ABOUT THIS EPISODE
“You’re not the seeker. You’re the thing you’re seeking.” —Frank Elaridi
What happens when you stop searching outside yourself for the answers and realize that what you’ve been seeking has been within you all along? Jess sits down with Emmy Award-winning former journalist and energy healer Frank Elaridi for a deeply spiritual conversation about consciousness, healing, self-realization, and remembering who you truly are.
Frank shares the intuitive pull that led him away from journalism and into energy healing, the extraordinary spiritual experience that radically changed his understanding of himself, and why he ultimately walked away from many of the practices he once believed would lead him closer to enlightenment. Together, he and Jess explore what exists beyond identity, the body, and even the idea of the spiritual “seeker.”
