ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Welcome back to The True Purpose Podcast. In this episode, host Will Stewart is talking to Hector Hughes, CEO and Co-Founder at Unplugged.
Unplugged provides a digital detox in uniquely designed off-grid cabins around the UK. The tech-free cabins allow visitors to rest and recharge in nature. From Hector’s own personal experience of burn out, Unplugged is the definition of a purpose-led business that helps people prevent the burn out he once felt.
On the podcast, we hear more from Hector about…
How previous start-up experience shaped his views on workplace culture.
How optimism drives his entrepreneurship.
His mediation retreats.
How he has become unattached.
Meditating with death.
… And the huge hurdle he faced when moving the first Unplugged cabin to the UK from Latvia.
