Grading the Buckeye Offense that "Struggled" in Blowout Win!

Ohio State's offense showed flashes of brilliance and reason for concern in a dominant 45-16 win over Maryland. Quarterback Julian Sayin battled through a shaky performance, marred by turnovers and accuracy issues, but still delivered four touchdown passes, highlighted by Jeremiah Smith’s electric screen-pass scores and a viral one-handed grab. The Buckeyes’ passing attack struggled with execution and ball security in rainy conditions, leaving fans questioning consistency heading into the Indiana matchup.

Bo and Ja'kobi Jackson sparked the ground game to life in the second half, with Bo racking up 107 yards and two touchdowns, including a 25-yard explosive run. Despite patchwork on the offensive line, due to key injuries, right-side fill-ins held steady, though pass protection lapses persisted. Tight end Nate Roberts notched a historic touchdown catch. With recurring protection concerns, can Ohio State’s offense maintain momentum on the road?
