ABOUT THIS EPISODE
On this episode of @The CLS Experience, we have a very exclusive treat . She's not your ordinary athlete; she's an adaptive CrossFit and @NIKE sponsored athlete and mentality coach with a passion for challenging herself with new boundaries and limits, which I absolutely love. She wasn't dealt an easy hand in life; she was born with a condition called PFFD, which means she's missing most of her right leg. But let me tell you, her spirit and determination are beyond extraordinary, BIG Facts. Originally hailing from a quiet town in Pennsylvania, she found her way to Nashville in 2014, dreaming of a career in music. Little did she know, she'd end up becoming a source of inspiration for millions. Her journey into the world of fitness began in 2015 when she joined a kickboxing gym. Fast forward to 2021, and she has not only become a professional CrossFit athlete but a living testament to the incredible power of intentionality and consistency in reshaping one's destiny. Her path is a shining example of resilience and the boundless potential that lies within us all. She's just a juggernaut in all facets of life and a terrific human being. Please welcome the unbreakable and inspiring, the beautiful and soul penetrating, the powerful and abundant @Amy Bream.
