.510
no no five five five flying uh double strike
01:17:35.510 --> 01:17:39.149
trample okay i'm dead yeah sorry uh and i'm back
01:17:39.149 --> 01:17:43.649
to being the monarch hooray um there you go now
01:17:43.649 --> 01:17:48.710
post -combat i have one two five six seven eight
01:17:48.710 --> 01:17:51.350
nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen
01:17:51.350 --> 01:17:56.170
sixteen mana to work with i'm gonna tap all of
01:17:56.170 --> 01:18:05.000
it two of which was white For a Royal Talon Fighter
01:18:05.000 --> 01:18:09.760
Jet. So I tapped 16 mana for this thing. So X
01:18:09.760 --> 01:18:13.640
equals 14. It is a flying vehicle. Mana cost,
01:18:13.800 --> 01:18:16.020
white, white, and X. This vehicle enters with
01:18:16.020 --> 01:18:19.500
X plus one plus one counters on it. And its base
01:18:19.500 --> 01:18:24.659
stats are 1 -1. How much did I say? 14? Yeah.
01:18:25.100 --> 01:18:27.199
Whenever this vehicle enters or attacks, create
01:18:27.199 --> 01:18:29.720
a number of 1 -1 white soldier creature tokens
01:18:29.720 --> 01:18:32.840
equal to the number of 1 -1 counters. on it like
01:18:32.840 --> 01:18:34.880
it enters with 12 counters because you paid 14
01:18:34.880 --> 01:18:37.439
into it i paid 16 into it which is why it enters
01:18:37.439 --> 01:18:43.220
with 14 counters okay so that's a 15 15 vehicle
01:18:43.220 --> 01:18:46.739
with crew 2 and it shits out 15 or uh 14 one
01:18:46.739 --> 01:18:51.680
ones upon entering oh birkenstocks buddy okay
01:18:51.680 --> 01:18:54.840
yeah buddy so i got 14 of these little little
01:18:54.840 --> 01:18:59.180
friends uh yeah plus all my other homies and
01:18:59.180 --> 01:19:02.930
this guy is now a 15 15 with flying with crew
01:19:02.930 --> 01:19:06.670
2. So... Yeah, I would have had to draw another
01:19:06.670 --> 01:19:09.609
20 cards to get to... Enters Aura Tags? You make
01:19:09.609 --> 01:19:14.409
the 1 -1s? Enters Aura Tags. Uh -huh. This card
01:19:14.409 --> 01:19:21.829
is scuffed. Yep. Uh -huh. I'm passing it on to
01:19:21.829 --> 01:19:24.649
Unstuck Drawing a card. I'm going AFK. I'm going
01:19:24.649 --> 01:19:25.850
to the restroom. Yeah, dude, what are you going
01:19:25.850 --> 01:19:27.869
to do, man? But yeah, bro, let's take it away,
01:19:27.930 --> 01:19:31.590
man. Dude, this card is silly. How much mana
01:19:31.590 --> 01:19:33.810
this generates? Good lord. This is pretty cool.
01:19:33.890 --> 01:19:36.970
That's pretty cool. And now do you want to...
01:19:36.970 --> 01:19:39.250
Does anyone want to hit me to take the Monarch?
01:19:39.350 --> 01:19:40.649
Because, you know, this thing's going to have
01:19:40.649 --> 01:19:43.390
double strength coming back at you the next turn
01:19:43.390 --> 01:19:49.270
if you do. I tap. I remove a time counter. Draw
01:19:49.270 --> 01:19:52.430
my card. So we're going to pay one, two, and
01:19:52.430 --> 01:19:55.390
a red. No, it's just one or two. Dude, this deck
01:19:55.390 --> 01:19:59.890
fucks. It seems pretty cool. What did you tap
01:19:59.890 --> 01:20:02.029
the mana for? Oh, okay, you're casting a thing.
01:20:02.409 --> 01:20:06.609
Casting a thing. Titania, Proud Pummeler. First
01:20:06.609 --> 01:20:11.029
Strike, Melee, 3 -3. Other creatures you control
01:20:11.029 --> 01:20:17.569
also have melee. Trigger, Bear Instructor. Melee.
01:20:18.670 --> 01:20:21.760
Melee. Draw a card. Yeah, melee, for anyone who's
01:20:21.760 --> 01:20:24.000
not familiar, whenever this creature attacks,
01:20:24.119 --> 01:20:26.880
it gets 1 -1. For each opponent you attack this
01:20:26.880 --> 01:20:29.279
combat. So if you send everything at 1, anything
01:20:29.279 --> 01:20:32.720
with melee gets 1 -1. If you mix it up and even
01:20:32.720 --> 01:20:34.699
send just one token at somebody else, all your
01:20:34.699 --> 01:20:37.420
meleeers would get 2 -2, all the way up to potentially
01:20:37.420 --> 01:20:39.319
3 -3. Unless you're in some weird game where
01:20:39.319 --> 01:20:41.220
there are like 8 players, then it would get silly.
01:20:41.720 --> 01:20:44.680
Which is cool by me. So you get to connive and
01:20:44.680 --> 01:20:47.460
then put a counter on all of your villains? Yep.
01:20:48.829 --> 01:20:51.710
Do the counter. You're guaranteed to at least
01:20:51.710 --> 01:20:54.949
get the counter on everything. Oh, this is hard.
01:20:55.670 --> 01:20:59.149
Now I'm sticking by it. Now I think I gotta discard
01:20:59.149 --> 01:21:03.109
the siphon. Siphon might be a cool reprint in
01:21:03.109 --> 01:21:07.250
there. Yeah, I dig it. Definitely. So now she
01:21:07.250 --> 01:21:09.789
has a 5 -5, yeah? Need to bump her power toughness
01:21:09.789 --> 01:21:13.109
up one more. There you go. Then we're gonna pay
01:21:13.109 --> 01:21:19.119
one red, one two for a living laser. Oh, he's
01:21:19.119 --> 01:21:25.319
back. Back again. I've discarded a card. It is
01:21:25.319 --> 01:21:28.399
one card so far this turn. This dying thing sucks.
01:21:29.300 --> 01:21:33.859
Sorry. Especially when, like, we have the next
01:21:33.859 --> 01:21:37.340
lowest life total is at 26. You're pretty far
01:21:37.340 --> 01:21:39.119
down there. If it helps, I don't think I did
01:21:39.119 --> 01:21:42.979
any of that to you. The only thing you did to
01:21:42.979 --> 01:21:46.479
me was destroy, well, exile my commander. Oh,
01:21:46.479 --> 01:21:51.220
that is true. I had to do that. So that's a ship.
