#7977 and #3124 falsified their reports, stating time of our arrest at "about noon," when it was the first thing they did at 8:45 a.m.! See our screenshots to prove it! & follow for more!

THEY EVEN PUT DOWN ONE OF MY HENS - little Fea, my sweetheart, SHE HAD SWOLLEN EYE! NOT A LIFE-THREATENING DISEASE! I DEMAND animal cruelty charge for that! I was trying to nurse her back to health and would've maybe succeeded if they hadn't raided our home and stolen all our pets!!!!💔
8/30, 8:45am : FIFTY @pima_county TAXPAYER-PAID employees DEPRIVED ME OF MY CIVIL RIGHTS TO DUE PROCESS by not ALLOWING ME TO RESPOND TO THEIR CONCERNS DURING A WALKTHROUGH!
THE ABSOLUTE FIRST THING THEY DID WAS PUT ME IN CUFFS AND SHOVE ME IN A COP CAR, WHERE THEY QUESTIONED ME DESPITE DENYING ME ACCESS TO A LAWYER THAT I REQUESTED!
9:01 AM SENT ME TO JAIL! BUT FALSIFIED THEIR REPORTS AND SAID WE WERE TAKEN TO JAIL AT "ABOUT NOON"! THIS IS FALSE REPORTING! A CLASS 1 MISDEMEANOR!
I HAVE SO FAR ALREADY REPORTED PCSD/APS/PACC MISCONDUCT TO @THEJUSTICEDEPT @azagmayes @katie4az GOV #KATIEHOBBS, #KRISMAYES; REP #RAULGRIJALVA @repraulgrijalva
@senmarkkelly and today opening a case with Pima County attorney #barbaraconover #DARLENECORTINA, DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEY
We're filing employee complaints against #7977 and #3124 in particular, 17 plus other deputies involved in our case & about 20 APS and PACC, who are effectively cops too, so approximately 50 police involved in swatting our house! Why the overwhelming use of force in a case involving two people with clean records and absolutely no prior reports of animal cruelty hoarding etc as reported by deputy Hanna, after checking chameleon! SO230824248?
No probable cause for search warrant! Beth Cummings, Zoe Skinner initial false reporting easily debunked! = FALSE REPORTING @PhoenixPD- FILING POLICE REPORT NOW!
Unreasonable search and seizure! False arrest/incarceration! Falsified evidence!
