ABOUT THIS EPISODE
🎙️WITHOUT A CUE EPISODE 81🔥WITHOUT A CUE EPISODE 81 is here with a full NFL Week 1 recap, 49ers vs. Rams, Patriots vs. Seahawks, Brock Purdy, Drake Maye, Drew Lock, early NFL awards predictions, and a bracket of the greatest sports moments ever.We start with San Francisco’s win over the Los Angeles Rams and, naturally, THE SUBSTATION is back in the conversation. The injuries keep piling up, the parlays were in full effect for the Rams, and this had all the makings of America’s trap game. Commissioner Soy Sauce called the 49ers to win, though, so the propaganda train survives another week. Then we move to Patriots vs. Seahawks, which spent most of the night looking like a game specifically designed to put America to sleep. That was until Drew Lock came in and started making plays. On the other side, Drake Maye had a fourth quarter that left us asking one very important question:Did Drake Drake Maye Maye have a parlayyyy? From there we get into the usual Without A Cue yappage before making our way-too-early NFL season award predictions. We give our picks AND dark horses for MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and more. Some are reasonable. Some are agenda driven. All will absolutely be used against us later. Then Buddaz gets control of the SPORTS MOMENTS BRACKET.We put some of the greatest NFL and NBA moments ever head-to-head and make Buddaz decide what advances. Iconic touchdowns, championship moments, legendary calls, unbelievable comebacks and some of the most memorable plays in sports history all get put on trial. And because this is Without A Cue, there’s plenty of completely unnecessary yappage scattered throughout the episode before we somehow find a way to sneak another draft in at the end.NFL Week 1 is already delivering storylines, agendas, conspiracy theories and questionable quarterback decisions.Respectfully, we’re just here to document it.