01:21:51.340 --> 01:21:54.020
It's not. Oh, I can do that. Yeah, that'll work.
01:21:54.180 --> 01:21:57.199
All right, cool. So what I'm going to do is I'm
01:21:57.199 --> 01:22:00.359
moving to combat. Welcome to combat. Thank you.
01:22:00.939 --> 01:22:03.060
Welcome to the back. Welcome to combat where
01:22:03.060 --> 01:22:07.300
the players play. I'm going to play. I'm going
01:22:07.300 --> 01:22:11.500
to send Helmet Zemo, which is a five five. Thanks
01:22:11.500 --> 01:22:18.289
to the banner or the Patrick banner. at Jolly.
01:22:19.270 --> 01:22:21.890
But shouldn't it be a 4 -4? Oh, no, because of
01:22:21.890 --> 01:22:23.609
the melee, right? You can have a resolver. You
01:22:23.609 --> 01:22:27.050
get the melee buff first. Oh, nice. Okay. Damn.
01:22:27.369 --> 01:22:29.670
Well, it's a 2 -2. It had a plus one, plus one
01:22:29.670 --> 01:22:31.829
from the thing, and then it gets plus one, plus
01:22:31.829 --> 01:22:33.409
one from the Patrick. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then
01:22:33.409 --> 01:22:37.090
the melee is going to trigger it. Yep. But does
01:22:37.090 --> 01:22:40.229
anyone else attack him? Yes. And then Living
01:22:40.229 --> 01:22:43.770
Laser is also going to attack Jolly, but it's
01:22:43.770 --> 01:22:46.829
going to trigger and attack him as well. making
01:22:46.829 --> 01:22:53.069
a copy and attacking hand right um that also
01:22:53.069 --> 01:22:57.770
gets a melee trigger well the token copy doesn't
01:22:57.770 --> 01:23:03.829
but yeah so that gets five five six six and then
01:23:03.829 --> 01:23:08.989
i think those are my uh attacks i'm gonna go
01:23:08.989 --> 01:23:12.449
ahead and exile a non -land card for my i'm gonna
01:23:12.449 --> 01:23:16.550
trigger uh doom thing first And then I'm going
01:23:16.550 --> 01:23:21.250
to trigger Helmet Zemo. Helmet second. Yep. Okay.
01:23:21.350 --> 01:23:24.050
So I'm going to return Damocles base. I'm going
01:23:24.050 --> 01:23:27.710
to suspend Damocles base. Yeah, yeah. And then
01:23:27.710 --> 01:23:31.590
we're going to resolve the Helmet Zemo. I'm going
01:23:31.590 --> 01:23:40.350
to cast a Cast Warp. Jeepers. On the 1414. Make
01:23:40.350 --> 01:23:42.550
like a bajillion tokens. You can keep all your
01:23:42.550 --> 01:23:45.810
tokens, but the giant 1414. On the ship. ship
01:23:45.810 --> 01:23:48.670
needs to go back in all right fair enough it's
01:23:48.670 --> 01:23:52.590
back in there it's shuffled uh and i find a loyal
01:23:52.590 --> 01:23:55.850
retainers is a one one for three human advisors
01:23:55.850 --> 01:23:57.649
sacrifice creature return target legendary creature
01:23:57.649 --> 01:23:59.909
card from your graveyard to the battlefield activate
01:23:59.909 --> 01:24:02.069
only during your turn before attackers are declared
01:24:02.069 --> 01:24:04.350
that's kind of fun do i have any legendary creatures
01:24:04.350 --> 01:24:08.369
in my graveyard right now uh shuri i don't hate
01:24:08.369 --> 01:24:13.869
that cool yeah yeah all right so i've got the
01:24:13.869 --> 01:24:19.590
token Token 5 -5. The token laser coming at me.
01:24:20.210 --> 01:24:23.109
I'm going to put... Wait, it's a 5 -5? No, it's
01:24:23.109 --> 01:24:27.550
a 7 -7, isn't it? Because it's melee. The token
01:24:27.550 --> 01:24:29.789
wouldn't get to melee, but... It just gets the
01:24:29.789 --> 01:24:31.350
plus one, plus one from the patchwork banner.
01:24:31.970 --> 01:24:34.310
Yeah. I'm going to put one of my soldiers in
01:24:34.310 --> 01:24:36.850
front of it. Yeah, I figured. I'm going to put
01:24:36.850 --> 01:24:40.489
my wall in front of... Helmet's only hitting
01:24:40.489 --> 01:24:47.140
me for four, right? Yes. And the other guys hit
01:24:47.140 --> 01:24:50.840
me for how much? Five. Six. Five. Oh, yeah, for
01:24:50.840 --> 01:24:53.479
a lot more. Yeah, I'll block the living laser
01:24:53.479 --> 01:24:56.319
with my wall, and then I'll take four. Three
01:24:56.319 --> 01:24:59.479
of your... No, five, yeah. Well, that was neat.
01:25:01.020 --> 01:25:04.500
Something. I think so. I mean, you have your
01:25:04.500 --> 01:25:06.739
commander. You could guess that. Yeah, let's
01:25:06.739 --> 01:25:11.180
do that. I think post -combat it's not as good,
01:25:11.279 --> 01:25:15.310
but... Yeah, you're right. I should have cast
01:25:15.310 --> 01:25:18.869
it. Here we are. I'm going to go ahead and cast
01:25:18.869 --> 01:25:22.569
my... Very good. ...King of Left Varia. And then
01:25:22.569 --> 01:25:25.369
I cast. Untap, upkeep. Well, upkeep, sorry. So
01:25:25.369 --> 01:25:29.850
before I draw that, I recast this. Who's got
01:25:29.850 --> 01:25:31.069
the most cards in hand between the two of you?
01:25:31.310 --> 01:25:35.130
I'm hellbent. I got five. Yeah, okay, I'll target
01:25:35.130 --> 01:25:40.710
Ham. Yep. One, two, three, four, five. What are
01:25:40.710 --> 01:25:47.560
all you? Oh, man. Yeah. Yeah, okay. Boy, howdy.
