Struggling with inconsistent ball contact or a "reverse pivot" in your golf swing?
In this lesson, Tony Ruggiero from The DewSweeper joins forces with Conner Luke to break down the most common mistakes recreational golfers make, specifically lateral slide and poor balance.
Learn actionable drills using the Pivot Pack—including band-assisted/resisted turns, single-leg stability exercises, and the "punching drill"—to help you build a solid foundation, stabilize your lower body, and finally get that low point in front of the ball.
Whether you are a weekend warrior or looking to sharpen your technique, these fundamentals are designed to help you strike the ball more solidly every time.
