This week on the show, we speak with Ron North about the THRIVE program. The THRIVE program facilitates community-wide awareness and use of the 40 Developmental Assets Initiative to increase the number of positive assets in youth through asset focused groups, availability of a resource library, and educational events. 

We also have a conversation on working with a wide range of generations and the difficulties that surround that. It was a great conversation and believe we got the ball rolling.
