00:00:00.160 --> 00:00:02.879
How does the Black Wolf loyalty program work?
00:00:03.040 --> 00:00:06.400
So for context, we have a loyalty program here at Black Wolf.
00:00:06.559 --> 00:00:06.959
Freebies.
00:00:07.120 --> 00:00:07.679
Freebies.
00:00:08.160 --> 00:00:09.039
Free coffees.
00:00:09.119 --> 00:00:10.560
And all bits and bobs over time.
00:00:10.720 --> 00:00:12.960
There are so many different prizes that you can get.
00:00:13.199 --> 00:00:15.599
Prizes, rewards, freebies.
00:00:16.079 --> 00:00:19.839
So looking at the list of rewards here, there's actually quite a few.
00:00:20.079 --> 00:00:22.800
And you've got you can get$10 off hair product.
00:00:22.960 --> 00:00:25.280
You can get$20 off a hair salon service.
00:00:25.679 --> 00:00:27.199
You can get free merch.
00:00:27.359 --> 00:00:30.239
You can get a free laser tattoo removal session.
00:00:30.320 --> 00:00:32.960
And that doesn't even matter how much the session is.
00:00:33.119 --> 00:00:35.200
A one-hour free tattoo time.
00:00:35.280 --> 00:00:35.600
Yes.
00:00:35.759 --> 00:00:36.719
Which is very exciting.
00:00:36.880 --> 00:00:39.200
And you can get um VIP client pack.
00:00:39.359 --> 00:00:46.399
Alright, so basically the loyalty program, you earn one point for every$20 that you spend, and it's free to sign up.
00:00:48.719 --> 00:00:52.960
Alright, welcome back to another one of our little mini episodes of Ask Black Wolf.
00:00:53.039 --> 00:00:54.719
I'm Lex and this is Norma.
00:00:55.119 --> 00:00:57.600
And we are here to answer all your questions.
00:00:57.840 --> 00:01:01.759
We get so many different questions across all of our different services here.
00:01:01.840 --> 00:01:07.280
So we thought instead of just replying in our DMs, we'd sit down and try to answer them properly for you here.
00:01:07.439 --> 00:01:11.439
Okay, and because we are a collective studio, we have so many different services.
00:01:11.519 --> 00:01:18.719
So we've got tattooing, barbering, hair, piercing, tattoo removal, art, all those things.
00:01:18.959 --> 00:01:27.840
So if you have any questions across those services, we'll bring in whoever is best to answer them for you and we'll dive in and answer them properly for you here.
00:01:28.079 --> 00:01:35.280
And even if they're a bit wacky or a bit weird or you're unsure if you should send it, just send it anyway because they tend to be the best questions.
00:01:35.519 --> 00:01:36.000
Yes.
00:01:36.239 --> 00:01:40.959
Alright, so each week we pick a different question, and today's question is from Skylar.
00:01:41.040 --> 00:01:44.239
Her Instagram is Skyla.sargent underscore.
00:01:44.480 --> 00:01:49.200
So Skyla has asked, How does the Black Wolf loyalty program work?
00:01:49.359 --> 00:01:52.000
So we thought that's a good one because a lot of people ask that.
00:01:52.079 --> 00:01:56.879
So we thought we'd dive into that and do our best to answer that one for you and let you know how it works.
00:01:57.120 --> 00:02:00.799
So for context, we have a loyalty program here at Black Wolf.
00:02:00.879 --> 00:02:12.560
And what it is is a chance for all of our clients to sign up, whether it's on the website or at the end of your service, and you accumulate points after every service that you book or that you that you do.
00:02:13.199 --> 00:02:23.120
And your points accumulate over time, and then eventually you get discounts on services, freebies, freebies, free copies, and all bits and bobs over time.
00:02:23.199 --> 00:02:28.240
And it's just basically a chance for us to give back to obviously all of our loyal clients that keep coming back.
00:02:28.400 --> 00:02:31.360
And best thing about it, it works over all services.
00:02:32.000 --> 00:02:33.599
Whether you are the whole studio.