01:25:47.560 --> 01:25:53.739
This deck is weird. I love it. So here's this.
01:25:54.760 --> 01:25:59.119
Okay, what do you do? I'm gonna... Yeah, fine.
01:26:00.439 --> 01:26:05.880
One, two. Here's Lockjaw. It's a dog. At the
01:26:05.880 --> 01:26:07.340
beginning of combat, I'm gonna turn. If I cast
01:26:07.340 --> 01:26:09.979
a non -creature spell, I put a counter on it.
01:26:10.409 --> 01:26:12.250
and when i do it and up to one other creature
01:26:12.250 --> 01:26:15.510
i control can't be blocked this turn pretty cool
01:26:15.510 --> 01:26:20.329
so there's lockjaw what is this okay yeah all
01:26:20.329 --> 01:26:26.729
right uh i mean i guess i could do a little bit
01:26:26.729 --> 01:26:36.670
maybe maybe uh one two three four five we're
01:26:36.670 --> 01:26:38.250
gonna cast this card that i actually think is
01:26:38.250 --> 01:26:41.739
pretty dope It is called Taunt from the Rampart
01:26:41.739 --> 01:26:44.560
from Lord of the Rings. I'm going to goad all
01:26:44.560 --> 01:26:47.579
creatures my opponents control, and also until
01:26:47.579 --> 01:26:53.520
my next turn, those creatures cannot block. Yes!
01:26:54.840 --> 01:26:59.180
Y 'all leave me alone. Y 'all do whatever with
01:26:59.180 --> 01:27:01.899
each other. Yeah. Russ, you're super fucked.
01:27:03.579 --> 01:27:06.619
And then I will... I don't have a choice. You
01:27:06.619 --> 01:27:08.500
just have to be super fucked. It is what it is.
01:27:09.889 --> 01:27:13.170
So we're going to go to combat. I've cast a non
01:27:13.170 --> 01:27:15.909
-creature spell, so I make a wall. And then I
01:27:15.909 --> 01:27:18.989
also put a counter on Lockjaw the dog. And then
01:27:18.989 --> 01:27:21.750
it and something else can't be blocked this turn?
01:27:22.189 --> 01:27:26.250
Sure. Invisible Woman can't be blocked. I'll
01:27:26.250 --> 01:27:35.550
attack Ham for Commander. So I have seven Invisible
01:27:35.550 --> 01:27:37.750
Woman damage, and I'm down to 22. You got it.
01:27:38.380 --> 01:27:41.920
And then in my second main phase, I'm going to
01:27:41.920 --> 01:27:45.180
cast Seize the Day to untap target creature.
01:27:45.680 --> 01:27:48.100
And then there's an additional combat phase followed
01:27:48.100 --> 01:27:51.399
by an additional main phase. I'm going to target...
01:27:51.399 --> 01:27:53.560
Oh, I should have explored when the dog entered.
01:27:53.600 --> 01:27:58.000
I just left it on top. Whatever. So I go to combat.
01:27:58.800 --> 01:28:02.119
I make another wall. I put another counter on
01:28:02.119 --> 01:28:04.760
the dog. And now she's double unblockable. I'm
01:28:04.760 --> 01:28:07.760
going to hit him again for four. All right. Puts
01:28:07.760 --> 01:28:10.920
me up to 11 invisible woman damage. I'm down
01:28:10.920 --> 01:28:13.260
to 18. Very nice. Oh, I'm the monarch now. That's
01:28:13.260 --> 01:28:15.340
cool. You are now the monarch. It's true. Is
01:28:15.340 --> 01:28:17.939
it cool? Yeah, I'm pretty stoked about it. I
01:28:17.939 --> 01:28:20.779
tried doing that once. It backfired. Yeah, it
01:28:20.779 --> 01:28:22.220
did. Yeah, but Ham can't attack me right now.
01:28:22.319 --> 01:28:26.779
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Okay. Go to my end step.
01:28:26.859 --> 01:28:30.600
Draw a card. We're going to discard Herbie fully
01:28:30.600 --> 01:28:36.180
loaded. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. I'm sorry? And
01:28:36.180 --> 01:28:40.420
then Dragon Man fully loaded. I can cast it from
01:28:40.420 --> 01:28:42.159
a graveyard by discarding a card in addition
01:28:42.159 --> 01:28:43.699
to paying its cost. So these will go to the gravy.
01:28:44.359 --> 01:28:47.800
And now I guess we get wavy. Oh, notable thing
01:28:47.800 --> 01:28:50.880
about Seize the Day is that it does have flashback.
01:28:51.899 --> 01:28:55.359
So on my next turn, theoretically, I can do that
01:28:55.359 --> 01:29:00.460
again. Don't you get a second main phase? Oh,
01:29:00.479 --> 01:29:03.460
yeah, I do. I don't have anything to do in it.
01:29:03.520 --> 01:29:06.920
I'm done. All right. Untap and keep it on up
01:29:06.920 --> 01:29:09.760
and or drawing. I'm going to go ahead and rock
01:29:09.760 --> 01:29:14.140
out this Plickety Plains for a turn. Doggone
01:29:14.140 --> 01:29:18.600
it. Let me try this again. There we go. That's
01:29:18.600 --> 01:29:21.560
my land. I've got five cards in hand and all
01:29:21.560 --> 01:29:25.180
the things to do in theory. So I'm going to get
01:29:25.180 --> 01:29:28.220
things started. My commander costs seven now.
01:29:28.300 --> 01:29:33.039
So that's three, four, five. Six and seven. T
01:29:33.039 --> 01:29:36.680
'Challa, the Black Panther. He's back. You know,
01:29:36.699 --> 01:29:41.960
back again. Once more. Taxes up to six. NBJ.
01:29:42.819 --> 01:29:45.779
Yep. Good old T 'Challa's is now in the mix.
01:29:46.119 --> 01:29:48.600
And so, Russ is at 30, and none of his dudes
01:29:48.600 --> 01:29:50.060
can block, and I have to attack him with everything
01:29:50.060 --> 01:29:54.859
I've got. I have 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
01:29:55.060 --> 01:30:06.600
20, 21, 20. 24. Uh -oh. On the field right now.
01:30:07.380 --> 01:30:11.060
On the field. I like that. That was a good pause.
01:30:11.359 --> 01:30:16.800
On the field right now. Thank you. Thank you.
