ABOUT THIS EPISODE
How do you know when your intuition is guiding you and when your ego is getting in the way?
In this episode of Together We Seek, I sit down with Sarah Williams to explore trusting your intuition, manifesting what you want, recognizing messages from spirit, and understanding the guidance that may already be showing up in your life.
Sarah shares how intuition and dreams have guided some of her biggest life decisions, including writing her book and eventually moving to Cyprus. We talk about why the first message you receive may be the one worth paying attention to, how fear and self-doubt can interfere with intuitive guidance, and simple ways to quiet the noise and listen within.
We also dive into manifestation and why Sarah believes it is not enough to simply think about what you want. She shares how visualization, feeling, and stepping into the experience as though it is already happening can shift the way you manifest.
Finally, we explore life path numbers, numerology, spirit guides, and how these tools may offer clues about your life purpose and the work you are here to do.
If you’ve been learning to trust your intuition, noticing signs from the universe, or feeling called toward something more, this conversation may give you a few new ways to listen.
Sarah Williams is a spiritual teacher, evidential medium, healer and founder of the SJ Williams Spiritual Arts Academy.
After years of profound personal challenges, loss and life-changing experiences with the spirit world, she reached a point where she could no longer ignore the guidance she was receiving. Instead of resisting it, she embraced her spiritual path - a decision that transformed her life.
Guided by Spirit, Sarah was inspired to write The Auburn Guide: A True Story of Spirit, Survival and Awakening. More than a memoir, the book is a practical guide that combines her true story with guided meditations, exercises and techniques to help readers strengthen their intuition, connect with Spirit and begin their own awakening journey.
Today Sarah teaches evidential mediumship, psychic development and spiritual growth, helping others discover that they are never truly alone. Her work is grounded in compassion, authenticity and the belief that even our darkest experiences can become the doorway to healing, purpose and transformation.
Through her academy, workshops, retreats and public events, Sarah encourages people to trust their intuition, deepen their connection with Spirit and find hope through their own life experiences.
