00:00:33
Speaker 2: Doing Hey, my friend goods be back? How you doing good? So?
00:00:37
Speaker 1: What happened to Hayden Pantier thirty six?
00:00:40
Speaker 2: What side isn't it?
00:00:41
Speaker 1: Yeah?
00:00:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, really really breaking news overnight. She'd been struggling a long time. We didn't know how bad her health was or exactly what happened that she was found unresponsive in a home in South Carolina on Sunday, and around two thirty pm she was announced dead. They believe it might have been a cardiac arrest. The police, the firemen, the ambulance people have not released any official cause yet, and we're gonna have to wait for an autopsy to know that. But she's had a really troubled life. She had a memoir that came out earlier this year, and she was really honest about her addictions. Has struggled with alcohol, mental health issues, even in opioids. And so we know her as a child actress. We grew up with her Nashville heroes, and now at just thirty six years old, she's no longer there.
00:01:33
Speaker 1: Wow. Terrible. Hey, another tragic stir. Nick Reiner in jail. What's going on? What's the latest with the Nick Reiner case.
00:01:43
Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of legal maneuvers here. So he's going to go to trial. The death penalty is on the docket, and so his lawyer's argument. It's very interesting here. His lawyer's arguing that the one point five million dollar trust fund that his parents left all their children, he should have access to that to pay his legal bills. Now, there's a very interesting clause in California, the Flayer clause, which says that you can't get money from somebody that you have killed. However, yeah, I know. So however, the lawyer saying, we don't know if he killed anybody. In America, you are innocent until proven guilty. Now, all the evidence we've seen and certainly doesn't look that way, but we have to follow the law here. And so what he is saying to the family, to the estate is that he's innocent at the moment. He's not been proven guilty, and so because he is innocent at the moment, he should have access to that million dollars. And that's something now that that is going to be debated. So it seems ridiculous that you can kill potentially allegedly your parents and then use their money to get off. But that is basically what his lawyer is arguing.
00:03:00
Speaker 1: Well, can't they defense go in and argue just take a picture of them and hold it up and say, look at this guy innocent.
00:03:09
Speaker 2: That's exactly what they're gonna do. They're not gonna They're not gonna go. So this that the problem is. This is this is where things get so ugly and nasty in families, like this family is suffering. This family is in real pain. But he's still their brother, and so they've lost their parents and the person who who has been accused of killing them is a relative. And so the family, i'm told, is being all the part in different directions that some family members are still supporting their his brother and his sister are not. But we have seen his aunt turn up at the jail and so she's been to visit him.
00:03:47
Speaker 1: What are they supporting.
00:03:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think they want to believe that he's innocent. He said he's innocent, and so they want to believe that. We see all the time when all the evidence points in one direction, and just some people won't believe it. They won't, they can't believe it. And so, yeah, his aunt is standing by him. His brother and his sister are not. But it gets tricky now because money's up. Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle were very wealthy people and they left most of that money to their children. They didn't realize one of their children could be the one that killed them.
00:04:24
Speaker 1: Well what a story, uh, Rob Shooter. Mega Housewives explain that to us. Yeah, Mega Housewives.
00:04:33
Speaker 2: Andy Cohen has been a longtime hater of President Trump. He's made it very clear what his views are about President Trumpwives series. Yeah, created them, He's the executive producer. It's his idea. He's made millions and millions from these ladies, from these shows, these franchises now that appear all over the country, if not the world, And so He has recently asked about his his political views and the fact that many people on The Real House Science are supporters of President Trump, and Andy said, it's not a political show. It's a show about different opinions, and having people with different opinions is a good idea. I think he's right about that. He didn't really want to get into it with his own views, but it's interesting because he has been very, very vocal. Yet I think what Andy has had to figure out rather later than sooner is that fifty percent of the country voted to mister Trump. And if you want a television show, to cut off fifty percent of potential viewers is just bad business. And at the end of the day, Bravo only cares about one thing, not who's in the White House, but how much money Bravo's making. And so I think they'd had to come to this conclusion, this realization later than sooner. But moving forward now we can expect to see many, many different people on that show who maybe in the past might not have got past the cast in because the boss doesn't like this point of view.
00:06:07
Speaker 1: You know, they should just they always add another one and another Housewives, They should just why not just do one called Mega Housewives.
00:06:14
Speaker 2: I think they should do Palm I asked them, will they do Palm Beach? Will they do all the ladies going to maraa Laga, all the ladies together. I can see Lara Trump on it. I can see Kimberly Guildford. Oh, it'd be great. I'm told there has no plans to move forward with that.
00:06:29
Speaker 1: Well you can't. You can't. No, you can't do mari A Lago because those women are all eighty years old and they're all, how are you?
00:06:35
Speaker 2: It's like.
00:06:39
Speaker 1: Beach, maybe Palm Beach, but the oldientas of mari A Lago would not make for a good No, I don't think so. Hey, what is Tyra Banks suing Netflix? What the hell's out all about?
00:06:53
Speaker 2: Netflix had this amazing documentary. It was a couple of hours long of brilliant doctumentary about America His Next Top Model member. When Tyra invented that show and it ran for I think about ten years, and it was her show. She wasn't just the host that she was the executive producer. She created it. And so Tyra Banks has been criticized. There's been a lot of pushback that things they did on that show probably weren't the best things to do. And so they did a documentary basically to expose this show, what it was like for the ladies who were the models on the show, the young girls, the young women who were on the show, and how some people have said it was abusive, has happened on the show that that was really ugly, and so Tyra did participate. They approached Tyra Banks, the producers behind the Netflix show, and said we're going to do this, do you want to be part of it? And then, to their surprise, Tyra said yes, and she gave them three and a half hours of interviews, of which they used about sixteen minutes. Now she's claiming that they cherry picked her quotes and they made her look bad on purpose. What Netflix are claiming is, Tyra Banks, you know TV better than anybody, and you do hours and hours of taping for one sound bite. And so they were like, you want to bring it on, we'll fight back. And remember, at the end of the day, Netflix has that three and a half hours which they could release, and I'm told that it is all pretty explosive, not of it necessarily makes Tyreer look very, very good.
00:08:19
Speaker 1: Oohkay hey, speaking of all this, the Taylor Swift wedding, they spent a fortune on a video crew and recorded the whole thing. We always heard it would end up becoming a streaming special Netflix. Is there any word on that. We haven't heard a thing about gone.
00:08:33
Speaker 2: Quiet for a while. Taylor's sort have taken her back seat for a while. He's back in Kansas City playing for the for the NFL. She actually popped up in London. I have some friends in London who told me she's over in the UK at the moment at her friend's friend's wedding. Now there's no news yet and what's going to happen with this. Taylor doesn't just put stuff out. Everything is very strategically planned. So I would guess she's holding onto this footage, these photographs until she has a new album she's writing at the moment. Taylor, at the end of the day, makes all her money on music. She's not a movie star, she's not a TV star. It's the music and that's the center, that's the cornerstone of the Taylor Swift business and that is not going to change. So the only way that we'll get to see this footage that we'll get to see anything from the wedding is when it helps her promote her new music. So I'm told, not until twenty twenty seven, there's going to be nothing this show. But maybe next year she'll have a new album, and that's when she'll she'll use all this, all the footage that she owns. It's in her balls and ain't gonna leak out to ABC. Don't have it. Nobody is in her ball. She owns it, and so I will predict that we'll see it when she wants us to buy a new album.