01:30:18.779 --> 01:30:22.300
Yeah, so I'm going to go five. God, this is so
01:30:22.300 --> 01:30:24.420
expensive. That's why I don't run it in almost
01:30:24.420 --> 01:30:27.579
anything. But you know what? One, two, three,
01:30:27.739 --> 01:30:33.100
four. I'm going to play a Helm of the Host, which
01:30:33.100 --> 01:30:36.079
is really cool equipment. Yes! I'm podcasting
01:30:36.079 --> 01:30:39.600
it. Two counters on T 'Challa. Helm of the Host
01:30:39.600 --> 01:30:42.100
is a thing. At the beginning of combat on your
01:30:42.100 --> 01:30:43.819
turn, you create a token that's a copy of the
01:30:43.819 --> 01:30:46.079
equipped creature. Oh, and when T 'Challa came
01:30:46.079 --> 01:30:48.359
out, I got another vibranium. I didn't note that.
01:30:49.539 --> 01:30:52.500
It's tapped, but I have it. Yeah, anyway, sorry.
01:30:52.579 --> 01:30:54.300
Helm of the Host. At the beginning of combat
01:30:54.300 --> 01:30:56.239
on your turn, you create a token that's a copy
01:30:56.239 --> 01:30:58.600
of the equipped creature, except the token isn't
01:30:58.600 --> 01:31:01.590
legendary. And the token gains haste, which is
01:31:01.590 --> 01:31:03.909
kind of neat. And so I'm naturally going to go
01:31:03.909 --> 01:31:06.850
one, two, three, four, and equip the Helm of
01:31:06.850 --> 01:31:11.590
the Host onto T -Pain T 'Challa's. So yeah, so
01:31:11.590 --> 01:31:13.949
now T 'Challa is gonna, I'm gonna get clones
01:31:13.949 --> 01:31:17.670
of T 'Challa as we go, which is kind of neat.
01:31:18.729 --> 01:31:22.359
Is it? I think so. I think that's rad as hell.
01:31:22.500 --> 01:31:24.800
What's the problem? Listen, man, Helm of the
01:31:24.800 --> 01:31:27.180
Host was one of the first cards that let you
01:31:27.180 --> 01:31:29.039
do the... Oh, and they gain haste. Oh, okay.
01:31:29.180 --> 01:31:31.020
That one can actually go in main. They gain haste.
01:31:31.039 --> 01:31:36.500
Exactly. Cool. And so I guess I'm now going to
01:31:36.500 --> 01:31:39.260
go to combat. And upon going to combat, I have
01:31:39.260 --> 01:31:42.460
two triggers. Akoye triggers, and I'm going to
01:31:42.460 --> 01:31:44.380
put another 1 -1 counter on my soldier that's
01:31:44.380 --> 01:31:49.079
equipped with the thing. And my Helm of the Host
01:31:49.079 --> 01:31:55.140
triggers. And I get to clone T 'Challa, which...
01:31:55.140 --> 01:32:01.340
How do you spell Akoye? Akoye. And this is mighty
01:32:01.340 --> 01:32:06.140
and adored? Yes. So I now have a clone of T 'Challa.
01:32:06.220 --> 01:32:10.579
Upon it entering, I get another vibranium. And
01:32:10.579 --> 01:32:13.260
this one has haste, which is pretty cool. So
01:32:13.260 --> 01:32:15.140
now, I'm going to go attack with everything that
01:32:15.140 --> 01:32:19.600
I can at rust, because I have to. We got T 'Challa.
01:32:19.840 --> 01:32:22.600
Wait, no. T 'Challa can attack Jolly. This one?
01:32:22.779 --> 01:32:25.840
But I can block him. Oh, that's true. Oh, you're
01:32:25.840 --> 01:32:29.060
right. The token can attack Jolly. He's not going
01:32:29.060 --> 01:32:33.819
to, though, because Jolly can block. So if I
01:32:33.819 --> 01:32:36.680
send everything, so that's 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
01:32:36.920 --> 01:32:45.739
12, 25, 26, 27. Before damage. Oh, shit. What
01:32:45.739 --> 01:32:49.520
do we got? Before damage. Okay. one two three
01:32:49.520 --> 01:32:53.840
four i'm gonna throw down the vibranium strike
01:32:53.840 --> 01:32:56.640
gauntlets which is an artifact for four with
01:32:56.640 --> 01:32:59.420
flash uh And when this equipment enters, you
01:32:59.420 --> 01:33:01.739
attach it to target creature you control. Equipped
01:33:01.739 --> 01:33:03.979
creature gets plus three plus zero, has trample,
01:33:04.060 --> 01:33:05.300
and whenever this creature deals combat damage,
01:33:05.380 --> 01:33:08.659
you'll play or draw a card. Exact sees. Oh, I'm
01:33:08.659 --> 01:33:10.460
sorry. I'm going to use one of my, I had one
01:33:10.460 --> 01:33:11.859
vibranium open. I'm going to use that and leave
01:33:11.859 --> 01:33:14.939
canopy. Well, no, because upon casting it, my
01:33:14.939 --> 01:33:17.659
token T 'Challa gets two counters. Well, so does
01:33:17.659 --> 01:33:19.840
your real one. And so, yeah, OG T 'Challa is
01:33:19.840 --> 01:33:22.600
also going to get, going to get swole. And I'm
01:33:22.600 --> 01:33:23.819
going to have the vibranium strike gauntlets
01:33:23.819 --> 01:33:30.579
go on to. this soldier that is also carrying
01:33:30.579 --> 01:33:35.659
the the armor um yeah oh and this t 'challa attacking
01:33:35.659 --> 01:33:38.020
also makes another vibranium because good god
01:33:38.020 --> 01:33:41.619
why not all right so that is yep i just added
01:33:41.619 --> 01:33:45.420
five more to that hit so yeah oh sick all right
01:33:45.420 --> 01:33:49.420
uh and then post -combat i'm gonna pay one uh
01:33:49.420 --> 01:33:53.140
for birds of paradise nice zero one flyer And
01:33:53.140 --> 01:33:55.319
it can tap for a man of any color. It can also
01:33:55.319 --> 01:33:58.319
chump block for me. And then T 'Challa's untapped
01:33:58.319 --> 01:34:02.079
as well. So I got blockers back, but Jolly's
01:34:02.079 --> 01:34:03.520
got unblockable stuff and a lot of cards in hand.
