Speaker 1: Mark Simone, live from the WOR LifeVac studios. Well, Ann Coulter, the best-selling author, the great columnist, Rumble star. If you've been watching the Ann Coulter channel on Rumble, take a look at it. And then make sure you sign up for her sub stack. You can follow her on Twitter, but even better, sub stack. where she does videos and podcasts and all sorts of stuff. It's anncoulter.substack.com. Ann Coulter, how are you doing?
00:00:32
Speaker 2: Great. How are you, Mark Simone?
00:00:34
Speaker 1: Very good. Very good. Look at this. Kamala Harris is hitting the campaign trail. That should be a big help.
00:00:40
Speaker 2: Oh, that's fantastic.
00:00:43
Speaker 1: That's going to really move the needle, huh?
00:00:45
Speaker 2: Just be glad obama can't run again.
00:00:51
Speaker 1: Well he's out there uh campaigning for uh el sayad this week could el sayad really win in a rust belt michigan type state well it's not that.
00:01:02
Speaker 2: Rust belt anymore but yes yes i mean the big issue unfortunately for republicans i i it shouldn't be because it's not going to end the Iran war, but it is the Iran war. And it was stupid. Trump promised not to start any more stupid wars. This is about the stupidest we've had. Certainly in my lifetime, drove all these gas prices up. People are angry. I noticed that MSNBC and CNN are already trying to say it's about something other than the Iran war.
00:01:33
Speaker 1: Oh, it's ice.
00:01:34
Speaker 2: People are mad at ice. No, as I keep pointing out, Although Trump's numbers are quite low, his immigration enforcement is the most popular of all of his policies. It's the one issue voters still trust Republicans on more. Not that those questions are really as precise as they seem. But what happens is when voters are mad at the party in power, they just blame them for everything, every single little thing. So the numbers go down across the board. So it's striking that still voters trust Republicans more on immigration. And, you know, this is what I keep telling people. I've been running into a lot of them, just regular people who are angry about the Iran war. And what on earth is Trump doing? They're not wild about the ballroom and all that stuff either, but it's mostly the Iran war. And I tell them you're not going to get less war, even if El-Sayed wins. And he is probably the Democrat who would be most against this war, though they all are. Every Democrat voted against the Iran war, so Republicans are not in a good position on that. it's not going to make any difference. It's not going to make any difference in how much foreign aid we send to Israel or anyplace else. But we will have sane judges blocked. Trump won't be able to get any more judges through, and that's going to last a long time. Next Democrat who comes in as president is going to do what Biden did and fill up the federal courts with a bunch of uh... p c d i incompetent uh... we're also uh... who were also going going to get lots more d e i policies uh... i mean it's all the things it what you are voting for by voting against republicans is not what you're going to be getting here going to be very bad i mean senate the senate election oh my gosh a lot of them shockingly even texas look awfully close We could lose, we could finally lose Texas. And I think I told you, I don't know, a couple months ago, if you asked me about Texas, I would have said, I don't know, it's Texas. They've been predicting it for a long time. No, it looks pretty bad right now. I hope I'm wrong. I can't tell you how much I hope I'm wrong. But Senators last six years. We're going to be stuck with these guys. I mean, okay, who knows what will happen, but I think it's going to be a very bad night for Republicans. We could lose Iowa. We could lose Texas. If that happens, I just want to remind people this is six years. Don't throw a little fit over Trump and the Iran war now.
00:04:21
Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, we'll see. It's going to be 13 days from today. The most important thing is everybody get out and vote. In New York, you can start voting on Saturday. Make sure you get out and vote.
00:04:34
Speaker 2: Not everyone should get out and vote. Yes.
00:04:37
Speaker 1: If you're a Democrat, the voting is in December. You can wait till then.
00:04:41
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Speaking of which, you know, in the New York elections, I mean, it is New York, but probably the worst elected official in the state of New York, perhaps in all of history, is Letitia James, the attorney general. And I've been listening to her opponent, that Indian lady.
00:04:59
Speaker 1: Brilliant.
