ОБ ЭТОМ ЭПИЗОДЕ
Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series. On this episode, we talk with Robin Quinn Keehn — Human Dynamics Specialist, Certified Mediator, and Author — about communication, personal boundaries, conflict resolution, and the hidden ways unfinished business can steal our peace.
Robin's work centers on what she calls “Open Loops”: commitments, promises, agreements, and conversations that needed a clear ending but never received one. From the boundary you struggle to set to the resentment you keep inside or the difficult conversation you continue rehearsing, these unresolved issues can quietly drain your time, energy, and emotional well-being.
Robin shares a powerful message: the calmest person in the room often holds the greatest authority, and the way we respond to others helps establish how they treat us. Through practical insights and compelling stories, she explores how to communicate more effectively, establish healthier boundaries, and reclaim the energy consumed by unresolved situations.
She's also the creator of Debate Without Hate, a curriculum that teaches children how to disagree respectfully, and the author of Stop Stealing From Yourself. Her work offers valuable lessons for navigating relationships, handling disagreements, and creating more intentional lives.
From her childhood ambition of becoming President of the United States to an accomplished career helping people understand human dynamics, Robin brings wisdom, humor, and a fascinating personal story to this conversation.
