Ep30: The 3 "-Ism's" Reshaping our Culture: How Islamism, Socialism & Feminism Are Rewriting Reality

In this week's episode of Christianly, we look at three competing cultural movements and the how they are reshaping American public life. First, we consider Kathy Hochul’s embrace of Islamic symbolism and the growing challenge of distinguishing religious liberty from Islamism. Then, in our deep dive segment, we explore why socialism is gaining appeal among young Americans and how legitimate economic concerns are becoming an invitation to deeper government dependency. Finally, we examine the legacy of Gloria Steinem and feminism’s evolving understanding of moral culpability, using the Lindsay Clancy mistrial to consider what happens when personal responsibility is conditioned by feelings over facts. Three movements. Three different histories. One question: what happens when the ideas of our culture collide with the truth of God’s Word? How should we respond? Will we?