00:05:00
Speaker 2: And I have to say, she's really, she's very good. It's really kind of heartbreaking that she is... I doesn't seem to have much of a chance. I mean, it is New York, but wow. I hope New Yorkers are paying attention to that. Yes.
00:05:17
Speaker 1: Unfortunately, nobody can remember her name or even if they know what it is, they can't say it. What's her name? Sarita.
00:05:21
Speaker 2: Well, it's not Letitia Jane.
00:05:26
Speaker 1: Vote for the Republican for attorney general. Very important. Hey, uh, you're an alumni, uh, How come I haven't heard about Cornell for a few days? It vanished from the news. What was that? Why did it vanish?
00:05:43
Speaker 2: You know, I've noticed that it's vanished every place except from the New York Times, which is what my column is about today. I know I've got to stop writing about this, but they're so insane. This Cornell case is crazy, and we're getting the same thing we always get where– where you know just here on fire reporting and yesterday the new york times had another article on uh... why men in groups behave badly oh i don't know agreement in groups created you know paypal spacex palantir both the modern world they they they conquered nazi germany men in groups have actually done some good thing yes uh... But the Times in particular, it is worse than any other major news outlet, that newspaper, in terms of anything having to do with feminism, anything. They were the last ones to admit that the Duke lacrosse players were innocent. I mean, I think Nifong was in prison before the New York Times would admit it. And, you know, as the great book by Stuart Taylor, I forget the other guy's name, but until proven innocent, I think is the name of it, about the Duke case demonstrated, it was really shocking how much the New York Times kept lying and hiding about that. And that's just one case. I mean, there have been many more since then. And they're doing the same thing now. I kept noticing, I mean, I saw it right after ABC News posted it. A lot of these documents had been released to the media. And ABC News, to their credit, was the first ones to post a bunch of Jane Doe's texts to her alleged rapist in the week after the gangbang, as she herself calls it in one of the texts, by the way. And they're utterly exonerating. It shows pretty clearly not only consent, but ooh, enthusiastic consent. And I keep reading these New York Times articles, and they're not printing the juiciest of her texts. They are simply not printing them. This is one thing AI is great for. I asked a few AIs to tell me if the New York Times had ever printed this particular text from Jane Doe. Oh, no, no, no. Oh, no, no, no. And this is when they have written more than 70 articles or podcasts or videos, more than 70 on this case. It's not like they're reserving judgment. They've already made their judgment, and it's just a matter of denouncing men.
00:08:26
Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, if these texts are real and true, it looks like she's saying afterwards, a week after, that everything was fine. She wasn't raped and it was all consensual. So in a courtroom, won't they, these guys, won't they be able to get declared innocent with all this?
00:08:47
Speaker 2: Well, it's a lawsuit. It's not innocent, guilty. I mean, I don't think the DA can't bring charges on the basis of this, I would think. But that's why the New York Times and others, I mean, the professoriate at Cornell is denouncing the president for not doing more. It reminds me of the Rolling Stones story about the non-existent gang rape at the UVA fraternity. And for you youngsters who missed this really glorious chapter in journalistic history, Sabrina Eardley wrote the most insane, on-its-face, untrue story of a gang rape in a fraternity on top of glass with fraternity brothers saying things like, grab its leg, its leg. Just statements that were, on their face, comical. The rest of the media, liberal mainstream media, pretty quickly started, did not take this article seriously. It was a cover story on Rolling Stone. But, oh, at the school... all fraternity activity was banned, as has just been done at Cornell. The dean of students, this woman, Arduro, I think her name was, she took Jackie, the accuser, totally seriously. You know, all the Title IX apparatus kicked into play. And the entire thing, it was beyond fictional. This Jackie, the accuser, had never set foot in the fraternity. She didn't know a single member of the fraternity. She just randomly picked this fraternity to... to slam one newspaper, by the way, did not express skepticism of her story. And yes, that would be the New York times. But yeah, Cornell has bent over backward to accommodate and to believe this loon, despite, despite what are some very exonerating texts from her.
00:10:56
Speaker 1: That's going to be interesting. Ann Coulter, we're out of time, but everybody check. When's the new column come out today?
00:11:02
Speaker 2: A little bit later today.
