ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Where are my short friends at?
When I walk with friends, especially my taller friends, it feels like my legs are having to do twice the work to go the same distance.
We both have the ability to walk, but our capacity is different.
This week, I'm relating that to parenting - we all have the ability to make the changes, do the work of healing, and show up for our kids. But our capacity isn't the same.
Sometimes we're the ones with the long stride, and sometimes we're twiddling along just trying to keep up.
Wherever you are, whatever your capacity is right now, keep showing up!
