ABOUT THIS EPISODE
September is basically the second January and I am SO ready for a reset 🍂🤎
In this episode of With Intention, we are having a full September reset together. We’re chatting about getting back into a routine, resetting our healthy habits, sorting out our spaces, getting organised with work, finances and goals and just deciding how we actually want the next few months of our lives to feel.
We talk about creating morning and evening routines that actually work for you, getting back into your wellness habits without feeling like you need to change your entire life overnight, sorting out your home and digital space, being more intentional with your money and romanticising all the little things that come with a new season.
We’re also deciding what we’re leaving behind as we go into September, from doom scrolling and comparison to overspending, guilt and the all or nothing mindset.
If you’ve been feeling a little bit stuck, unmotivated or like you just need to get your life together again, this episode is your sign to have a fresh start with me. Grab your coffee, go on a walk, clean your room and let’s reset together 🍂☕️
September reset, autumn reset, healthy habits, morning routine, productivity, wellness, goal setting, financial reset, getting organised, self improvement and becoming the best version of you.