00:02:33.840 --> 00:02:34.159
Exactly.
00:02:34.240 --> 00:02:38.560
And we have a lot of services, so it really is really just a chance.
00:02:38.639 --> 00:02:42.159
It's quite easy, quite easy to accumulate points if you're booking multiple things.
00:02:42.319 --> 00:02:45.199
Yeah, so you get one point for every$20 that you spend.
00:02:45.439 --> 00:02:48.240
And then there are so many different prizes that you can get.
00:02:48.479 --> 00:02:50.879
Prizes, rewards, freebies.
00:02:51.599 --> 00:02:54.319
So we thought we'd tell you about some of the ones that you can score.
00:02:54.560 --> 00:02:59.520
And then so to redeem them, all you need to do is let us know that you want to redeem it.
00:02:59.599 --> 00:03:01.599
We'll let you know what you're getting close to.
00:03:01.759 --> 00:03:05.039
And also you'll get reminders when you're almost at a reward.
00:03:05.120 --> 00:03:09.039
But you can log on at any time and check what you're getting close to, save them up.
00:03:09.199 --> 00:03:11.840
If there's some things you don't want to redeem, that's fine.
00:03:12.000 --> 00:03:15.680
And then you can keep going to the one that you want to try and get.
00:03:16.080 --> 00:03:20.000
So looking at the list of rewards here, there's actually quite a few.
00:03:20.240 --> 00:03:23.439
So starting with a free coffee or tea with your service.
00:03:23.759 --> 00:03:24.560
Which is easy to get.
00:03:24.719 --> 00:03:24.960
Yes.
00:03:25.039 --> 00:03:28.479
So pretty much if you're getting a haircut every time you come in, you should probably be getting a coffee.
00:03:28.639 --> 00:03:29.360
Yes, yes.
00:03:29.520 --> 00:03:32.319
And you've got you can get$10 off hair product.
00:03:32.479 --> 00:03:34.879
You can get$20 off a hair salon service.
00:03:35.120 --> 00:03:37.599
You can get$10 off a barber service.
00:03:37.919 --> 00:03:39.039
Free barber cart.
00:03:39.280 --> 00:03:41.759
20% off hair salon services.
00:03:42.000 --> 00:03:43.680
$100 off your tattoo removal.
00:03:44.240 --> 00:03:44.639
That's mad.
00:03:44.719 --> 00:03:45.199
That's a good one.
00:03:45.360 --> 00:03:48.400
Oh, a free wash and blow dry salon service.
00:03:48.639 --> 00:03:49.199
Love that.
00:03:49.439 --> 00:03:49.759
Yes.
00:03:50.000 --> 00:03:51.840
50% off your tattoo removal.
00:03:52.000 --> 00:03:52.240
Yeah.
00:03:52.400 --> 00:03:54.800
$100 off hair salon services.
00:03:55.039 --> 00:03:56.639
$50 off a tattoo.
00:03:56.800 --> 00:03:57.520
Yeah, mad.
00:03:57.759 --> 00:03:59.599
Uh, you can get free merch.
00:03:59.840 --> 00:04:01.039
Yes, do love that.
00:04:01.120 --> 00:04:02.159
We have heaps of merch.
00:04:02.240 --> 00:04:02.400
Yeah.
00:04:02.560 --> 00:04:04.000
You should definitely be keeping an eye on.
00:04:04.080 --> 00:04:05.840
We also have sales quite often.
00:04:06.080 --> 00:04:07.599
So keep an eye out for that.
00:04:07.680 --> 00:04:08.000
Yeah.
00:04:08.240 --> 00:04:12.400
Also, free styling product with your salon or barber service.
00:04:12.560 --> 00:04:12.800
Yeah.
00:04:12.960 --> 00:04:15.759
You can get a free laser tattoo removal session.
00:04:15.840 --> 00:04:18.560
And that doesn't even matter how much the session is.
00:04:18.639 --> 00:04:21.040
So that's just a full free session.
00:04:21.120 --> 00:04:26.240
You can use it for whatever laser tattoo removal session you want, but the whole service is free.
00:04:26.480 --> 00:04:29.600
Especially when you're coming in to get laser tattoo removal quite often.
00:04:29.920 --> 00:04:31.680
You work up your points quite quickly.
00:04:31.759 --> 00:04:32.079
Yeah.
00:04:32.240 --> 00:04:34.720
So keep an eye out if you're getting that reward.
00:04:35.040 --> 00:04:37.120
A one-hour free tattoo time.
