ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Why a podcast about Women in Engineering Leadership at tech companies?
Although women in engineering are still very much a minority, there is now a real pipeline of digital native, technology savvy women with a computer science degree at tech companies. However progress in increasing the numbers of women in engineering leadership is slow.
With this podcast, Women in Tech At Work or WIT At Work for short, I would like to change that. My goal is for this podcast to be a resource for women that demystifies how to level up to senior engineering leadership from the perspective of women who have done it.
