#07 Isaac Ho - An honest conversation between three friends. On new adventures, purposes, and worries in life. Relationships. Who are "slashers"?

"唔好俾人地覺得啱嘅嘢去操控你"

Welcome back peeps!  This was a spontaneous, honest conversation between the three of us that went for over an hour. Editing this episode was challenging. I listened through our conversation at least twice myself. We inspire each other and end up with a list of things to reflect on each time we talk.

Today, we talked about what's new in our lives - our new adventures, experiences, processes, mindset, purpose, goals, and worries. How should we set our goals and measure our progress? How do we deliver a positive influence in work? We also revisited the concept of work-life integration. Isaac also brought in a new term "slasher" into our dictionary. Lastly, we talked about the long-overdue and underrated topic of relationships. As always, please enjoy!