01:34:03.600 --> 01:34:06.640
So pass the turn. Let's see what happens. Yeah.
01:34:07.420 --> 01:34:11.800
Oh, and I draw a card from the strike gauntlets.
01:34:11.979 --> 01:34:14.800
I didn't. Yeah. Okay. How much invisible woman
01:34:14.800 --> 01:34:18.399
damage have you taken? I have currently taken
01:34:18.399 --> 01:34:20.880
11 invisible woman damage. If you can get to
01:34:20.880 --> 01:34:24.609
10 invisible woman damage, you got me. Yes. You
01:34:24.609 --> 01:34:27.609
got it? We will pay three. I'm going to return
01:34:27.609 --> 01:34:30.090
an instant or sorcery from my graveyard to my
01:34:30.090 --> 01:34:33.590
hand. This has rebound. I'm going to grab this.
01:34:33.810 --> 01:34:38.930
Seize the day. Yeah, good game. I'm a one. Well,
01:34:38.970 --> 01:34:43.369
I'm going to go to combat first. I've cast a
01:34:43.369 --> 01:34:46.529
non -creature spell. So this, I get another wall.
01:34:48.390 --> 01:34:51.250
I don't even think I have to do that, technically.
01:34:52.279 --> 01:34:55.239
Yeah, yeah. So this is in my hand. So I make
01:34:55.239 --> 01:34:58.979
a wall. This gets another counter. And then this
01:34:58.979 --> 01:35:04.060
and this are both unblockable. Oh, yep. So swing
01:35:04.060 --> 01:35:09.000
with Invisible Woman for four. For four? Okay.
01:35:09.960 --> 01:35:13.899
So how much is that? Puts me down to 14 and 15
01:35:13.899 --> 01:35:17.720
Invisible Woman damage. Yeah, and then next main
01:35:17.720 --> 01:35:24.340
phase, Seize the Day. untap get in do the stuff
01:35:24.340 --> 01:35:28.380
mega wall for another four to 19 invisible woman
01:35:28.380 --> 01:35:33.699
damage and 10 yeah the next main phase yeah and
01:35:33.699 --> 01:35:39.300
then swing in get big dog bow bow bow and funnily
01:35:39.300 --> 01:35:40.500
enough yeah you could have been swinging with
01:35:40.500 --> 01:35:43.100
the dog and killed me the previous uh phase but
01:35:43.100 --> 01:35:45.399
i appreciate the yeah or or just activated her
01:35:45.399 --> 01:35:49.340
ability to give her plus five plus five oh She
01:35:49.340 --> 01:35:51.840
had an ability this whole time? Yeah, I didn't
01:35:51.840 --> 01:35:54.140
want to do it though. I wanted to do the seas
01:35:54.140 --> 01:35:55.979
today because I like casting spells. That's so
01:35:55.979 --> 01:35:58.760
funny. I love it. Oh, hell yeah, dude. Well,
01:35:58.800 --> 01:36:03.489
that didn't end the way I thought it would. Listen,
01:36:03.649 --> 01:36:06.710
the way that this game ended is almost identical
01:36:06.710 --> 01:36:11.649
to how the game of me playing the Kellen Secrets
01:36:11.649 --> 01:36:13.710
of Strixhaven pre -con ended, because I won that
01:36:13.710 --> 01:36:16.289
game as well by doing essentially this exact
01:36:16.289 --> 01:36:18.710
same thing. I just didn't use enchantments this
01:36:18.710 --> 01:36:22.529
time. Yeah, and I will say, I don't like these
01:36:22.529 --> 01:36:27.029
pre -cons. Actually, I had fun with this one.
01:36:27.270 --> 01:36:31.550
Right? No, let me take it back. I won with mine.
01:36:32.239 --> 01:36:36.279
But I definitely would build it different. But
01:36:36.279 --> 01:36:38.819
like this, I was using one of the four face commanders.
01:36:39.920 --> 01:36:43.119
Right? And so I don't know. It could work any
01:36:43.119 --> 01:36:45.180
number of other ways. And I think that's cute.
01:36:46.020 --> 01:36:49.279
And I did get to win. I like goading. But yeah,
01:36:49.279 --> 01:36:51.340
the card selection isn't what I would do. But
01:36:51.340 --> 01:36:56.300
I had fun watching. the dr doom and the t 'challa
01:36:56.300 --> 01:36:58.399
one where i'm sure that watching me it looked
01:36:58.399 --> 01:37:01.659
like hey jolly didn't do anything and then just
01:37:01.659 --> 01:37:04.579
got the card that made ham kill russ and then
01:37:04.579 --> 01:37:08.060
he couldn't beat that card and that was it i
01:37:08.060 --> 01:37:11.380
played one card that made ham have to kill someone
01:37:11.380 --> 01:37:15.140
that wasn't me and then i got to win i didn't
01:37:15.140 --> 01:37:17.020
now to be fair i didn't have to go all out on
01:37:17.020 --> 01:37:21.100
russ i didn't have any removal so like but had
01:37:21.100 --> 01:37:23.770
i not gone all in russ could have you know proceeded.
01:37:23.810 --> 01:37:26.069
That's fair, yeah, because you were already at
01:37:26.069 --> 01:37:28.810
18, and so I think, because Russ was goaded,
01:37:28.810 --> 01:37:30.369
so he would have been able to get you. So he
01:37:30.369 --> 01:37:32.409
would have, yeah, no, I guess he would have killed
01:37:32.409 --> 01:37:34.430
me, so I guess I kind of had to. Yeah, yeah,
01:37:34.449 --> 01:37:36.850
you're right, you're right. It was definitely
01:37:36.850 --> 01:37:39.529
a you or me situation. Like, there's no hard
01:37:39.529 --> 01:37:41.850
feelings. Give another reason why I don't like
01:37:41.850 --> 01:37:47.430
these pre -cons. The cost? Okay. They're right
01:37:47.430 --> 01:37:51.270
now on Amazon. Oh, you mean the actual money
01:37:51.270 --> 01:37:54.000
-wise? The money -wise, like, How about the cheapest
01:37:54.000 --> 01:37:59.100
one is $71, list price is $75, but most of them
01:37:59.100 --> 01:38:05.279
are $78, and Doom is $125. Listen. They're expensive
01:38:05.279 --> 01:38:07.960
and unfocused, and they do cool things. Well,
01:38:08.060 --> 01:38:11.460
that's just the price now. We're not even released
01:38:11.460 --> 01:38:15.840
yet, and so maybe it'll drop quite a bit. I don't.
