ABOUT THIS EPISODE
If you are looking to bring your congregation to be healthy and revitalized, first you need the gospel of Jesus Christ. Then there are five shifts that are needed in attitudes, assumptions and their related behaviors.
The first shift may be found in the previous episode and the second shift as described here is shifting from the "I'll just do it myself" approach to intentionally involving others. The result is a healthy sharing of responsibility and leadership but even more than that a way in which people can participate and grow in their faith.
Research and our own experience shows that those who are involved attend worship more often, invite people more often and give more faithfully. Reach out to us if you would like to continue the conversation: https://scottgress.com scottgress@me.com
