Fiona Arrigo is a leading visionary in holistic health and founder of The Arrigo Programme, renowned for its deep therapeutic care and integrative approach to healing. Launching Britain’s first alternative health retreat, Stop the World, in 1990, Fiona pioneered emotional detox retreats that remain profoundly relevant today.
A Fellow of Biodynamic Medicine and senior Biodynamic Psychologist, Fiona draws on decades of study in ancient teachings, Eastern philosophy, and contemporary psychology.
