40. Avoiding Goal Setting Overwhelm: Creating a business strategy that fits with family life with Jen Lister

This Mum Loves Tech Episode 40: Avoiding Goal Setting Overwhelm: Creating a business strategy that fits with family life with Jen Lister

In this episode, I’m chatting with Jen Lister, a business strategist who is passionate about helping parents build a dream lifestyle and business that doesn’t require you to be in it 24/7.

Jen has a brilliant way of taking the overwhelm out of planning and making goal-setting feel personal and achievable.

In this episode, we chatted about:

✅ The "Three Fs"

✅ Why Jen ditched corporate strategy for "parentrepreneurship"

✅ How to create a family vision board (and get your partner on board!)

✅ The power of the "Three Goals" rule to beat shiny object syndrome

And if Jen’s insights have you ready to get intentional with your plans, get a copy of her Goalgetting Goodies - her complete workbook to clarify and work towards achieving your goals! https://dashboard.mailerlite.com/forms/45476/153645963849762643/share
