ABOUT THIS EPISODE
On Episode 4, The Time Shift: Why Aligning with Natural Time Changes Everything, hosts Ruben Llinás (KIN 113) and Mikuak Rai (KIN 126) explore the powerful influence of the 13:28 and 13:20 cycles, encoded within the 13-Moon, 28-Day calendar (or synchronometer). They explain how these natural frequencies help recalibrate our internal rhythms, promoting well-being and strengthening our connection to the cosmos. This episode aired on Ruben Llinás' 52nd birthday—a significant milestone in the Maya natural time science—further deepening the episode’s resonance with themes of renewal and alignment.
Adding another layer to the conversation, special guest Y’Shell Esta of The Harmonic Factor offers a heartfelt video segment. Through her personal experiences as a woman and mother living in sync with the 13-Moon calendar, Y’Shell reflects on how these natural cycles nurture inner peace, enhance family well-being, and harmonize life's creative rhythms. Her insights provide listeners with a tangible perspective on how embracing natural time as a guiding force can unlock personal transformation, foster balance, and re-attune us to the creative patterns of the universe. Tune in to discover how this shift from artificial time to natural cycles can catalyze profound growth and harmony in all areas of life.
