John, a former law enforcement officer and School Resource Officer, is now the Director of School Safety for the Kansas Department of Education and a nationally recognized expert on building strong school-law enforcement partnerships. Together, they bring a dynamic perspective on leadership, equity, and ensuring safe, supportive school communities.
