Last Attempt Guildcast — Forever on CONTROLLER + Olympus MARCHES + Weather's BACK + WoW News — 033

Welcome to the Last Attempt Guildcast. In this episode, Squirrelthug is

joined again by guildmate Templrivanho, and we are happy to welcome our guest Konimi, one of the officers in Last Attempt, for their first time on the show. We open with a hands-on look at playing World of Warcraft: Forever on a controller — the radial menus, the dynamic interact button, healing your party off the d-pad, and pet radials for Hunters and Warlocks — then get into the beta's second week, with weather coming back to the world, a long list of class changes, and another round of realm restarts. From there we talk Asmongold's Olympus army marching through the beta, who Forever is really for and what retail could do better for brand-new players, and The Last Titan heading back to Northrend. We also cover a heavy class tuning week, the Venomous Abyss nerf wave and a Warrior soloing two bosses at once, Brewfest and Azshara's Abyssal Crown sets in the shop, Blizzard's official Forever podcast and another Collector's Edition sell-out, and Xbox's latest round of 268 cuts with Halo moving to Activision.
