ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Hello friends! I am so excited to share this months episode with Mackensey Alexander. We get into some beautifully deep conversations about her work so make sure you check out the links to see some examples of her amazing work. Here is a quick bio about this months artist: “As a lifelong student and seeker, I am always curious and eager to learn. I love traveling, communing with nature, building campfires, nesting, binging on audiobooks, and discovering new ways to explore my body and celebrate my senses. I value authenticity, vulnerability, and compassion above all else, and I strive to live my life according to these virtues.
Weaving together my knowledge of human sexuality, tantric yoga practices, somatic and energy healing, body neutrality/HAES philosophy, ritual and embodiment photography, I offer a transformative space where people can learn to cultivate a deeper sense of intimacy, sexual and emotional intelligence, connection and pleasure.
Currently rooted in of Savannah, GA, I am available for in person tantra and intimacy coaching sessions, workshops or retreats, energy healing and embodiment sessions. I also facilitate online coaching sessions, courses and workshops using Zoom and am open to travel for bookings worldwide.”
