ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode of The Latest Development Podcast by EXO Tech, host Mike aka Dirt sits down with Fibonacci aka Fibs, a core member of Superteam Canada (and Lucid Drakes) to dive deep into how they’re fueling the growth of Solana builders across the country.
From busting common founder delusions (like thinking user onboarding is easy) to navigating the shift toward internet capital markets and real-world assets (RWAs), Fibs shares candid insights on builder sentiment, hackathon success, mentorship gaps, fundraising challenges, and why persistence + talking to users is everything.
Key highlights:

- How Solana builders keep shipping no matter price action
- The evolving role of Superteam: from grassroots startup support to institutional relationships and bridging fintech traditions with blockchain innovation
- Why 2026 could be the year Solana truly changes the world through accessible finance and global impact projects