00:04:37.279 --> 00:04:37.519
Yes.
00:04:37.680 --> 00:04:38.639
Which is very exciting.
00:04:38.879 --> 00:04:45.759
And you can get um VIP client packs, which includes a t-shirt, styling product, and a$25 voucher.
00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:52.480
Okay, so another thing that happens with the loyalty program is if you're a member, you also get exclusive offers.
00:04:52.560 --> 00:04:59.439
So you'll get exclusive discounts that we might be running, or if we do have something coming up, you are first in, best dressed.
00:04:59.519 --> 00:05:02.399
If we have tickets to an event, you find out first.
00:05:02.879 --> 00:05:05.759
We do double loyalty points on particular days.
00:05:05.839 --> 00:05:14.000
So if you book any service on either a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, any of those services, you get double the loyalty points to your account.
00:05:14.240 --> 00:05:19.680
Alright, so basically the loyalty program, you earn one point for every$20 that you spend.
00:05:19.759 --> 00:05:22.240
And there are heaps of things you can claim.
00:05:22.319 --> 00:05:30.000
So there are freebies,$100 off, free services, gift vouchers, merch, free coffees.
00:05:30.240 --> 00:05:37.120
And you get first invested with any of our events, and you find out about things before anybody else.
00:05:37.279 --> 00:05:41.600
And also we run special deals for our loyalty members as well, like discount days.
00:05:41.759 --> 00:05:47.199
But like Norma said, double the loyalty points you earn on Monday to Wednesday.
00:05:47.279 --> 00:05:53.360
So any services that you come in for on Mondays to Wednesdays, you'll earn double the loyalty points.
00:05:53.600 --> 00:05:54.959
And it's free to sign up.
00:05:55.120 --> 00:05:55.360
Yeah.
00:05:55.600 --> 00:05:57.920
So you can sign up via our website.
00:05:58.079 --> 00:06:01.199
You can also sign up when you come in for your next service as well.
00:06:01.360 --> 00:06:04.800
Um, we'll put all the links that you can sign up on this video.
00:06:04.959 --> 00:06:05.199
Yeah.
00:06:05.439 --> 00:06:06.560
But honestly, do it.
00:06:06.639 --> 00:06:09.120
If you're gonna be coming in, it's really worthwhile.
00:06:09.199 --> 00:06:14.399
And as we said, it's our chance to kind of give back to you guys because we're so full.
00:06:14.800 --> 00:06:15.279
So grateful.
00:06:15.360 --> 00:06:18.079
We have a lot of loyal Black Wolf collective members.
00:06:18.319 --> 00:06:18.879
And we love you.
00:06:19.199 --> 00:06:19.759
You deserve it.
00:06:20.000 --> 00:06:20.480
Please.
00:06:20.720 --> 00:06:25.120
So, and also you can check if you're almost due for reward.
00:06:25.279 --> 00:06:26.079
So have a look.
00:06:26.160 --> 00:06:28.800
If you are already a loyalty member, have a look.
00:06:28.959 --> 00:06:37.279
Make sure you click on your membership and you'll see what you're either close to claiming or you may have not realized you can come in and claim.
00:06:37.439 --> 00:06:40.879
All right, thank you for watching another one of our Ask Black Wolf episodes.
00:06:40.959 --> 00:06:46.079
So you can send us messages on our Instagram for us to answer for you, and we'll do our best to answer it.
00:06:46.160 --> 00:06:49.199
And like we said before, we have so many different services.
00:06:49.360 --> 00:07:02.480
So you can ask us anything that's tattoo related, barber related, hair salon, piercing, tattoo removal, art, whatever it is, and we'll make sure we bring in the right person to answer your questions if we can't answer it for you.
00:07:03.279 --> 00:07:03.680
Awesome.
00:07:03.920 --> 00:07:04.480
Okay, cool.
00:07:04.800 --> 00:07:05.519
Thanks for watching.
00:07:05.600 --> 00:07:06.240
Thanks, guys.