01:38:16.800 --> 01:38:19.779
I didn't see a single... There was no card in
01:38:19.779 --> 01:38:22.640
this deck that I drew, and I saw, you know...
01:38:22.640 --> 01:38:25.880
I saw a good quarter of this thing. More than
01:38:25.880 --> 01:38:28.920
that. I saw a third of this thing. There was
01:38:28.920 --> 01:38:31.420
not a single card that looked out of place. Like,
01:38:31.420 --> 01:38:33.960
all of them were on theme, locked in. This deck
01:38:33.960 --> 01:38:37.680
plays really well. You got, like, one Monarchy
01:38:37.680 --> 01:38:39.439
card, and there's a lot more Monarchy cards in
01:38:39.439 --> 01:38:43.800
there? He got two of them. Yeah, T 'Chaka and
01:38:43.800 --> 01:38:47.140
the Frogs are... Yeah, our monarchy as well.
01:38:47.260 --> 01:38:50.920
Yeah, T 'Chaka, the frogs, and her, too. Yeah.
01:38:51.939 --> 01:38:54.520
Yeah, Koya, you, like, really put shit up when
01:38:54.520 --> 01:39:00.119
you're not tomorrow. Yeah. No, I think T 'Challa,
01:39:00.220 --> 01:39:02.100
like, maybe it was just, you know, this is just
01:39:02.100 --> 01:39:04.800
one game anecdotal, but, like, it seemed like
01:39:04.800 --> 01:39:09.039
good, it seemed like it ran, it was, like I said,
01:39:09.100 --> 01:39:10.939
it was fun to watch, I enjoyed it, like, out
01:39:10.939 --> 01:39:14.050
of all of the ones that I saw. I would pick up
01:39:14.050 --> 01:39:17.569
Doctor Doom because it runs clones, but after
01:39:17.569 --> 01:39:20.949
that, Helm of the Host also is clones. Can I
01:39:20.949 --> 01:39:23.529
tell you, I really want the Doom. Doom was the
01:39:23.529 --> 01:39:25.930
one that looked the most interesting to me out
01:39:25.930 --> 01:39:30.949
of all of them. The Avengers Assemble deck, it
01:39:30.949 --> 01:39:32.710
feels weird because it feels like it wants to
01:39:32.710 --> 01:39:35.449
be an aggro deck, but then the curve is kind
01:39:35.449 --> 01:39:37.850
of high for wanting to be an aggro deck. Yeah,
01:39:37.850 --> 01:39:40.729
I'm trying to see. In this deck, what are the
01:39:40.729 --> 01:39:44.020
cards that, like, make me excited when i see
01:39:44.020 --> 01:39:47.579
them dude this thing has trading post in it shut
01:39:47.579 --> 01:39:50.079
up take my money i'll say i honestly think that
01:39:50.079 --> 01:39:52.640
my favorite card in this deck like the one that
01:39:52.640 --> 01:39:57.300
i would run is is this cosmic crucible i love
01:39:57.300 --> 01:40:00.380
casting non -creature spells definitely sounded
01:40:00.380 --> 01:40:03.279
like a u -card and then like what else do we
01:40:03.279 --> 01:40:06.020
have we have quantum misalignment which creates
01:40:06.020 --> 01:40:07.779
a token that's a copy of target creature control
01:40:07.779 --> 01:40:09.619
except it's not legendary but that's a reprint
01:40:09.619 --> 01:40:12.640
of a doctor who card doctor who as I've said
01:40:12.640 --> 01:40:15.260
many times, is one of my favorite Commander sets
01:40:15.260 --> 01:40:17.979
ever made. So that one doesn't count because
01:40:17.979 --> 01:40:20.140
it's just already grabbed from the best one.
01:40:21.180 --> 01:40:27.180
Yeah, it's... This deck is weird, but it... This
01:40:27.180 --> 01:40:29.739
one is definitely the most bizarre. Maybe there's
01:40:29.739 --> 01:40:32.920
something people do with it. But yeah, this one
01:40:32.920 --> 01:40:36.380
felt weird to play, and I feel weird for having
01:40:36.380 --> 01:40:40.159
one with it, especially. I'm just looking...
01:40:40.880 --> 01:40:44.159
So this deck, the deck I played, isn't my style
01:40:44.159 --> 01:40:45.659
of deck, and that's why, like, looking through
01:40:45.659 --> 01:40:48.020
the cards, there isn't necessarily anything that
01:40:48.020 --> 01:40:55.420
makes me excited, like, to play. The one new
01:40:55.420 --> 01:40:59.079
card that I think is gonna, that a lot of people
01:40:59.079 --> 01:41:02.279
will play will maybe be Hulkbuster Armor in equipment
01:41:02.279 --> 01:41:05.100
decks, just because it gives the equipped creature
01:41:05.100 --> 01:41:08.819
base power toughness 9 -9 and flying. Yeah, but
01:41:08.819 --> 01:41:10.800
you can get that with Super State from the Sonic
01:41:10.800 --> 01:41:13.000
the Hedgehog secret lair. Yeah, but that's an
01:41:13.000 --> 01:41:16.439
enchantment, not artifact. So that's why I said
01:41:16.439 --> 01:41:20.460
that equipment decks would like it. Fine. I'm
01:41:20.460 --> 01:41:25.819
the target audience for this set. You were the
01:41:25.819 --> 01:41:29.180
most excited going into this. I'm a Marvel person,
01:41:29.539 --> 01:41:36.420
and it's kind of meh. This set feels very much
01:41:36.420 --> 01:41:39.229
like Spider -Man to me. We're super excited for
01:41:39.229 --> 01:41:43.710
it, but overall, bleh. I do like it more than
01:41:43.710 --> 01:41:48.380
Spider -Man. I can at least give it that. Yeah,
01:41:48.420 --> 01:41:51.060
I'm with you on that because it feels like Spider
01:41:51.060 --> 01:41:53.140
-Man only in that I didn't give a shit about
01:41:53.140 --> 01:41:56.100
Spider -Man before it came out either. And this
01:41:56.100 --> 01:41:58.260
is one that I also actively don't really give
01:41:58.260 --> 01:42:00.380
a shit about as it's coming up. But I got to
01:42:00.380 --> 01:42:02.239
be honest, the more I see, the more I like. I
01:42:02.239 --> 01:42:04.420
feel like this set did a better job than Spider
01:42:04.420 --> 01:42:06.399
-Man. And I'll say this, too, because Avatar
01:42:06.399 --> 01:42:08.420
didn't get a pre -con. Spider -Man didn't get
01:42:08.420 --> 01:42:11.000
a pre -con, right? Or did it? No, it didn't.
