ABOUT THIS EPISODE
She looked fine on the outside and completely empty on the inside the moment she walked through her own door.
Lex sits down with aesthetician and content creator Anasija Green for an honest conversation about what survival mode really looks like when you're high-functioning and hiding in plain sight.
Nay shares the season she spent performing wellness while running on empty — until her body physically shut down and forced her to rest. She opens up about the two-week reset that became a hard reset with God, the relationships she had to release, and what it took to go from just functioning to actually flourishing. Plus: stewardship vs. escape, learning to see God as Father instead of punisher, and the surrendered prayer that led to a testimony reaching nearly a million people.
For the woman showing up for everyone else while quietly falling apart.
A note: this episode touches on anxiety, burnout, and mental health — be gentle with yourself as you listen.
This season is building toward the CultivateHER Retreat: An Exodus Experience — Oct 30–Nov 1 in Louisiana.