A one-hour free tattoo time.
00:00:35.280 --> 00:00:35.600
Yes.

00:00:48.719 --> 00:00:52.960
Alright, welcome back to another one of our little mini episodes of Ask Black Wolf.
00:00:53.039 --> 00:00:54.719
I'm Lex and this is Norma.

Alright, so each week we pick a different question, and today's question is from Skylar.

Yeah, so you get one point for every$20 that you spend.
00:02:45.439 --> 00:02:48.240
And then there are so many different prizes that you can get.
00:02:48.479 --> 00:02:50.879
Prizes, rewards, freebies.
00:02:51.599 --> 00:02:54.319

00:03:01.759 --> 00:03:05.039
And also you'll get reminders when you're almost at a reward.
00:03:05.120 --> 00:03:09.039
But you can log on at any time and check what you're getting close to, save them up.
00:03:09.199 --> 00:03:11.840
If there's some things you don't want to redeem, that's fine.
00:03:12.000 --> 00:03:15.680
And then you can keep going to the one that you want to try and get.
00:03:16.080 --> 00:03:20.000
So looking at the list of rewards here, there's actually quite a few.
00:03:20.240 --> 00:03:23.439
So starting with a free coffee or tea with your service.
00:03:23.759 --> 00:03:24.560
Which is easy to get.
00:03:24.719 --> 00:03:24.960
Yes.
00:03:25.039 --> 00:03:28.479
So pretty much if you're getting a haircut every time you come in, you should probably be getting a coffee.
00:03:28.639 --> 00:03:29.360
Yes, yes.
00:03:29.520 --> 00:03:32.319
And you've got you can get$10 off hair product.
00:03:32.479 --> 00:03:34.879

00:03:35.120 --> 00:03:37.599
You can get$10 off a barber service.
00:03:37.919 --> 00:03:39.039
Free barber cart.
00:03:39.280 --> 00:03:41.759
20% off hair salon services.
00:03:42.000 --> 00:03:43.680
$100 off your tattoo removal.
00:03:44.240 --> 00:03:44.639
That's mad.
00:03:44.719 --> 00:03:45.199
That's a good one.
00:03:45.360 --> 00:03:48.400
Oh, a free wash and blow dry salon service.
00:03:48.639 --> 00:03:49.199
Love that.
00:03:49.439 --> 00:03:49.759
Yes.
00:03:50.000 --> 00:03:51.840
50% off your tattoo removal.
00:03:52.000 --> 00:03:52.240

