ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Why do we continue suffering long after someone we love has departed? In this guided meditation and metaphysical exploration, we explore grief, guilt, unfinished conversations, old promises, and others feelings that we somehow keep carrying. We gently connect with a particular departed loved one and explore questions that may have remained unanswered:✨ Do they know they have died?✨ Are they happier than they were before?✨ What did they wish they had told you?✨ Are there regrets, apologies, or unfinished conversations?✨ Why did they leave when they did?✨ Are they at peace, or still caught in fear, guilt, trauma, or attachment?✨ Are there old vows, promises, debts, or responsibilities keeping you connected?✨ Have you shared past lives together?✨ Is there anything that needs to be released without having to understand every detail? We also explore the ways grief can keep us energetically connected to the past, including the desire to protect, control, complete unfinished work, or continue suffering out of loyalty and love. The goal is not to forget the person. It is to allow love to remain while suffering, guilt, fear, and unnecessary attachment are released.Through the process, we call our own energy back and return to the departed person anything that belongs to them, allowing both sides to become more whole. You may experience this as an inner conversation, a symbolic encounter, a memory, an intuitive perception, or simply a profound emotional release. You do not have to know exactly what happens after death to benefit from the process.Sometimes saying goodbye does not mean ending the connection. It means changing the way we carry it.Disclaimer: This meditation is a spiritual and experiential practice.
