ABOUT THIS EPISODE
I’ve been doing a little artwork lately, and I noticed something: when I was younger, I could simply pick up a brush and begin. Now, I seem to want to know what the finished picture will look like before I make the first stroke.
It made me wonder—when did we become so uncomfortable with not knowing? And does that need for certainty quietly seep into other parts of our lives?
In this episode of Unscripted Growth, I reflect on whether we really need to see the entire pathway—or whether sometimes, knowing the next step is enough. 🎙️
