ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Iran-backed Houthis have unleashed deadly missile attacks on Saudi airports, killing 13 people, including an American, and President Trump now faces a dangerous decision just weeks before the midterm elections. On this episode of "The Quad", Emily Schrader, Bellamy Bellucci, Shosannah Keats-Jaskoll and Ruthie Blum debate whether America and Israel must strike back, and why Iran's escalating aggression could trigger a much wider war. Three years after October 7, the panel also examines disturbing footage of Gazans continuing to glorify the massacre and confronts claims that Israel's military response is creating more terrorists. Plus, a controversial U.S. proposal to publicly broadcast the execution of the Fort Hood terrorist sparks a heated debate over justice and deterrence, while Britain's Green Party faces fierce backlash over its anti-Zionist policies. Is the West finally prepared to confront radical Islamist terrorism, or are its attempts at deterrence only setting the stage for the next devastating attack?
