ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Mike Signorelli welcomes John Bevere, author of The Bait of Satan, for a candid conversation about betrayal, forgiveness, political division, and developing an unoffendable heart.
Drawing from his own experience with deep hurt, John explains how offense distorted his perspective and relationships—and how praying sincerely for the person who wounded him helped him heal. Together, they explore the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation, why forgiveness doesn’t have to wait for an apology, and how to acknowledge real injustice while working toward freedom from its influence.
Mike shares a personal confession about his response to New York City’s political leadership, while John reflects on how praying for President Clinton transformed his anger into compassion. Their conversation challenges Christians to stand firm in biblical convictions, love people they disagree with, and guard against the division that weakens the church’s witness.
They also discuss Mike’s The Unoffendable Heart and John’s The King Is Coming, connecting the call to forgiveness with the urgency of preparing for Jesus’ return and pursuing spiritual awakening.