01:42:11.000 --> 01:42:12.600
It just had the costume. No, Spider -Man didn't.
01:42:12.659 --> 01:42:16.430
Yeah, yeah. So this set got to have the Precons,
01:42:16.569 --> 01:42:19.350
and it also has the Jumpstart. And so even though
01:42:19.350 --> 01:42:20.989
when I looked at the main set, I'm like, this
01:42:20.989 --> 01:42:23.710
set seems like whatever. But then when I looked
01:42:23.710 --> 01:42:25.270
through the ones that were specifically made
01:42:25.270 --> 01:42:28.329
for Commander and Jumpstart, I'm like, oh, there's
01:42:28.329 --> 01:42:30.529
all the really cool designs. They're just all
01:42:30.529 --> 01:42:34.369
over there, and that's dope. But I think the
01:42:34.369 --> 01:42:36.930
main question for you, Jarvis, is are you going
01:42:36.930 --> 01:42:40.350
to build the Jarvis deck? I will probably build
01:42:40.350 --> 01:42:43.930
the Jarvis deck for our episode. Will I build
01:42:43.930 --> 01:42:48.510
it in paper? Probably not. What if all the listeners
01:42:48.510 --> 01:42:51.630
at home and the viewers in my house tell you
01:42:51.630 --> 01:42:53.949
that you should? I think we should just put a
01:42:53.949 --> 01:42:56.449
poll on YouTube. When have I ever given a fuck
01:42:56.449 --> 01:42:57.649
about what someone else thought I should do?
01:42:58.390 --> 01:43:03.189
A lot of the times. Every single time, Jarvis.
01:43:03.510 --> 01:43:08.609
What I'm actually hoping for is that Jarvis isn't
01:43:08.609 --> 01:43:10.810
actually a very good card because of how narrow
01:43:10.810 --> 01:43:13.850
it is. So I hope that it ends up being super
01:43:13.850 --> 01:43:15.750
cheap and I just buy a bunch of Jarvis's and
01:43:15.750 --> 01:43:17.350
use those to go and give away at conventions.
01:43:17.970 --> 01:43:20.609
That's pretty good. How much is Jolly Balloon
01:43:20.609 --> 01:43:22.550
Man going for right now? I could do that. Good
01:43:22.550 --> 01:43:28.270
question. A lot. No. It's like a whole dollar.
01:43:28.390 --> 01:43:31.409
At most like $1 .25. It's like a whole dollar.
01:43:32.189 --> 01:43:35.270
Not even. The cheapest version is like $0 .60.
01:43:36.470 --> 01:43:38.890
Hell yeah. Which is about where Spider -Ham is
01:43:38.890 --> 01:43:41.920
too, so let's freaking go. Yeah, and I think
01:43:41.920 --> 01:43:45.319
the only thing that's stopping Jarvis from being
01:43:45.319 --> 01:43:49.199
cheaper than that is it being in the Commander
01:43:49.199 --> 01:43:51.859
pre -con and not in the main set. If this was
01:43:51.859 --> 01:43:53.939
in the main set, this would be a quarter rare.
01:43:54.300 --> 01:43:56.199
And being in the pre -con, it's probably going
01:43:56.199 --> 01:43:59.359
to be like $0 .50 to $0 .75. You actually don't
01:43:59.359 --> 01:44:03.500
think that in the main set that a card that lets
01:44:03.500 --> 01:44:06.760
you kind of uninhibited draw cards on Casting
01:44:06.760 --> 01:44:09.600
Heroes, it wouldn't be a little bit higher than
01:44:09.600 --> 01:44:13.069
that? uh not with where standard is right now
01:44:13.069 --> 01:44:16.789
yeah if heroes are decent but like yeah an archetype
01:44:16.789 --> 01:44:18.050
is narrow as heroes isn't gonna see the light
01:44:18.050 --> 01:44:19.789
of day and standard not not the standard good
01:44:19.789 --> 01:44:23.750
god yeah yep so listen and this is my principle
01:44:23.750 --> 01:44:26.149
on it i think after playing these i think that
01:44:26.149 --> 01:44:29.890
mine is definitely the quirky one um where i
01:44:29.890 --> 01:44:32.430
think that you got to kind of figure out which
01:44:32.430 --> 01:44:35.970
of the four to go and then kind of pivot into
01:44:35.970 --> 01:44:40.779
there um And I do think that Russ's and Ham's
01:44:40.779 --> 01:44:44.119
are good, but I also refuse to say that any pre
01:44:44.119 --> 01:44:47.960
-con that comes with, and I love Mind's Eye,
01:44:48.119 --> 01:44:54.180
but I think a pre -con that's $70 or $80 probably
01:44:54.180 --> 01:44:56.739
could have picked a different card. You know
01:44:56.739 --> 01:45:00.579
what I mean? I think Evolving Wild in there probably
01:45:00.579 --> 01:45:03.899
should be like $100 -something bucks. So I do
01:45:03.899 --> 01:45:06.460
think that, at least for Dr. Doom and T 'Challa,
01:45:06.520 --> 01:45:08.699
I think if those drop down to regular pre -con
01:45:08.699 --> 01:45:11.300
prices, I actually think they're pretty fun ways
01:45:11.300 --> 01:45:15.560
to play. I really dig them. Yeah. I'll go behind
01:45:15.560 --> 01:45:18.380
that. And there aren't even a ton of reprints
01:45:18.380 --> 01:45:24.239
in these, which is nice for a lot of it. A lot
01:45:24.239 --> 01:45:28.520
of it is just a lot of new cards. Yeah, I just
01:45:28.520 --> 01:45:30.479
keep looking at this, and I'm like, I want this
01:45:30.479 --> 01:45:35.250
curve to be like... half a mana lower for what
01:45:35.250 --> 01:45:36.909
yeah that's the thing with like the mind's eye
01:45:36.909 --> 01:45:38.689
and like a lot of the cards is that everything
01:45:38.689 --> 01:45:42.850
it feels really old school and that's it's it's
01:45:42.850 --> 01:45:44.670
both kind of nice when you're playing them all
01:45:44.670 --> 01:45:48.710
against each other right yeah but but like these
01:45:48.710 --> 01:45:53.270
