ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Taking time off seems like it should be so easy when you are a freelancer, but there can be a lot of challenges around it — and unfortunately some guilt too. RJ and Phillip talk about taking time off, how to handle it with those you work with, and what to do with feelings of guilt.
