SOBRE ESTE EPISÓDIO
Finding a pattern, recognising it, and then being able to see it on other levels and in other circumstances can be useful. That is what we will do today.
Today we look at the pattern of Multipolar Traps and see how it is recurring on different levels, including the foundational level of human psychology, where we will call it a Relational Multipolar Trap.
We will see how an individual is trapped inside a pattern that in the moment seems rational but eventually leads to their fear being realised. And we will also see how the basis of this makes clear thinking difficult. Both our abilities to make sense of things and make other choices are encumbered.
Understanding the origin of the trap we look at what may be helpful to transcend these difficulties.
Spoiler alert: As usual both Non-Violent Communication and meditation on ones Being come up as possibly helpful paths.