00:03:52.400 --> 00:03:54.800
$100 off hair salon services.
00:03:55.039 --> 00:03:56.639
$50 off a tattoo.
00:03:56.800 --> 00:03:57.520
Yeah, mad.
00:03:57.759 --> 00:03:59.599
Uh, you can get free merch.
00:03:59.840 --> 00:04:01.039
Yes, do love that.
00:04:01.120 --> 00:04:02.159
We have heaps of merch.
00:04:02.240 --> 00:04:02.400
Yeah.
00:04:02.560 --> 00:04:04.000
You should definitely be keeping an eye on.
00:04:04.080 --> 00:04:05.840
We also have sales quite often.
00:04:06.080 --> 00:04:07.599
So keep an eye out for that.
00:04:07.680 --> 00:04:08.000
Yeah.
00:04:08.240 --> 00:04:12.400
Also, free styling product with your salon or barber service.
00:04:12.560 --> 00:04:12.800
Yeah.
00:04:12.960 --> 00:04:15.759
You can get a free laser tattoo removal session.
00:04:15.840 --> 00:04:18.560
And that doesn't even matter how much the session is.
00:04:18.639 --> 00:04:21.040
So that's just a full free session.
00:04:21.120 --> 00:04:26.240
You can use it for whatever laser tattoo removal session you want, but the whole service is free.
00:04:26.480 --> 00:04:29.600
Especially when you're coming in to get laser tattoo removal quite often.
00:04:29.920 --> 00:04:31.680
You work up your points quite quickly.
00:04:31.759 --> 00:04:32.079
Yeah.
00:04:32.240 --> 00:04:34.720
So keep an eye out if you're getting that reward.
00:04:35.040 --> 00:04:37.120
A one-hour free tattoo time.
00:04:37.279 --> 00:04:37.519
Yes.
00:04:37.680 --> 00:04:38.639
Which is very exciting.
00:04:38.879 --> 00:04:45.759
And you can get um VIP client packs, which includes a t-shirt, styling product, and a$25 voucher.
00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:52.480
Okay, so another thing that happens with the loyalty program is if you're a member, you also get exclusive offers.
00:04:52.560 --> 00:04:59.439
So you'll get exclusive discounts that we might be running, or if we do have something coming up, you are first in, best dressed.
00:04:59.519 --> 00:05:02.399
If we have tickets to an event, you find out first.
00:05:02.879 --> 00:05:05.759
We do double loyalty points on particular days.
00:05:05.839 --> 00:05:14.000
So if you book any service on either a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, any of those services, you get double the loyalty points to your account.
00:05:14.240 --> 00:05:19.680
Alright, so basically the loyalty program, you earn one point for every$20 that you spend.
00:05:19.759 --> 00:05:22.240
And there are heaps of things you can claim.
00:05:22.319 --> 00:05:30.000
So there are freebies,$100 off, free services, gift vouchers, merch, free coffees.
00:05:30.240 --> 00:05:37.120
And you get first invested with any of our events, and you find out about things before anybody else.
00:05:37.279 --> 00:05:41.600
And also we run special deals for our loyalty members as well, like discount days.
00:05:41.759 --> 00:05:47.199
But like Norma said, double the loyalty points you earn on Monday to Wednesday.
00:05:47.279 --> 00:05:53.360
So any services that you come in for on Mondays to Wednesdays, you'll earn double the loyalty points.
00:05:53.600 --> 00:05:54.959
And it's free to sign up.
00:05:55.120 --> 00:05:55.360

00:06:04.959 --> 00:06:05.199

But honestly, do it.
00:06:06.639 --> 00:06:09.120
If you're gonna be coming in, it's really worthwhile.
00:06:09.199 --> 00:06:14.399
And as we said, it's our chance to kind of give back to you guys because we're so full.
00:06:14.800 --> 00:06:15.279
So grateful.
00:06:15.360 --> 00:06:18.079
We have a lot of loyal Black Wolf collective members.

00:06:19.199 --> 00:06:19.759
You deserve it.
00:06:20.000 --> 00:06:20.480
Please.
00:06:20.720 --> 00:06:25.120
So, and also you can check if you're almost due for reward.
00:06:25.279 --> 00:06:26.079
So have a look.
00:06:26.160 --> 00:06:28.800

00:06:49.360 --> 00:07:02.480
So you can ask us anything that's tattoo related, barber related, hair salon, piercing, tattoo removal, art, whatever it is, and we'll make sure we bring in the right person to answer your questions if we can't answer it for you.
00:07:03.279 --> 00:07:03.680
Awesome.
00:07:03.920 --> 00:07:04.480
