You don't find out who you are or what you're capable of, through a TV or pancaked to the couch. You gotta get out there man. Try new things, take some risks, grab life by the balls and run with it.
It's kinda like edibles. Some times you go to deep and you feel like you might not make it back to yourself.
You will.
That initial burst of anxiety and paranoia will have you thinking you're about to have to fight for your life.
You won't.
But the euphoria that over takes you after that is amazing.
That's the part that's like life. With struggle and discomfort comes a certain level of pride, comfort and calmness. That's your reward for making it through the struggle and achieving your goals. You need that balance to really appreciate the reward.
So take that risk, find the joy and maybe from time to time take an edible.
Hope you enjoy the sesh.