i feel like would get ramshackle smacked by like
01:45:53.270 --> 01:45:55.750
even like the bloomboro precons a lot of those
01:45:55.750 --> 01:45:58.850
things like the cost on a lot of those cards
01:45:58.850 --> 01:46:02.739
and those precons is pretty good not like the
01:46:02.739 --> 01:46:05.420
the curve does feel higher and especially mine
01:46:05.420 --> 01:46:09.380
is a four color deck right so you're giving me
01:46:09.380 --> 01:46:12.520
like hey here's a seven mana multi -color card
01:46:12.520 --> 01:46:15.739
i hope you know good luck and it's also worse
01:46:15.739 --> 01:46:20.489
than most five drops now right yeah actually
01:46:20.489 --> 01:46:22.550
it's fun i'm looking at this like coveted jewels
01:46:22.550 --> 01:46:24.789
in here harmonizes in here i mean helm of the
01:46:24.789 --> 01:46:27.189
host as we saw it like everything is just a little
01:46:27.189 --> 01:46:29.390
yeah like yes i completely agree with everything
01:46:29.390 --> 01:46:32.069
i'm saying i'll say that helm of the host the
01:46:32.069 --> 01:46:35.189
host with helm of the host like i don't count
01:46:35.189 --> 01:46:37.489
that because your deck makes the vibraniums and
01:46:37.489 --> 01:46:40.869
so like yeah so right but like things like harmonize
01:46:40.869 --> 01:46:44.409
absolutely no reason for harmonize anymore and
01:46:44.409 --> 01:46:47.619
no harmonize yeah it's terrible and with your
01:46:47.619 --> 01:46:50.539
deck you had other ways to ramp as well yeah
01:46:50.539 --> 01:46:52.880
like but you did have the vibratium so like your
01:46:52.880 --> 01:46:55.359
expensive artifacts in your deck doesn't mean
01:46:55.359 --> 01:46:59.220
anything yeah it was and that's why i like this
01:46:59.220 --> 01:47:01.680
is kind of cool yeah it's like it's like well
01:47:01.680 --> 01:47:05.399
yeah it's a it's an older card that is difficult
01:47:05.399 --> 01:47:08.520
to make work or it's difficult to get good value
01:47:08.520 --> 01:47:10.819
out of but in this deck it was able to. Like,
01:47:10.819 --> 01:47:12.359
it was able to make the most of it. I thought
01:47:12.359 --> 01:47:14.460
that was cool. And maybe I just drew bad, because
01:47:14.460 --> 01:47:16.859
I just looked, and there's 16 total creatures,
01:47:16.979 --> 01:47:21.020
so 15 other than the commander, that are three
01:47:21.020 --> 01:47:24.220
mana or less, but it still feels like the acceleration
01:47:24.220 --> 01:47:27.100
of the deck is low to the point that you are
01:47:27.100 --> 01:47:30.479
in, like, one creature a turn, and this feels
01:47:30.479 --> 01:47:34.020
like this kind of commander wants you to be putting,
01:47:34.039 --> 01:47:36.020
like, two to three creatures on the battlefield
01:47:36.020 --> 01:47:41.199
a turn before combat. Probably. Me? I don't know.
01:47:41.340 --> 01:47:43.000
Well, and it also looks a lot worse because,
01:47:43.159 --> 01:47:45.239
like, you know, Russ's villain deck was able
01:47:45.239 --> 01:47:47.380
to play two of the same villain and it made all
01:47:47.380 --> 01:47:50.079
the other villains cost one mana. Yeah. Which
01:47:50.079 --> 01:47:55.539
was fucking sick. Both of us in our own ways
01:47:55.539 --> 01:47:58.199
were ramping like crazy, so yeah. Like, how many
01:47:58.199 --> 01:48:01.600
cost reducers were there in his deck? And, like,
01:48:01.640 --> 01:48:07.439
my, uh, there was one that was three mana that
01:48:07.439 --> 01:48:11.770
was also Jeskai. Way to go. A Jeskai? Like, it
01:48:11.770 --> 01:48:15.229
costs Jeskai to cost reduce? Yeah, it's... Well,
01:48:15.329 --> 01:48:19.069
it's Director Nick Fury. It costs Jeskai, and
01:48:19.069 --> 01:48:22.430
it reduces hero spells by one. So, I don't really
01:48:22.430 --> 01:48:25.489
want my cost reduction to be hard to cast. Well,
01:48:25.510 --> 01:48:27.550
listen, maybe this is one of those situations,
01:48:27.890 --> 01:48:29.310
because they do this every now and then in the
01:48:29.310 --> 01:48:31.569
pre -cons, where the deck, for some reason, the
01:48:31.569 --> 01:48:33.710
face commander is not the actual one you're supposed
01:48:33.710 --> 01:48:36.170
to run. Maybe this is one where, like, it's actually
01:48:36.170 --> 01:48:38.310
a Nick Fury deck, but Captain America's probably
01:48:38.310 --> 01:48:40.310
going to sell the set a little better if he's
01:48:40.310 --> 01:48:42.770
right there plopped on the front. But, like,
01:48:42.850 --> 01:48:44.989
yeah, maybe if you just swapped it out, the deck
01:48:44.989 --> 01:48:48.609
would have been, like, a dream. Yeah, there are
01:48:48.609 --> 01:48:53.829
two cost -reducers in this deck. Nick Fury, and
01:48:53.829 --> 01:48:57.189
then the other one was that... What did they
01:48:57.189 --> 01:49:00.109
actually call it in this one? It was the Herald's
01:49:00.109 --> 01:49:02.350
Horn. They called it Avengers Monitoring Station.
01:49:03.160 --> 01:49:06.739
So there's two cost reducers in the deck. Good.
01:49:07.800 --> 01:49:10.600
Do I have anything else to say? No, just that
01:49:10.600 --> 01:49:14.220
you won. Yeah. Your face time, man. Take it away.
01:49:17.720 --> 01:49:20.840
I'll just do it that way. You know what they
01:49:20.840 --> 01:49:25.960
say about dead air. Let's cut it out egregiously.
